  1. That was beautiful. I almost cried. *sniff*
  2. Did anyone else think of Prince Zuko when they saw General Magmar?
  3. Here are my thoughts: Lava Beast: I LOVE the color scheme, but the legs are pretty bad. 7/10 Quake Beast: Good colors, but... he's a mess. Just... UGGGH! Why? There's too much going on with the back. Neat function though. 4/10 Storm Beast: Pretty good, I like the colors. Neat function too. 8/10 All the color schemes are pretty great on the Beasts. Those dudes have a couple problems though, but they can be fixed. Except the apparent lack of jaw movement, that is. Ekimu: Okay, I LOVE this thing. I thought I wouldn't, but man, is he GOOD! A little too much trans-blue, but I actually like it. The MoC in trans-blue is beautiful, and I dig the hammer. And he has TWO gear functions! Awesome sauce! 9.5/10 Last but not least... Umarak: I'm loving it. He's shaping up to be a good titan figure, and his mask is sick! I love that the lower half resembles a skull, and that the top half actually resembles the original! Also, Umarak carries no weapons, which is interesting to see with a humanoid. It just shows that he doesn't need weapons. He's got brute strength and some big honkin' claws! The chest print is wonderful, but not the redesign of the Hunter chestplate that I hoped it would be, but still very nice. 9/10 This wave looks like a bit of a mixed bag. I hate that the Beasts seem to lack jaw movement, and have some pretty questionable design choices, but they're still decent sets. Ekimu and Umarak are solid. And that's it with my analysis.
  4. Let's see... I'd love to see the Toa Nuva fight side-by-side with Team RWBY. Both fight creatures of darkness (The Toa fight Makuta; Ruby, Weiss, Blake, and Yang fight monsters called Grimm) , and I just think that they could have a very interesting team dynamic both on and off the battlefield.
  5. Now, I thought the Protectors were good already. But holy cow, those mods are epic! I don't really like the tube on Nilkuu, but other than that, I like your mods a lot. (Especially Vizuna. )
  6. Now that is just plain awesome! Probably one of the best combi-models I've seen!
  7. Let's see.. First of all, Steve Downes (Master Chief, Halo series) as Kopaka. 'Nuff said. Michael Leon Wooley (Darkseid, Batman: The Brave and The Bold) would make a great Makuta. Michael Dorn stays as Mata Nui. I don't think anyone else could really outdo him, save for Morgan Freeman. As for Lewa... How 'bout Neil Patrick Harris? (He voiced Spider-Man once, BTW.) And Steve Blum as Vezon and Vezok. Now that would be something.
  8. So far, I'm shooting to pick up every set. I might have some difficulties there for this year, due to the fact that I just bought some parts to make some villagers based on some G1 Matoran. However, I do have all of the 2015 figures.
  9. Hmm... My favorite 2015 mask is the Mask of Creation, hands down. It's incredibly detailed, and it's just so striking and regal! It looks surprisingly good on Kulta; it makes him look like an undead Sauron. It's a tad big on its intended wearer, Ekimu, but I'm okay with that. As for 2016, I like all of the masks, but Kopaka's is my favorite. It looks like the Akaku Nuva, but better. It looks very cold and serious, and thus very Kopaka.
  10. Anyone can create things, with or without a mask. I assume that, like the G1 Mask of Creation, the G2 Mask of Creation just augments those powers somehow—whether through inspiration, greater finesse, or even the ability to telekinetically manipulate materials or tools. For another comparison, the G1 Mask of Speed gave the user heightened speed. The fact that some characters could go fast without that mask doesn't disprove the fact that the mask can grant that power as well. I personally see the G2 Mask of Creation's power being kinda like 'Master Builder Vision' from The LEGO Movie. In other words, being able to look at something to figure out what it does, what its components are, and how to make it.
  11. Oh man, if that guy plays Kopaka we are gonna get some amazing crossover crack dubs out of that. The puns are strong with this one.
  12. Impressive! Definitely not what I expected, but nevertheless, a striking model! It's somewhat reminiscent of Nidhiki. Great job! I can't wait to see what else you build.
  13. Whoa! This thing is pretty cool! I love the weapons! The shape is very unique. It kind of gives me a Gundam vibe because of the wings. I like it, it's a unique and impressive model!
  14. Well, I'm thinking that the big secret of G2 might have something to do with the two moons as well. Or, perhaps, the planets? Maybe some important people came from there...
  15. Hello! I've been trying to use the Builder in Pixlr, but I'm having some trouble with it. Would you be able to help? Thanks!
