Okay, this week is going to be special. Since we have so many fighters, this really should come to an end. A short time ago I made a list of every potential fighter I wanted to include, so now I'm going to post the entire list, and you guys can say which ones you actually want--no 2 vote limit, name as many as you want. I haven't decided yet whether I'll just add all those fighters at the end of the week, or take the fighters you've asked for and use them in next week's voting, but I'll get that sorted out when I can.

Thanks to everyone who participated in the tournament! It was loads of fun!

Now that you've had time to see what the Coliseum is like both in normal gameplay and tournament mode, I want to get some feedback. What do you like about the game? What could be improved? Suggestions on anything else?

Looks like the Vita version of Muramasa is going to be localized after all! They’re calling it Muramasa Rebirth, and apparently it’ll have an entirely new translation. Not entirely sure if I’m going to buy it since I still have the Wii version…

As for Technic Coliseum, I still haven't made a decision. Though I suppose I'm leaning yes...

Posted Chapter 41 of Kako this past week—Xyla fights Air-Lord Nidovikk, which is a pretty big deal for her.

A new Spirit from Wraith is online: Dubstep Music Master: X-Void. I also updated Exo’s Desk, mainly with profiles for Nidovikk and Leanga.

I’ve been giving a lot of thought about one of the stories I proposed in my 2013 Preview and throwing my ideas up here and there. So, here’s what I’ve got so far.
    -Working title “Order Rebuilt”
-Marendar wiped out the Toa and Glatorian when it was unleashed; the Matoran and Agori, living in New Atero, have established a new lifestyle and have attempted to explore Bota Magna; search parties sent into the jungle either don’t come back or claim they were repelled by biomechanical dinosaurs
-A secret team of Matoran and Agori, using designs left behind by Nuparu, have built large mecha inspired by the Vahki dubbed “Exo-Vahki”; Matoran pilots are required to use the machines, and Kapura, Hafu, Onepu, Kazi, Tamaru, and Macku are chosen; once the Matoran get the hang of how the machines work, they enter Bota Magna
-The biomechanical dinosaurs pose a challenge, but the Exo-Vahki are able to fend them off; eventually a humanoid named Taeron, who is commanding the dinosaurs, captures the team for encroaching upon his territory
-Each Exo-Vahki is designed for a specific purpose: absorb damage (Nuurahk), speed (Zadakh), technician (Rorzakh), scout (Keerakh), raw strength (Vorzakh), and jack of all trades (Bordakh); for Bioni-Lords readers who have seen the Exo-Vahki Spirits, these Exo-Vahki are basically the same but with more realistic abilities (by Bionicle standards); each one is wired with shrink and enlarge disks for practical purposes, and everyone but Vorzakh has flight mechanisms
-Vorzakh wields “Spirit Breaker,” a broadsword forged from the hull of the Great Spirit Robot, and has no room for flight mechanisms due to the sheer number or Disks of Strength it is wired with in order to lift the weapon; Bordakh wields the “Nui Staff,” a lightweight staff that contains every Toa Disk salvaged from the Matoran Universe—the only remaining Elemental Power in this world
-Biomechanical dinosaurs have strange powers due to the experiments of the Great Beings--the speed of the Kanohi Kakama, the ability to attack using Sonic powers, elasticity, and so on; Taeron has the ability to temporarily copy the abilities of any dinosaur, similar to the Kanohi Faxon

That's what I've got so far. Any thoughts?

I’m pretty excited that the first Technic Coliseum tournament has started! Not only do I get to see you guys go all-out and give you free Widgets, once the tournament is over I’ll be releasing some new items and upgrades! I wanted to give you a sneak peak so that you can budget your tournament winnings:

    Upgrades:
-Core Transfer isn’t quite as big a boost as Energized Protodermis, so I added a new ability bonus. Now 2.0 Heroes have the option to limit themselves to taking just one item into battle in order to force the opponent to do the same. (And no, the price won’t increase.)

-Poor RoboRiders, they’ve been pretty neglected thus far. They need an upgrade! For 30,000 W you can give them an OS Update, transforming them into a RoboRider OS (Optimal Setting). It boosts all stats by one and has the same training bonus ability as Core Transfer and Energized Protodermis. In addition, when a RoboRider OS uses a Wheel Talisman, its power will be calculated based on whichever stat is highest—if you’ve focused solely on increasing your Rider’s toughness, then his Wheel will use the toughness stat to determine its effectiveness.

-I’m not going to leave out the Slizers! The new Meteor Armor (30,000 W) provides the standard stat boost and training bonus, and if your new Cosmic Slizer doesn’t bring any stat-boosting items into battle, you get to boost any one stat.

-Since these will level the playing field, the price of Energized Protodermis will drop to 30,000 W.

-After some Visorak-wrangling, the Coliseum now has a cache of Hordika Venom for sponsors to purchase for 30,000 W. Injecting your fighter with this substance will prevent them from being able to raise their mind stat, but when training for any other stat they’ll earn a bonus stat point!

-If your fighter gets tired of not being able to increase his/her mind or just want to be their old self again, we’ll give them Keetongu’s Cure for 20,000 W.

    Items:
-New for Toa: Kanohi Suletu! For 8,000 W you’ll be able to remove the opponent’s edge in mind. When this Kanohi is used, both fighters’ mind stats will be added together and then divided in two. The resulting value will be used as the mind stat for both fighters.

-Some new Slizer items: Lava Stone to greatly decrease the agility of flying opponents, Air Pearl to raise resistance to special powers, Liquid Plasma to block one attack per battle, and Electric Atoms to temporarily paralyze the foe once per battle. Each of these costs 7,000 W.

-A few new things for RoboRiders too: Firewall to block one attack per battle, and CreateRoads.EXE, which allows a RoboRider to create platforms beneath their wheels and essentially drive on air. Both cost 7,000 W.

-Heroes will be able to purchase Wing Boosters for 7,000 W, allowing them to fly in battle. Also, for 15,000 W they can pick up a Feral Circuit that, when activated in battle, alters their stats to resemble a specific animal. For those available in the 3.0 line the animal the stats will mimic should be obvious; for the other three, negotiations will be in order.

-We’re also adding items that any fighter can use! The Camouflage Badge (5,000 W) will boost evasion in battle, while the Vahki Staff (7,000 W) will temporarily disorient the opponent and reduce their mind stat. On top of that, we’re also getting our first batch of Rahkshi Staffs! This group includes Slow, Illusion, Darkness, Density Control, Accuracy, Sleep, and Insect Control. (5,000 W for Slow, 8,000 W for Insect Control, 7,000 W for the other five. We won’t be getting all 42 Rahkshi Staffs, but we will get a few more after the next two tournaments to bring the total to 21. I hope you’ll look forward to it!)

This post will serve as reference for all the stories written for the Okoto 579 (or O579) series, a set of connected fanfics that all take place on one alternate version of Okoto. Each entry will provide a link to the story (and its review topic where applicable), which wave of sets/season of the story prompted it, and a brief summary of the concept.

-The Time of the Mask Makers: (Review, Winter 15) Long, long ago in the Region of Earth, there lived two brothers: Ekimu and Makuta. No one knew how these two and their creations would come to shape Okoto’s destiny.

-In Our Bones: (Review, Summer 15) Many millennia before the arrival of the Toa, there existed on Okoto a prosperous City, filled with a race gifted with mystic abilities who sought to wipe out the villagers. They may very well have succeeded, but in the end, time chose another path for them.

-The Failure’s Claim: (Summer 15) The Masters have been repelled from the Ancient City, unable to retrieve the Mask of Creation from the Skull Grinder’s clutches. They have, however, stolen a device they believe will awaken Ekimu, and now all hope rests on the revived Mask Maker being enough to turn the tide against the undead inventor.

-Strike of the Hour: (15/16 Transition) Ekimu’s journey across Okoto has taken him to the Region of Ice, where a fellow blacksmith offers him shelter. The smith has a secret, however, and Ekimu may come to realize that a very shocking change is coming.

Technically I revealed it the other day, but meh. Bioni-Lords: Story of the Violet Rose and Bioni-Lords: Story of the Honored Soul take place in the alternate dimensions featured in the cancelled VioletRose/HonoredSoul game, and since the two dimensions are intertwined, the stories will be as well. However, these stories will be short--maybe around ten chapters each--so I want to be sure to put as much in these chapters as I can. Also...is it against the rules for two epics to share a review topic? Because I was just thinking, since they're intertwining...
Currently, I plan on each story having only one protagonist--the 18 year old, mean-hearted Rose and the 15 year old, borderline know-it-all Soul. These two young women will be shown travelling from city to city in their respective universes and defeating the Element-Lords, while also interacting with each other throgh the Olmak Breach, a hole between the dimensions, and dealing with some dark forces. More details will be revealed as I make them up.
But I do have some guest star slots: the Element-Lords. But keep in mind that these Element-Lords will get nowhere near as much screentime as in the Books, and their roster of Spirits will have to be limited to what they use in their battles with the main characters unless I contact you and ask for more. If you want to design an Element-Lord, please respond to this blog post and say which Element-Lord you want--should help everyone to keep track of what Elements are taken. Also, I will allow you to list another Element-Lord you want to design, BUT if someone else wants your second choice as their first choice, you will have to pick a new one. Plus, I call Dragon-Lord.
EDIT: Also, Fire and Ice are reserved
ANOTHER EDIT: You know what, I'll just list the taken and available Elements.

Taken Elements: Fire, Earth, Ice, Air, Water, Light Shadow, Psionics, Rahaga, Steel, Thunder,Dragon

    Available Elements: Stone, Jungle

There's been a lot of Pokemon Black and White 2 info this past week...but, I'm going to leave you on your own for that. It's being released in Japan this time next week, so finding info should become pretty easy.

Also, will try to get a Kako chapter typed today. Pokemon Conquest is being released Monday, so...I might be MIA.

    Korra thoughts, DEFINITELY contain spoilers:
-Again: Thank God I don't live near any hardcore Makorra fans.
-So I guess bloodbending without a full moon is just a genetic quirk or something...? I doubt we'll ever get a proper explanation.
-Is this really the time for petty relationship squabbles...? Come on, Asami. Priorities.
-Of course Tenzin's the only councilman who escaped. The other three never have anything to contribute!
-Well, there goes the Batmobile. I miss it already.
-Even child airbenders are overpowered! Just goes to show how overpowered the element is. Not that I'm complaining.
-Of course the baby is born at an inconvenient time...
-I believe there are a few scenes in this episode that call for a quote. Ahem...YOU SHALL NOT PASS!
    -What...? No...not Lin!! WHY?! *sobbing*
-A new General Iroh? Awesome! And he even has Zuko's voice...! So I'm guessing he's Zuko's son, then? *looks it up* Hm, can't confirm it...
-The season finale is next week...I do love this show, but I gotta say, it moves kinda quickly.

My library is getting a little messy. Most of the stories can also be found linked in one of the collection posts on the side of the screen, but the few standalone pieces seemed to be buried in a wall of text, so this post will serve as a collection for stories that don’t belong in any other collection for your easy sorting pleasure.

This is a collection of stories and relevant blog posts for an idea of mine with the working title Divine Strength. It is a work in progress with a lot of work remaining, and some of what you see over the stories will include elements that were later changed or altered, so please forgive any contradictions you may find. I will definitely update the story section, but the blog post section may remain as it is—I haven’t decided yet.

-A Recluse’s Dilemma: An FFFC entry that inspired the idea; not relevant to later iterations and only included for completion’s sake.
-A Recluse’s Dilemma V2: A rewrite of the previous piece, longer and with more details on the Queens’ world. This is where I decided to pursue the concept separately.
-Conference of Divinity: A draft for a scene where all the Queens met, used to establish how many Queens would be present. The number has since been reduced.
-Alignment: A piece following Conference, establishing the queendom of Roche and some backstory for its Queens that is focused upon in several later pieces.
-Despair of the Divine: A piece presenting a first-hand account of part of the backstory summarized in Alignment.
-Divine Strength: Prelude: A draft of the prologue and first chapter of the novel.
-Divine Clash: A longer, more detailed showing of War’s attack on Roche.
-Mending: Takes place after Alignment and attempts a resolution at the conflict between the Queens of Roche.
-Goddess of Evolution: Set nearly a year after Divine Clash, showing some of that piece’s consequences and looking a little more closely at the Queen of War.

X and Y? As in "nintendo Y u make gen vi?"

Actually, I'm guessing there's more to the name. The third version will probably be Pokemon Z, because X, Y, and Z are the names of axes in a three-dimensional graph, and these are the first main Pokemon games in 3D.

That's right. There's math in your Pokemon now.

Before the "y no gen 3 remakes" posts start: we needed Gen I and II remade in order to obtain a lot of those Pokemon, because we couldn't transfer them into Gen III. But our Gen III Pokemon can be transfered to Gen IV, then to Gen V, so there was no point in making remakes in Gen V. Plus, the starters and mascots were available throughout Gen IV and V, so there's that.

Well, the graphics do look nice. Peronsally not a graphics fan, but I'll go along with this shift with only a tiny grudge.

Player characters: the guy looks like Black and the girl looks like Leaf.

Not super-impressed with the starters. We've had Water frogs before, and we've had Fire foxes before. (Please, please don't let this Fire starter evole into another Fire/Fighting type!) The Grass starter...is that a Patrat with mold on its back? Meh, hoping the final forms will be more impressive.

I'm assuming those Pokemon at the end of the trailer are the new mascots. The black and red bird that looks like the letter Y is probably a Flying type, and maybe Dark. As for the blue Sawsbuck with swords for legs and Christmas lights on its antlers, I'm thinking Steel, and maybe Grass. Huh, we may actually go a Generation without a Dragon mascot...

Too soon for me to pick a version, so I look forward to more news. I am impressed that Nintendo is releasing them worldwide in October--I'm all for not having to wait for a dub. I'm also wondering if this region will be based on another place in the States, and if so, if Isshu/Unova will be revisitable. Plus, sort of hoping we finally get a Dark type Gym Leader, and really hoping that story will be even more important than in Gen V. I was dreading the possibility of a Generation VI, but I suppose I should try to judge these games fairly now that they're here. Here's to hoping they're not as stingy with information as they were with Black 2 and White 2!

UPDATE: We now have names for the mascots! The deer is Xerneas and the bird is Yveltal.
  12. Pahrak Model ZX
We have a ton of fighters now, most of which are Bionicle, so I'm giving them their own list and moving the others here. May further divide this if one of these themes ends up with a lot of fighters. The list of Bionicle fighters can be found here.

    Asterisk Holder: Fiore DeRosa

    Origin: Final Fantasy

Was It In Bravely Default?: Yes

Overview: As classic and iconic as you can get! The Red Mage has long been a Square Enix staple, a jack-of-all-trades who can cast a little White Magic, cast a little Black Magic, and swing a few swords. In Bravely Default they can cast all White and Black Magic spells through Level 4, giving them a very solid spellbook to work with, and they learn a variety of support abilities that give them chances to gain extra BP. Because of this, Red Mage is one of the most useful Jobs to invest in, because literally any Job can benefit from having boatloads of BP.

Personal Thoughts: Throughout Final Fantasy, Red Mages are generally known for having snazzy hats. In Bravely, the hats have been ditched in favor of flashy threads and I am totally okay with it. When you first get this Asterisk, it’s one of the greatest Jobs at your disposal. This Job can cast White Magic AND Black Magic AND cause decent physical damage AND has BP-raising support skills?! What more could you want! However, later in the game you start really needing Level 5 and 6 spells, and your characters will be able to equip high-level White or Black Magic from their other Jobs while using a main Job that is probably better at physical attacks than Red Mage. Still, all that investment certainly doesn’t go to waste—all those BP-boosting skills will serve you long after Red Mage outlives its usefulness as a main Job, so it’s still a very key Job to take care of. And did I mention the outfits? They’re gorgeous.

A thing I saw on social media prompted this and I thought I’d just throw it up to see what happens. Asking random questions is a popular thing here in the blogs, yes?

Suppose you’re leading a makeshift Toa team, and you can choose the main character of up to five things (TV show, movie, book, anime, game, whatever). What does your team look like? Bonus points if you can work out actual team dynamics or even Kaita.

The only catch is you’re not allowed to choose Goku/DBZ.

    Deliberate.

(I just figured I'd make one of these each day this week. You'll see why in a minute! If you've played TWEWY, feel free to drop by to reminisce, and if you haven't played it, please stay tuned to find out why should look into this obscure gem of gaming.)

    1. As you might expect, a lot of TWEWY fans would love a sequel—it’s a great game and we’d like more. But at the same time, the reason we haven’t been louder about it over the past 4-5 years is because TWEWY is capable of standing on its own as a fantastic game. Most fans will be content wheather we get a sequel or not—some fans are even against the idea of a sequel. TWEWY has a capacity for independence that we don’t see a whole lot in modern gaming.

    2. The art in the game is just beautiful. The areas, the characters, the enemies, the graffitti—everything in TWEWY is a visual treat…except for the guns…

    3. Like many Square Enix games, TWEWY’s music is a major characteristic. The songs all have a wonderful sound to them, and you can enjoy them even if you’re not a fan of the genre. There are a fair number of rap songs in the game, and though I am far from a rap fan, listening to these songs every once in a while in no way detracts from the experience because they’re so well-done. Plus, in-game you can “buy” soundtrack CDs and listen to the songs at any time from the main menu, and any song obtained this way can be set as background music for the menu.

    4. If there was ever a game that justified owning a Nintendo DS, it would be TWEWY. This game takes full advantage of the system and pushes its capabilities to its absolute limits—you use the touch screen for literally everything, both screens are essential to play, some attacks require you to use the microphone, there are wireless functions, and defeating one enemy actually requires you to close the system (with precise timing) to defeat it. How many games think to utilize the fact that the system can close?

    5. The official name for TWEWY’s battle system is “the Stride Cross Battle System,” and boy does it shine. You control one character on the touch screen entirely through touch control, and at the same time, you control a second character on the top screen through button input. Sound tough? You bet it is—I still haven’t mastered it! But controlling two characters on two screens at once, difficult as it is, is something you can only do on the DS, and if you find it too tough, you can always set the top-screen character to computer control.

    6. The best way to gain permanent stat boosts actually isn’t through levelling up—it’s through consuming food items. When you feed a character, a number of blocks on their “bytes” grid will fill up, and with every battle you fight, a block will disappear. Once the food has been completely “digested,” your stats will permanently increase and you can eat a new food item. There is a restriction—your character can only consume a total of 24 “bytes” per day—but in the post-game you can obtain a special ability that removes this restriction, allowing you to gluttonously increase your stats at ferocious rates.

    7. Rather than equipping your characters with armor and weapons, you equip them with clothing items called “Threads.” Threads will increase your characters stats and/or grant them new abilities, and play into the brand management system (discussed later). You can equip up to 4 threads, so long as you don’t have two or more of the same variety (you can only wear one hat) and your character’s “Bravery” rating is high enough. Some of the threads are way out there—the Samurai Sword, the Samurai Armor, the Mr. Mew suit—and yes, crossdressing is allowed.

    8. Each store in the game has one specific shop keeper, and as you buy more items from them, you begin to develop a friendship. Raising friendship with shopkeepers will make new items available for purchase and also incline them to reveal the secret abilities of your Threads, making this system invaluable for making the most of your equipment.

    9. Decided to try Hard mode, but found yourself in a bit over your head? No problem! You can adjust the difficulty from the main menu at any time over the course of them game! You will need to get through one or two chapters on Normal before Easy is made available, but that’s nothing a little power-levelling can’t fix. Later on you unlock Hard mode and, in the post-game, you can even obtain Ultimate for a real challenge. This option keeps the experience just plain fun for everyone, wheather they want to be tested or just want to slide through on Easy.

    10. With a battle system this fun, power-levelling your characters feels more like a privilege than a chore, but some of you may be afraid that this will cause you to quickly outlevel your enemies. Don’t worry—on the main menu right next to the difficulty setting, you’ll find the level slider, which allows you to reduce your level as low as you want. Not only does this handicap make the game more interesting, lowering your level also increases your drop rate, making it easier to earn rare pins by defeating enemies. There are other methods of raising your drop rate, but they’re much more difficult to use effectively, so a level handicap is the best way to catch a rare pin. Like you needed another reason to power-level.

The new CoroCoro is out and there’s big Pokémon news, mainly involving the mysterious Kalos legendary Zygarde. As expected, Zygarde has alternate forms!

You may have heard of the post-credits scene from the newest Pokémon movie, featuring a tiny green blob Pokémon as well as a shadowy titan. The blob (and several similar but flatter blobs) has also been shown in trailers for the next Mega Evolution anime special. As it turns out, these are all different versions of Zygarde!

The blob is “Zygarde Core”. The flat blobs are “Zygarde Cells”, and it seems they all join with the Core to form a larger body. A previously-unseen form, “Zygarde 10%” is shown: a black and green dog with a scarf-like appendage, said to have high Speed. Zygarde’s currently-catchable form from X and Y is now named “Zygarde 50%”, and the shadowy titan has been properly revealed, name “Zygarde Perfect Form”.

Perfect Form you see it’s totally Cell from DBZ

I’m super excited to learn more about this! The information thus far focuses on the anime, which is being retitled “Pokémon XY & Z” (so it looks like the next main game will be Z), and I’m curious as to how this unique form system will work in the games. Is it possible that Zygarde might be our first legendary to evolve? Will Perfect Zygarde function like a Mega Evolution? Will we get some item that can toggle how many Cells our Zygarde is currently using? I want to know!

The magazine also showed a “new form” for Greninja where it has a color scheme based on Ash. (It might also have some water spikes on its back but I can’t tell for sure.) That’s, um…cool…I guess…?

Perfect Zygarde though. Please check it out.

    Well, let's see...

    -Pidgeot ("Tori")
    -Butterfree ("Cat")
    -Gyarados ("Berserker" (shiny))
    -Ho-Oh ("Rudy")
    -Charizard
    -Yveltal

Flying isn't high on my "must have in team list," since their main use in my opinion is learning Fly, and that send you right to a Pokemon Center where you can put them back in the box anyway. In most cases, a Flying type will only make it onto my team if they have another type that I'm looking for, or if they're a mascot or just a Pokemon I feel like giving a try. I'm sure I'll be using more Flying types in the future, but I remain neutral on the type overall.

    Next post: Grass types.

You know, I really enjoyed making my dramatic reading of the Piraka Rap.

Logically this should be followed by a dramatic reading of Creeping in My Soul, but...Creeping in My Soul kind of already sounds like a dramatic reading, so I don't know if my version would really sound all that different.

    2007 was terrible.

I don't know what do y'all say, yea or nay?

    Origin: Final Fantasy III

Was It In Bravely Default?: Yes

Overview: Summons have been a fun part of Final Fantasy for very long time, and now they’re back again! Like the Black Mage, they focus entirely on magic, and when they run out of MP they’re in trouble. It doesn’t help that Summons have a high MP cost. However, Summons are a great way to cause massive damage to the entire field, not to mention they’re neat to watch! (And skippable.) They also learn abilities for improving Friend Summons, which makes them a bit more versatile.

Personal Thoughts: I love Summons. I also love that Bravely Default’s Summons are unique in that they’re all, like…legend-possessed things we find in our everyday world. I love Bahamut and Shiva and the rest of the FF gang, but it’s also really cool to see Summons that are, for lack of a better term, “modernized”. Like these are Summons we couldn’t have seen until fairly recently. (Except for Ziusudra’s Sin, who seems more like Shiva Jr. to me.) I do wish they could be cheaper in MP, but eh, it’s a trade-off. The method of getting summons in Bravely Default is also fairly unique, and my feelings on it can alternate. In Final Fantasy Summons can be bought, granted to you through certain story events, or fought as bosses and then earned upon defeat, depending on which game (and which Summon). In Bravely Default, the idea of them being bosses is tweaked a bit: when you challenge the “Anchorite” for the Summon (when you have at least one Summoner of high enough level), you will enter battle, but the Anchorite gets first strike and immediately uses the Summon. If at least one of your party members survives, then the battle ends and you get the Summon. Now, at first, this is really difficult and sort of frustrating. But, by the time you get to higher level Summons, you’ll have so many stats and abilities that this won’t be much of an issue, not to mention you start finding things to nullify or absorb the element that’s being thrown at you (meaning guaranteed Summon Get!). It’s unique, and I guess I like it as a whole. There’s just a bit of a slope at first. ALSO, Bravely Second will be getting at least one new Summon! I don’t know what the name is supposed to be, but it appears to be a large submarine. It’s possible this is replacing Ziusudra’s Sin as the water/ice summon, or that we’re just getting more Summons in addition to those that are returning. Or both. I would like to see new Summons, but with the way Summoner and Conjurer are set up I don’t know if there’s as much they can do to expand the Summon roster. Though, I guess if Conjurer didn’t come back…no, I’d rather have Conjurer than more Summons.

(Chronicle of Heresy has been officially cancelled. This collection will be left for organizational purposes, but it will not be expanded or followed up on.)

I've been doing more brainstorming about Chronicle of Heresy. Spoiler alert: Ahkmou and the other Great Disk Matoran are going to become Shadow Toa. Ahkmou got a starring role in the short story that this story will be continuing off of, and I did write a Vhisola story a while back, but I got to thinking. Really, none of these characters (except maybe Ahkmou) have all that much screentime, so it would probably be a good idea to take some time and make at least one short story each fleshing out how I want to represent them in the story.

So this will be a collection post for those stories. Not sure yet if they'll all be canonical with Chronicle of Heresy, but they'll be related, at least. And since I really am working uphill on this, feel free to offer suggestions on how you'd like to see these Matoran represented.

-Bond of Heresy, focusing on Ahkmou

    -Abyssal Obsession, focusing on Vhisola

    -Cheatsheet, focusing on Vhisola

-Hint to Greatness, focusing on Ehrye

-Shattering the Mask, focusing on Nuhrii

-Opportunity for Ambition, focusing on Tehutti

-Jumping Off of a Perfectly Fine Gukko, focusing on Orkahm

You all know what a Super Saiyan is. You scream a little and then BAM, spiky gold hair and a power level over 9000.

But...what would happen if you tried to turn Super Saiyan and were bald?!

This question has plagued the worlds' greatest* minds for decades, but fret not! At last, we have an answer!

This is Super Saiyan 3 if you want to be technical. Either way, the question is answered!! If you don't have hair, then your beard gets gold and spiky!

...Although...what if you were bald...and didn't have any facial hair?!

Hm, perhaps the quest for knowledge is neverending after all...

When transferring my Pokemon from Gen V to VI, I discovered that I had not transferred my Dialga out of Diamond before selling it. This saddened me. So, using a gift card I had been given, I set out to obtain a Dialga figure.

    "I can't breathe in here."

It came (two weeks early!) packaged, so I felt I should take a picture of that. The plastic is actually styled like an Ultra Ball, which is really neat! That being said...I was impatient to unpackage him.

    "I'll get you out!!"

    And, here we are.

It's simply adorable, really. It's like a baby Dialga!

"I shall raise you as my own."

I'm sure I'll end up taking more pictures involving baby Dia here as time goes on. I'm trying to wrap this up and possibly finish a fanfic I'm working on before Toonami starts, so that's all I have for now.

    Look at all his majesty...

    Origin: Bravely Second

Was It In Bravely Default?: No

Overview: This Job focuses on debuffing, and is said to be capable of inflicting ailments and lowering enemies' stats. Specific attacks seen thus far are "Charm Cake", which charms all enemies, and "Pie Meteor", which throws pies at an enemy until their stats go down.

Personal Thoughts: This is going to be one of the best games ever.
