  1. I forget that I've been a member of this website for nearly a decade. Weird.

  2. 1/5. I don't think I've seen you before. This is going to be interesting now that the forums have been reborn, so to speak. Regardless, I haven't been on for a very long time, so I doubt anyone will recognise me.
  3. It is a great piece, but it's effect is certainly lessened by its persistent recycling. I'd recommend you take a look, specifically the orchestrations on the Drammatica album, and yes, she is. On a different note, are any of you familiar with the soundtrack to Suikoden Tierkreis? The spin-off to the Suikoden series is on the Nintendo DS and the quality of the soundtrack, both musically and technically, is astounding for the handheld. "The Plain and the Sky;" with excellent use of percussion and a unique ethnic feel, "Sally Beacon;" the rousing theme of the preparation for battle, and "Porpoise's Home;" a waltz with a certain magical flair, are some of the best on the album to anyone interested.
  4. I've greatly enjoyed Radiant Historia's soundtrack, though I feel a few tracks play too frequently. Legend of Mana is another excellent soundtrack of Shimomura's, I am especially fond of the title theme.
  5. I adore Yoko Shimomura. Are you familiar with her other work?
  6. I last played, as well as finished, Hotel Dusk: Room 215. If you haven't heard of it, it's essentially an "interactive novel" and, being such, it is very strongly written. There are a few puzzles sprinkled throughout as well that break up the lengthy bouts of dialogue, providing variety. I plan to import Last Window: The Secret of Cape West, the sequel which was, unfortunately, never officially released in North America, when I can afford it.
  7. I'm digging the new name.

  8. So I see I'm not the only one who's jumped on the "eye on the ankle" bandwagon. =P

  9. Sure =D drop me the pm, then.

  10. Thing is, a PM would almost be needed for what I wish to show you.

  11. Oh, and happy late birthday =p

  12. Hey! how are ya? =p

P.S. Could we continue the PM thing from here? For some reason I prefer profile-to-profile stuff

  13. 'Tis my birthday today.
