For the 72nd BBC contest. I didn't get to spend as much time on this as I would have liked, been quite busy. This is probably the fifth or sixth thing I tried to build for this contest. Building Star Wars in Bionicle is quite hard! Also the stand is ugly. :C Djordje mentioned on Flickr that there looks like a lot of system in this, so I went and checked, the droid is about 70% and 30% in terms of Bionicle and Technic to system, the STAP is 80% and 20%, and the stand is 65% and 35%, so I hope everything is fine with that. http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Single_Trooper_Aerial_Platform/Legends

Might want to put up a news story on the front page, I didn't know this had started until I checked the BBC forum.

By the way they've shown that egg piece in both the teasers, it looks like it will have a inverted stud in the bottom, so that's an interesting piece already. Hoping there will be more. Also confused by people's comments about it being ugly, I mean, even if it doesn't seem like a good fit for LEGO, they're doing a good job on it, the characters look fine.
