Yay! Temporary Premier Membership perks. Time to write a blog like I'm sure a ton of other people are doing! Only I'm doing it with... MYTHOLOGY. For the sake of clarification, since the term has such a wide and uncertain range as of exactly what it covers, I'm using Mythology in this instance to reference Religions which no longer have large groups of remaining followers.

I personally love reading about religions throughout the world, and some of the most awesome ones are those which have fallen out of favor. I'm sure a lot of people know at least something about a Mythology, be it the ever present Hellenistic Greek or the rising prominence of Scandinavian Norse (For those in the United States at least). There are also quite a few Mythologies that have a small prominence, but that nobody really knows more than a few characters of, such as Anubis, Horus, and possibly Bast from Egypt, to use their Roman names, Quetzalcoatl among the Mexica Aztec, and occasionally Dagon, usually in the Lovecraftian form instead of multiple Mesopotamian regions.

Which brings my rumbling to an end to ask the question this blog was made for:

Do YOU have a favorite myth? The death of Hodr? The underworld ballgame of Hunahpa and Xbalanque? The clever trickery of Anansi?
Perhaps a favorite character from Mythology? The foolish Coyote in one of his many forms? The troublesome Susano'o? One of the mysterious and earth-shaking Rainbow serpents?
Or even a favorite mythology as a whole? The little-known Etruscan? The ancient Sumerian? The clever myths of the Russian Chukchi?

If you do, feel free to share!

Well, today has gone surprisingly well for me.

I got to view the inside of a NASCAR car, which was rather awesome, though it started raining and they quickly had to put it away in its trailer.

I got information that Nintendo has repaired my 3DS and has sent it back. Thankfully, it was not my own fault for it breaking, and I did not have to pay for the repairs.

I received my prize from the Twelfth Category in the Short Story Writing contest: The Computer Programmer Minifigure.

I had some orange shaved ice, that wasn't horribly lacking in flavor or downright foul. It's sad that good orange flavor is so hard to find.

I spent some time with my grandparents, which is always fun. Plus there's nothing quite like losing at crazy eights to your grandfather.

I'm currently acting as a boss fight in the Kid Icarus: Unanswered Prayers RPG, and going to beat up some mortals as the God of Doom.

A RPG concept that Cadias and I have been working on is nearly complete, and turning out quite well.

And now I find I have this blog usable for a week because of BZP's birthday.

So... anyone have anything good happen to them today?
  3. The Dark Chronicler
Ah yes, a blog entry that has nothing to do with the RPG, Comedies, of Unity.

Instead, it is going to be on what I consider some of the most entertaining games currently available.

I don't really own many DQ games... but the ones I do own are rather fun indeed. Also, a complaint about Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon DS.

    Dragon Quest IX

I was unsure about getting this game at first. It didn't seem to have much action in it, and I'd never played a turn-based battle game before. But my cousin had it, and showed it to me and my brother. First my brother, then I, decided to buy a copy of this game.

It was the best thirty dollars I have ever spent. The sheer size of the world in the game was awesome, but that wasn't all. There was more things to do, challenges to complete, after-story adventures to adventurify. Plus, like a few other games, it has different character classes, with differing abilities and stats. But when I learned I could make a Mage carry a war-hammer, that's when the awesomeness sunk it.

I've never been much of a Video-game playing person, so I haven't played a very large number of games. But out of the ones I've played, this has to be my favorite video-game I own.

    DQ Monsters Joker 2:

Yes, It's a creature fighting game. No, I've never played any other monster fighting games. But, that didn't change the fact that this game was quite fun. Mixing up skill-sets to get robot that can meditate and shoot lightning, a squid with fire breath, and a zombie who can bring the dead back to life. Irony and entertainment are plentiful with some of the strangest power combinations I've ever seen.

And taking on the final boss with six weak creatures, and having five die really quickly without putting up much of a fight... not fun. But then having the final living creature taking on the boss one-on-one, and winning at a pathetic power level... oh, it was great. Thank you Magic Mallet, and your healing abilities! XD

Worth the thirty five I payed, but not as awesome as DQ IX

    Fortune Street

    "It's-a me, Mario!"

Shut up Mario, I didn't buy this game because you were in it. I went in halves with my brother on this, we each payed for half, and we are sharing the game. So far, not as fun as the other games, but still entertaining. Not played much of this game yet, so I can't really go into detail.

Yeah, that is all of the DQ games I've played so far... My brother also has DQ Rocket Slime, DQ VIII, DQ VI, and DQ Monsters Joker 1.

Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon

Five hours, and I had beaten all of the levels, and collected everything. EVERYTHING. Twenty dollars wasted on this game, and I mean wasted. I held down the attack key, for the machine gun, and nothing even put up a fight. It had ways to dodge attacks... but I never used them, Missiles are only good for blowing up buildings, and doing a little damage to enemies. Worst game I've ever played.

I recommend using this entry to share your ideas on characters, draft chapters, and anything else connected to Unity, as there will not likely be another.

Well, this blog sure has been useful, but all good things must come to an end.

I know the blogs will still be usable for non-premier members for a few more days, but I likely won't be adding anything after this.

Thanks to everyone who reads this, and let's hope Unity turns out well.

I was reading a member's past stories when I found this terrible piece of writing. Be warned, it is awful.

Vahki 759476 ran. He knew he couldn't outrun his attackers but he ran anyway. His gears sparked, one of his weopons was gone, and his companions melted by viles of silver liqiud thrown at them by the matoran.

The ones chasing him caught up and hit him with the viles. His body started to melt then solidify into a new form.He leaped onto the closest building and ran to the nearest repair shed.

When he got there he saw his squad leader talking to the hive captain.

''Turaga Dume says to find and destroy the Toa'' the hive captian said.

''Why?What have Toa ever done to us?''asked Vahki 759476.

The squad leader and the hive captian both look to see him clad in armor that glowed with energy.''What has happend to you?''asked the squad captain.

''whatever happened you are now deformed and must be destroyed.''said the hive captian.

''Never!''shouted the squad leader as he smashed into the hive captain.they sparked as they fought until both were destroyed and only scap parts remained.

''My squad leader sacrifised himself to save me.I must honer him by wielding his shield in battle.I am now Vahki Nuva!''he said.

Vahki Nuva ran to the coliseum. When he arrived he saw three Toa being pulled into a pit and three others under attack by Vahki. The red one shot two disks both hitting a statue of Toa Lihkan. He saw the disks would not be enough to fall the statue, so he rammed into it from behind, tumbling the statue, and sending him flying into the pit.

When he got back up he was in the tunnel to Turaga Dume's chamber. He knew it was an imposter for the real Turaga Dume would never hurt Toa.Then he saw a strange sphere, cracking it open he saw the real Turaga Dume.

Now the other Vahki had surrounded him.Weopons ready, he smashed through the other Vahki destroying them.

After an hour of so he reached Dume's chamber and smashed the door down.He saw Fake Dume floating in the air with a giant hand grabbing some figures he could not identify. Then the hand reached for the power plant,if it grabbed that it would be unstopable. He had to stop it,so he shot his disk, hitting the imposter, and solidefied him.The beast flew into the air and to the great barrier.

''As long as villans like that exist i will fight them!''he shouted.

And untill the matoran returned,he did.

Yes, I wrote that a few years ago. Anyone think I should rewrite it now that I've gotten a lot better at writing?

Also, I have had an idea.

All BZP Members should put a Christmas hat into their Avatars.

It's easy to do, and somewhat comical.

    I highly recommend it.

Tomorrow is the day I start up my plot, and NEX will start collecting murderers and killers.

What could they be planning? No one but TDC knows what is planned, except NEX himself.

Even his own killers will not be aware of why they are dropping the Tablets with NEX on them.

But there is a reason, and it may become apparent if those trying to solve it do well enough.

If not, then it may never be known what NEX had planned.

The first to be recruited are Knife and Edge. Hopefully they will not attempt kill the person who tries to recruit them.

It seems Ghosthand's killer will also be possibly joining, he will be visited next.

    Then comes Venen.

And to anyone who wants to try to stop them, good luck.

  7. The Dark Chronicler
    A simple question really.

What do you think has happened to Vezon in Unity?

    Is he alive or dead?

Has he lost power... or gained more?

    Has he done anything stupid?

Is he ruler of one of the newly formed countries/megacity?

    Should he appear in Unity?

    "Where are we going?

    Why are we going?

Are we going at all, or just sailing in a big circle?

    Or is it a spiral?

I went down a spiral once: a big stone tunnel that went down and down and down, and ended in Zyglak. Whoever built it had no decorating sense at all."

So now we must decide the fate of this madman.

"And you still haven't answered any of my one-hundred ten questions, or my follow ups."
  8. The Dark Chronicler
Now that some of you have read my idea for the first chapter, it is time to prepare for the chapters of all of you. I think we should use the first few chapters to introduce each of our characters, show what life was like before, and during, the arrival of the city. This isn't necessary, but it might help people understand the character better, and their life before the chaos to come.

I was thinking the best way to do the chapter order would be in the order that each person joined the group. Except Ghosthands and Tyler Durden, who I have not spoken to about Unity yet.

Meaning... (Oh look, BioBeast wants moved down. Thanks for messing up the list, Bio. XD)

    Onarax-Chapter 2

    Cadias-Chapter 3

    Fearless-Chapter 4

    Nitro-Chapter 5

    BioBeast-Chapter 6

Ghosthands-Chapter 7 (Possibly, no sign of him so far)

Durden-Chapter 8 (Possibly, same as Ghosthands)

    TDC-Chapter 9

And all I ask is that...

Please, no one write about the city crashing! I have a really awesome idea of how to do it, and I was hoping to do that in my next chapter.

You can write about the city crashing if you want to, I just beg you not to!

So, if you want to write ideas for chapters, set up plots for chapters that you want opinions on first, then go right ahead and post here! And everyone can work on their first chapter at once, seeing that there will likely be no connections until later chapters.
  9. The Dark Chronicler
.....The cold night air swept over the jungle. Light was hours away, and the sweeping wind echoed through the trees. The Darkness of the night was broken by the torches of a small village, in the wreckage of what was once a city. The memories of battle and death were scattered among the rubble like nothing more than dust. The villagers survived for themselves, for there was nothing else left for them but to survive. Guards spoke among themselves at the entrance, what was once the gate of the city, lost in the past, back when hope was widespread, back when life had seemed to be perfect. But the darkness had never left, it was merely hidden, waiting for the time when it could return.

.....Grath stood guard of a badly damaged chunk of the city wall. it was hard to believe, but he knew it to be true... and part of him refused to accept it. Had it been a mere thousand years ago when life was as wonderful as it had ever been? Those were the days that stood out among the bleak memories in his mind. A giant had come from the sky, attacking the planet that was his home. Then, hope seemed nonexistent, but it was there. A smaller giant fought the larger, barely managing to best the titan with a stroke of mere luck. Then, as a mask, the smaller giant had done something amazing beyond anything Grath had ever seen. He had created life, across the sweeping desert like a storm, green, growth. It was miraculous, and life would never be better than those first few years.

.....But those years were over. Fragmentation had occurred in the great city. Different groups had differing ideas of how they should be governed. The natives weren't as trusting of the newcomers to their land, and the same was the reversal. Now, this jungle held only the remains of bodies and the cities they protected. empires grew and fell almost over night. There was death and bloodshed, far more than even the Core Wars had ever brought.

.....The jungle meant to provide food and shelter did nothing but hide your enemies until they were upon you, and already attacking. There was no hope left on this planet, at least none for Grath. All he had to look forward to was fighting raiders and enemies until one of them finally managed to kill him.

.....That was when the sky exploded.

.....For hundreds of miles, the sky lit up as though it was day. But in the middle of the night, the light was not the warm, welcoming glow of the sun. It was the glow of power as the sky warped and twisted, seemingly writhing in agony. A roaring moan-like howl filled the sky as the walls of the universe gave way. A black object ripped through the shattered hole into the world, pure energy seeming to spark and glow around it. Electrical energy wrapped around the shape like a shield, bursts randomly striking off of the unnatural shadow.

.....Bolts of lightning blazed out from the monstrous form, striking the ground and incinerating trees and plant-life wherever a bolt struck. The arid smell of charred ash filled the air, mixed with the unmistakable stench of ozone. The enormous hum from the electricity could be heard for miles. Death incarnate had arrived on the unstable world, and it was in the form of a black mass of metal.

.....Grath watched in amazement and sheer terror. Bolt after bolt shot off, incinerating patches of forest as though they were nothing. What was that thing, tearing apart the very sky and destroying that which lay on the earth without care. He would never find out.

.....Another electrical charge lanced through the air, striking the village where Grath watched. The bolt spread as it neared the ground, turning huts to ash, and the terrified beings inside to dust and bits of charred remains. It was over in an instant. Grath never had time to feel the pain. Where had been a village moments ago, was nothing more than a patch of burnt land. Not one being survived.

.....There was no one left to mourn the dead, except the dead themselves.

.....They were through. Their city had survived another transportation, and they were still alive.

.....Droviss pulled on levers frantically, as he did everything he could to keep the machine, their only hope of survival, from crashing down and sealing their fate to die in another world. The engines belched hot mist into his face, burning patches of the skin. But he had to ignore it, if he were to stop, the engines would fail, and death would be eminent. For they had made it into the new world, that was the easiest part.

.....They still had to land on the surface of the planet, and hope to survive the impact.

.....Gears whirled and pipes screamed as the machine fought back against Droviss. But he had created it, he knew how to force it into working, to keep it running. He wasn't going to let his city fall, they were all counting on him. He could not see the sky, or the world they had arrived on, he couldn't leave the machine, even for a moment, or the death of the city would be inevitable. His work was the only thing between life and death, and he was trying for life.

.....Kralve Stood near the edge of the city, watching as the titanic form began to fall, it's forward momentum carrying it onward. But the thrust engines were not enough. They never had been, they were flawed in design. But there was no choice but to use them. The creator had died, and only he knew how the thrust engines truly worked.

.....Lightning arched all around the sky, the city's barrier, allowing it to travel between worlds without killing all those who lived inside. It was unstable, yes, but the bolts rarely struck inwards and hit the city, most flew outwards at whatever world they entered. It was a beautiful sight to his eyes. The arcs or power flowed gracefully around the city, their loud hum reduced by the plugs in his ears. Without them, he would be deafened for sure.

.....His hand held tight onto a switch. He could not leave it, for when impact was mere moments away, he was to pull it. It would trigger the thrust engines to give one last burst of energy, to prevent the total destruction of the city. Then, he had to run. If he wanted to survive, he had to run.

.....It was only a few hours until they were fully through the portal, and completely under the mercy of gravity, heading downward to what was always a rough landing.

I have spent some time thinking about my idea for an organization of death and murder. And I have been really thinking about when I should start up the murders that will spread their reach across the island. And my ideas have all pointed to next weekend, the third and fourth of December.

And for anyone who wishes to join into this violent and death-bringing plot, this is the time to create a character and prepare for the worst.

If you already have a character you wish to join, just say so, and they will get a personal invitation by the leader of NEX himself.

Those who join NEX must be killers of some sort, Mass Murderers, Assassins, Serial Killers. They can use arson, knives, swords, baseball bats, live lobsters, pretzels, anything they wish to use, any way they wish to use it. The only requirement for those who join is that they leave behind a Tablet, with NEX written upon it.

Those who join will have access to a hidden location that is the headquarters of NEX, where they can rest in safety, without the threat of any enemies finding them in their sleep. They will be supplied weaponry should they need it, and weapon and armor repair when required.

After seeing the title, I'm sure I know what you're thinking. Please do not try to kick me down any holes in the ground.

So Today, I have three things to discuss in a single entry, Unity, my comedies and the BZPRPG. I'll start with the RPG. If you don't care about what I have to say about the RPG, then just skip down until you see 'Unity' written in bold letters. If you don't care about that either, just scroll down to the bold 'My Comedies'. If not wanting to read that, then keep scrolling down and read the comments. If you don't want to do that... then what are you doing in this blog entry? XD

    BZPRPG: Murder, he wrote.

I'm plotting a rather explosive plan, and have been since the RPG went down. It has taken me a while to alter to fit the Re-reboot (Or RebornRPG, as you may call it, or the RPG Game thingy). But now I am back on track with it.

I've been plotting a murder mystery unlike anything The RPG (Within my time playing) has ever seen. But there was the problem of killing a number of NPCs likely not going over very well with the staff, I suspect it would not be very easy to get approved. But then a thought hit me. Quite a few people have characters that they aren't very fond of, and would not really care if they died. This gave me an Idea, not to even go after NPCs, but unwanted PCs, with permission of course. I guess I should explain my idea in more detail.

My Detective, Thedar Chronn, will end up uncovering a strange series of Murders, all of which seem to be connected. At the scene of each one will be a single tablet, with three Matoran letters written on it, . NEX, which is actually Latin for death. The murders will show up in multiple areas of the island, and will hopefully attract the attention of interested RPGers.

While Chronn will be important, he will not do anything major in the plot, that will be left to the other RPGers. Chronn will work as a source of advice and information to anyone trying to unravel the mysterious murderers who call themselves NEX.

Right now, I am looking for people with characters that can die, or people who want to create a murderer to unleash under NEX, and it's mysterious and shadowy leader. Serial Killers, Mass Murderers, and Assassins are all welcome!

Unity: The Preparations are not yet complete...

Most of you reading this have seen, or are part of Unity, the ultimate story plan that has come from my mind. Which really isn't saying much, seeing as the plot will be decided as the story is written.

Most of the important details my mind has thought up have been taken care of. But that doesn't mean that everything has been decided and finished. I wanted to get all of your opinions and ideas. Any questions that you can think of that still need to be answered? And Ideas you want other members of Unity to see? If you post them here, I will compile them all into another Entry into my blog, so people can vote of the questions, and read the ideas that are given.

And if you are having trouble with creating a character for this, why not speak to another member of the writing team, they can be great help.

Comedies: Yes, I still write these.

As you have likely seen, I haven't had enough time to keep up with all of my comedies, let alone write new ones, of even start up the one about M.A.K.U.T.A.

But don't worry, I hope to get some extra time soon, and plan on getting out a new chapter of The Sniper 2, and a new part in Clueless. I can't tell you when they will be finished, but I can say that If all goes well, it will be rather soon.

In The Sniper 2: Expect the story to begin wrapping up. Evil will be faced, heroes will become united, and the the true villain behind the entire story-line so far will be revealed. Vyruss will make his most unexpected attack yet, and for reasons no one will expect.

In Clueless: The murder mystery will begin, as the newly appointed detectives are challenged with a series of puzzles and mystery as the attempt to unravel my untimely demise. And keep a close eye out while reading, clues will not always be obvious...
  12. The Dark Chronicler
I've gotten back into the RPG completely now. My characters are feeling like they have minds of their own, and I'm having fun.

So here I just thought I'd but my current characters, and a scale of 1-10 of how much I enjoy playing as them.

Virthee - A character based on myself in many ways, and my obsession with (Real, as in honestly real) Medical shows.
    8/10

Dreenan - A character not based on me. Just a random idea I thought up, and it worked as a character.
    7/10

Moylan - A character similar in origin to Dreenan, just a thought turned character. Wanted to test a slightly less stable mental state.
    7/10

Vrana - A character re-created as a sort of anti-hero. He helps the Matoran but is disliked by some due to his past.
    10/10

Kirgon - A character created with the worst attitude I could think of. It expanded from there, creating a unique character.
    10/10

Incendia - A character created based on the book character Don Quixote (Well, information found online without reading the book.)
    6/10

Zyckel - A character recreated to be a slightly self-centered, and egotistical blacksmith.
    7/10

Thedar - Another Character based on myself, and my interest in non-fictional murder shows. The ones that actually go into details on the crimes.
    9/10

Brekan - A character created to work with BioBeast. She was based on absolutely nothing, only whatever came into my mind while writing her profile.
    8/10

Drome - A character created to work with Cadias. He was based on whatever thought drifted into my head while creating his profile.
    9/10

Tuatara - A character based off of the Tuatara lizard, he is relatively new. I haven't had enough time to truly get into character yet.
    ?/10

Have your own opinion on my characters, or want to say which of your own you like best? Feel free to write so.
  13. The Dark Chronicler
Unity... a world in the making, and entire universe to be formed by those who write it.

But first, opinions are needed to decide some rather important, and currently unresolved questions.

    1.
Should this story take place in only one universe, or should we expand it into multiple?
    Single Universe :......4
    No vote (BioBeast) : 1
    Multiple universe :....0
    Flaskback universe :1

    2.
Should there be a main protagonist in the story, or should multiple people create their own protagonists, and not have one central, important character?
    One :........................1
    No vote (BioBeast) : 1
    Multiple :...................4

    3.
If there is a main Protagonist. Should that person be without a true creator, able to be controlled and directed by anyone and everyone, or should the character be written about by a single person? Being under multiple people would allow their story to progress more easily, but under one person, they are not likely to change personalities even slightly under different authors.
    See 2 :........5
    No creator : 1

    4.
Should there be something more dangerous than the scientist, something worse than they are?
    Yes :......1
    Maybe : 5
    No :.......0

    5.
What should the current state of Spherus Magna be? Is it unified, or are their multiple nations and countries that have formed? Is there no government at all?
    Unified :........2
    Multiple :......3

  14. The Dark Chronicler
In the realm of Unity, there are many species, included the known inhabitants of the Matoran universe.

I'm setting this entry up so people can share ideas about characters with multiple other people, and get opinions, and work together or alone to create the inhabitants of this world, including those who come from other universes...

Rules for Characters: These are just to keep things from going out of control.

A limit of two characters per person: These characters can be Matoran universe natives, or scientists from the city.

There can be minor characters that anyone can control, some of which may actually turn out important to the story.

Enemies are not pushovers. I'm sure non of you will have this problem, but in fighting, people get hurt, enemies don't just fall dead. Sometimes they even kill your characters.

Please, avoid using a Deus Ex Machina to get out of anything. Remember, fleeing works just as well as having a sand worm show up to eat your foes just in time to save you.

No overpowering to the extreme. There are some powerful species in Bionicle, and they are usable in this. As are most weapons. Just don't go overboard and create a Toa with Cordak blasters on his shoulders, twin Midak, laser vision, and invincible armor of death. (I'm already planning that! XD... kidding.)

So, now that the boring stuff is out of the way, It's time for the fun part, characters. Here is what I have so far.

    Droviss

Droviss is a member of the scientist species. He is the highest ranking member among the controlling council, and has the most say in what is to be done in any given situation. This puts him in a position of more power, but also one that means his choices may ruin the survival of his people. He takes his position very seriously.

Outside of his work on the council, he is also a mechanical scientist, who works with machinery. He knows the Machine in the city better than anyone else, and is the only one who can truly keep it running. Which is his favorite of his two jobs.

He has pale blue-green skin on his body, like the rest of his species. His face if somewhat long, with his chin being rather sharp. He has bright white hair, a not uncommon color for his species, and he keeps rather neat in appearance. His eyes are a pale, ghostly yellow. On both of his hands, he is missing the uppermost finger. This is a result of a past experiment that did not turn out well. He wears an long armored trench-coat, which is mostly black with streaks of while in places where it has been damaged and repaired.

He is armed with a single Kuhlt GrimStar (Colt Bisley), which has be specially made to work with his missing fingers.

That is all I have so far. Anything else you think I should add to it?

Also, feel free to post your own character information or ideas!

  15. The Dark Chronicler
Three Matoran walk into the village hotel looking for a room.

The receptionist tells them that there is only one room available, and that it costs 30 Widgets to rent.

So the three Matoran each pay 10 Widgets, and head to the room to rest for the night.

Later, the receptionist realizes that she over charged them by 5 Widgets, so she gives the money to the bellhop instructing him to return it to the 3 Matoran.

The bellhop, on his way to the room, realizes that there is no way to split the 5 Widgets 3 ways.

So he puts 2 Widgets into his pocket and doesn't tell the Matoran about it, also taking into consideration the fact that they didn't tip him.

Now, here's is the question about this puzzle.

After getting their money back, each of the Matoran has spent 9 Widgets, totaling 27 Widgets spent for the room.

The bellhop took 2 Widgets for himself, which brings the total to 29 Widgets.

What happened to the last Widget?
  16. The Dark Chronicler
I have wanted to create this story for the longest time, but have never had the chance.

    A story called...

    Unity

A story that doesn't have a planned out story-line, each chapter moves the story farther along, and the plot is made up as the story goes.

But that isn't the main idea of this writing. The Idea is to get multiple writers working together on it, each taking turns writing a chapter.

So say I may write chapter one, and start out the adventure, then another writer gets to write chapter two.

But I wouldn't want this to be all in my style of writing, and make other people try to copy it. Each chapter would be written in the writer's favorite style to use.

So some chapters may be Prose, with others Script. Some may take a darker tone, while others are brighter.

And how the plot continues is decided by the next person who is to write a chapter.

So writers who may not have the time to write a story on their own can join in, and only have to write a chapter every once in a while.

The only restrictions would be that everyone has to work with a limited cast of characters. Meaning writers are not allowed to randomly bring in a bunch of characters.

The characters will be limited to one character from each of the writers, unimportant minor characters that are for only a chapter or two, and the villain who I would introduce in chapter 1.

I thank you for reading this. Should you like the Idea, and wish to join the writing, feel free to P.M. me or post it here. Without the help of other writers, this will be impossible.

    Writing Team:

    The Dark Chronicler - Epic

    BioBeast (Probably) -

    Toa Onarax - Epic

    Cadias - Epic

The Fearless Leader (If it is an Epic) - Epic

    Ghosthands (Possibly) - Epic/Comedy

    Tyler Durden -

    Nitro Frost (Possibly) -

I am going to have to stop taking members to the Writing Team for the moment. Eight is the perfect number. Should anyone decide not to join, or to quit, then a new spot will be opened.
  17. The Dark Chronicler
As you have possibly read, I am planning a story without a concrete plot, that grows and develops as it goes along.

It has seen a positive response that I had never expected, or had ever hoped for. It's better than I could have imagined.

And for the possibly short time that I will still be able to blog, I will use it to discuss ideas for Unity.

Now, onto the meaning of this Entry.

The Idea so far is for this story to take place on what is the near future of the planet Spherus Magna. The Toa and Matoran has somewhat integrated into the society of this new planet. The planet is now covered in life after Mata Nui completed his destiny.

I have spent the past few days working on creating a villain that isn't your generic enemy, your common final boss.

I hope that he has turned out as well as I imagined he would. But to understand him, first I will have to explain his species and how they have come to Spherus Magna.

They are a group of scientists.Their mission was to explore the universes outside or their own to find a possible cure to a dangerous disease that there are no cures for as of yet. This is not a species destroying disease like you see in movies, more along the lines of the black plague, killing off huge numbers of people. They discovered no cures within their own world. So they moved into the creation of drastic measures to fight the deadly disease. A group of scientists were brought together to create a device, built to search other worlds for the cure. The scientists created a marvel of technology, a metal city, including biodomes to contain and grow food on their trip though universes.

In the center of the city is a powerful device, the greatest invention of their civilization. A powerful machine that works like an Olmak, moving the entire city through universes. Unlike the mask, it takes incredible amounts of power to run. Unlike an Olmak, they do not simply appear inside another universe, but a sort of world between. They left their own world, to save their people from the deadly plague, but they were so intent on their mission, that they made a horrible, horrible mistake. They did not map which universe was their own, and lost lost in a sea of different worlds, hoping only to return to their own.

They have found the cure, but it does no good. They have no way to return home, and are left searching, traveling from universe to universe, searching for their missing home.

The only problem is, that to achieve their mission, they are willing to kill anything and anyone who dares stands between them and their home universe. And to achieve that goal, many will have to die.

The creatures have weak powers, which vary between different individuals, much like elemental powers for Toa. But these powers are nowhere near as powerful as elemental powers. They are slightly stronger and more durable than Glatorian, about Toa level. This leaves them weaker in direct combat to their foes. But they balance the field with superior weaponry. Weapons so advanced they can only be described as late 19th century guns.

They appear similar to Glatorian, and they are mostly organic. They have pale blue-green skin, and a variety of eye colors. They have hair, some having facial hair, with a variety of hair colors.

And that is what I have come up for as the villain species. Some of you may not like the idea of a traveling species outside of the main universe arriving. Which has been used in stories many times before. But I assure you, I made this as different from anything else as I possibly could.

Now, for the main villain himself.

He is the leader of the scientists living in the metal city. He is not the most skilled among them, but he knows how the machine works better than any of them, and keeps it running as best he can. He is missing the uppermost finger on both of his hands, which have been replace by small backwards facing hooks. He is not a powerful fighter, similar to the rest of the scientists. He has pale yellow eyes and white hair on his head, but none on his face.

That is all I can reveal about him at the moment.

Anyone have any complants about this, see anything you don't like? Then say it here, this is going to be a story for all of us. If you don't like something, we all have the power to change it.
  18. The Dark Chronicler
For possibly the first time on BZPower, Clue (or Cluedo) has invaded the comedy forum!

Who killed V-3 is now up and ready to read.

Six possible killers, six different motives. Only one committed the crime, and it's up to the readers to uncover the mystery.

Feel free to P.M. in who you think the killer, the used weapon, and the room where the crime was committed after the second chapter.

Though be warned... should you guess wrong, you... are the next victim.

So It's better to wait, but wait too long and someone else may solve it first.

    Good luck Detectives!
  19. The Dark Chronicler
So with the help of BioBeast and Cadias, I have decided my Next two comedies to work on.

Yes, I plan on taking a break between the Sniper 2 and 3. I need to let my mind have a rest from those, at least for a short while.

So the two Comedies coming soon are...

    Who killed V-3?

    And

M.A.K.U.T.A. (Not the name of the comedy itself, I'll need to talk to Cadias and Xaeraz about that)

I thank you for your opinions and hope these two comedies will be enjoyable and entertaining.

    The Dark Comedian

  20. The Dark Chronicler
I just wanted to say that I WILL be continuing the Sniper of BZPower 2, and continuing into number three. So don't worry about that.

There is something else I wanted to talk about.

    FUTURE COMEDY IDEAS!

    Here are my current Ideas.

    R & R

A story about living Bionicle sets (Always wanted to do one of those), but with a major twist... the main characters are against the human that owns them.

    Who Killed V-3?

A clue-esque comedy, where it's up to the readers to see if they can find the murderer before it's too late.

    Lost hope

A dark comedy (Which I like) about a village gripped by fear, and how it's slowly falling farther into darkness.

Soo... which ones would you like to see?
