Yes, I would have definitely preferred the GBs remain mysterious. I'm of half a mind to make a poll calling for the statement's retraction.

How hard could it be to find Artahka?
Gonel replied to Constructelf's topic in Bionicle Storyline & Theories
A similar question arises with Daxia. How could an island not far off the coast of the Southern Continent remain unspotted for over 100,000 years? A personal headcanon I've had is that its original inhabitants (before the Order of Mata Nui's arrival)--which I imagine to be Johmak's species--had an illustrious chemical industry on Daxia known for its unsavory reputation (on par with that of the Vortixx). However, Order agents decided to kill two birds with one stone. They staged a giant chemical crisis on the island with only trustworthy natives in the know. The unsavory islanders were driven off, the island was declared off-limits, and the Order could move in. From then on, anyone seeking to visit the island to see if Daxia is toxic anymore would be discovered weeks later adrift at sea, dead. The Order maintained its secret and fear of the cursed, poisoned island prevented the arrival of tourists. -
LEGO Rebrick Makuta Challenge Winners Announced!

Congrats to all who won! -
Just type Lepin into Google/Yahoo Images. Looks like they can't even spell "Star Wars" correctly /s.

You want to become a Bionicle Karate Kid? Axonn. Axoff. Axonn. Axoff. Bohrok and the Ten Commandments: Break one, you break them all. Bohrok and Cupcakes: Bake one, you bake them all. You can do so many jokes with the Bohrok XD.

Well, there are several things I'd like to say. First, if you are planning on making a poll to canonize these (and a poll is necessary before you bring this to Greg), please don't do it all at once. While I commend the work that went into this, I'm still not convinced by many of them and think they should be decided on a case-by-case basis. Some of them I really like (like making Tracker a male Vortixx), but many of these I'm just not feeling. Don't get me wrong--I'd love to see a smaller species list, but I feel like many of them are serious stretches. Secondly, while I agree that Triglax should be in the Krakha species, they should still be classified as Rahi. The texts and Greg make it very clear that they are Rahi, and while they are capable of sapience, they don't naturally start out that way. Thirdly, I think that Sentrakh would fit better under the Gladiator species. Not only could their histories very easily parallel, but they also look very much alike, what with their heads and their multiple arms. Besides, Stelt likes to dump their gladiators on the Dark Hunters XD. Lastly--and I know this has no basis--I think it would be cool if Jerbraz were under Takadox's species. If nothing else, it would add far greater depth to his character if he had telepathic abilities but became invisible. Just saying.

Visiting Nature Connects: Art with LEGO Bricks
Gonel replied to Hapori Tohu's topic in BZPower.com News Discussion
I saw this when is was still out in Illinois, and I have to say, it's quite impressive. I'd recommend it to anyone thinking about going. -
Very well done, Pereki. I was expecting more what you'd done with Lewa and the Rama, but this blew me away. Great work! Just out of curiosity, do you only do 2D animation, or can you do other types as well?

BIONICLE - City of the Lost: "Downfall" (Animation)
Gonel replied to Tohkann toa of arts's topic in Fan Created Media
That's exactly what I was thinking. This animation style would make for a perfect segue between the movie trilogy and The Legend Reborn. Thank you for also checking out 'The Arrival'. I only really intend to work on the years we didn't get any sort of story animation for those years (2006 - 2008). 2001-2002 had the flash animations and then the Miramax movies came out for 2003-2005. But never say never! I've had requests to see the Toa Mata in movie form. I certainly hope so (for all of them). -
BIONICLE - City of the Lost: "Downfall" (Animation)
Gonel replied to Tohkann toa of arts's topic in Fan Created Media
That's amazing, as was The Arrival when I checked it out. Like Dallior and Ksprice45, I would be happy to help with anything you might need help on, be it adaptation or voice-acting. Full-length movies of this sort of thing would be amazing. Are you only thinking on making an Inika film or is there a chance you could make these sorts of things for all the years without movies? Just curious. -
Excellent work, Logan. And congrats on making the front page--this deserves it.

That is amazing. I'm left speechless. Is it too much to hope there will be more elemental poetry?
