I believe they wanted to known if it was one of the 8 Binkmeister mask?

I do not believe that it is legit, the eBay seller told my acquaintance who wanted to buy the mask that a person from Lego company gave them the mask.

Both the eBay "eduardojj" seller and brick-link "BionicleUniverse" seller have the same back ground for the masks.

Been working on a more accurate 3d model of the original mask.

The 5 Hole Kraahkan is a mis-mold it was in the 8953 Icarax set.

Thats why someone shelled out $1250 for mismold mask.

Hi the Krana is in Buffalo, New York. It was tested as sterling silver. You can go to pawn shops to get stuff tested. It did not sell at a pawn shop.

Those cards would be easy to fake anyway. I would like a metal Krana even if it was a copy. It was just impossible to even get one of the 5000, I think they made more than that anyway. It was too easy for people to see the black bags in the sets.

If it was real they ruined it with cleaning and polishing it had a bag but no card. Update: From Seller. I am sorry to inform you, that the piece has sold, testing at a pawn shop showed that it was sterling silver with an acid test. The piece had been buffed to almost perfect conditions and was cleaned before with an ultra sonic cleaner.

I only have that one cell phone picture. The story is that the Krana is a displace piece for a Lego display. Its made from metal however its been cleaned.

Would Lego make a Krana Kal display and put a replica of a metal Krana in it? I have seen other metal Krana called protype metal {Zamac} Krana for sale as well. atlbrick.com just sold a white metal Krana for $2000

I got my answer the Krana Xa & pearl gold Kraahkan are bootlegs. “Those are bootlegs, the mask of shadows and commander krana come in various types of colors from the early 2000’s. You could get hard plastic krana and gold,gray,yellow, light brown colored masks of shadows off sites that sell bootleg from CN. This command krana is not metal, it’s made of krana rubber and has metal paint/Shrink-wrap on it. Look up 9299 Star Soldier Wars and you will find a bootleg mata nui giant. These masks sometimes have the Lego lego and part numbers.

The lot was going to be on ebay. However I would like to get it.I think the silver item on the lower right is a white metal krana.

I collect, when I can and also look at just bulk Lego,to find stuff. Do you think that is a pearl gold Kraahkan? In the upper right corner?

Black Disk has the Lego trade mark and numbered 32171 and 10-3 Is this a prototype black disc?

In my area the stores that sell Bionicle Masks/ Parts are using the highest Brick-link prices possible and a combination of the “Official Rare and Promotional Collectibles Topic”. When asked about how they were pricing Protodermic Kanohi Nuva they where selling. I was told they watch the “Bionicle forum” and base prices on what the community is paying and cross reference items with eBay and Brick-link. They did not answer my questions on what they pay people for there items.

I never did find out who bought the Kanohi Huna Black Error that we sold. For $1250 I guess some people also get caught up in the moment and over pay/bid on an item.
