  1. Hopefully they'll give it out like they did with the hero pack! I really want that mask of creation but I don't feel like getting Ekimu lol Also the patterns on the cloth are pretty fantastic.
  2. This comic is blootyful and dirt is yummy.
  3. "What are THOOOOOOSE?" "The reason why we can't have nice things"
  4. Beautiful theme! Also I didn't know you could homebrew 3DS themes, this is something I have to try out.
  5. The first thought I had clicking on this topic was, "OH MY." But you can never have enough Space Jam mashups so it was a pleasant "OH MY." The very beginning threw me off a little, it didn't seem to sync that well. But it got smoothed out a little further into the song and actually turned out really cool. Also "Slamity Hurts" is just so... perfect.
  6. The Bionicle tag on Tumblr's been ripe with quotes from the book and I really like them, now I'm feeling obligated to get and read the book! Plus, the whole reason I was in to G1 Bionicle was due to the story, and now that there's a chunky outlet of story for us, I can get into it again! Gaaahhh I'M SO EXCITED.
  7. This friend speaks my mind. I'd also love to see some LEGO writing contests and while I really liked the fan participation in G1 because it allowed the fans to have a part in sculpting the story to their wants/needs, I felt that it was a case of "too many cooks spoiling the broth."
  8. I thought it was funny that the Agori had wheels and the MU inhabitant's didn't, even though they had gears which I feel would have come into use after the discovery of the wheel/axle... Jaller was indeed surprised upon meeting Umbra and his laser rollerskates in BL #5.
  9. Hooooly cow. These are amazing, and I totally wish I could own one... I know they're gonna explode in price, though. Just gonna have to settle for looking at them online. :c
  10. Thanks! I'm hoping to be able to post more stuff as time goes on... it's been a while since I've drawn Bionicle.
  11. I wonder if they had a leader... ALL HAIL LORD FIKOU
  12. Considering how old they are, I think it'd be pretty hard to collect them... if you try, though, good luck! Where are you searching? I think I'd want to get my hands on some cards myself... I love TCGs
  13. I got this baby from IKEA. Rockin' the moose sheets all night, bruh. ...They have a really nice thread count.
  14. Welcome to BZP! This is a very beautiful picture. I can totes feel the romance
  15. Fancy! I'm curious what you used for his face, because I can see an eye in there...
  16. Good idea! BZP's a bit of an overwhelming forum to tread for the first time... I remember being intimidated during my first days here. Plus it's a good way to make new friends. we are a community, after all!
  17. Worked out pretty well? Pshh, this worked out amazingly! The build almost reminds me of Gunpla, lol. I love the gold details you used on the "waistcoat" and "boots." They do indeed make her look like an empress.
  18. I'm pretty sure you can find the books online somewhere, but you didn't hear it from me. BS01 is good for general review and staying up all night reading wiki pages, but it's always fun to read the books/serials/comics and play the games if you've got the time. Bionicle's always been an immersive experience, which makes it so riveting.
  19. My bro and I used to play "Bionicle School" under my bed where we dressed up our sets in old Barbie clothes and transplanted them into some combat-y school-ish setting. Like, Nokama would be teaching something then BAM, suddenly Visorak, and its up to all of her students to fight and look fab at the same time! We were odd kids. The G2 Bionicle sets came out while I was home from college on break. My bro and I went to troll our local mall and bug our friend who works at the LEGO store for a bit when we saw them, and like the totally cool adults we were, we started jumping up and down, yelling, and hugging each other because we were that freakin' happy. I think a lot of my happiest moments involving Bionicle also involve my brother... he was the one who got me into Bionicle in the first place. I love him. <3 I have a lot of fond memories about lurking on BZP too... I'd binge-read all these comics in Art III, creep on peoples' art topics in Art I, and wish I was super talented and cool enough to have an art topic of my own. I think BZP was what prompted me to draw my own fanart and write my own fanfiction. Granted, I was 11 and therefore not very good at it, but BZP triggered my love for drawing and writing. That's a pretty fond memory to me.
