I'm not really sure. Probably Den-O, simply because its character-based humor gave it a dimension beyond "monster of the week." Plus the split personality fights are funny.

Personally, I found the whole situation rather humorous. Not that this kid's spamming was even vaguely funny, but the way he was screaming his head off while everyone was either calmly informing him he broke the rules or getting all flustered at him was pretty funny to watch.
