Photoshop Elements is a watered down version of PS, but it's better than Gimp on some levels.

I made it to look like they were dumped out across a table and then moved by the BZPower logo, or as if they are overflowing from a bunch of pieces.

whoa I'm honestly stunned that I won. Congrats to Brave Dragon, the one with the coolest shirt. And yeah, I've already made a modification to make it one colour with the text still standing out.

I agree with you, but in Daiker's defense, the edges in the original image were already jagged. Yes, I all I did was clear the backround. It was originally jagged. Also perhaps I should fill it with black? No, don't just fill it with a solid color. At the very least, use GIMP's Blend Tool to fill it with a gradient. When you want to try something more advanced, try learning how to use brushes downloadable from the Internet. I used to like using brushes, but it's just the easy way out to make something look better. Now I try to avoid using them.

I hand-traced every single piece (excluding duplicates of course) in Illustrator. I was thinking that, but for some reason I'm attracted to this idea more. I think of it as pieces falling. At first, I was thinking "BZPOWER" should be made out of pieces. But that seemed too difficult. Like I said with Brickeens, I'll mess around with it and see what I can do. Hush... People aren't supposed to notice those. But of course, this isn't entirely Mata, because of Bohrok pieces.

That's my entry. I am going to find a way to make BZPOWER stand out from the pieces using just one ink colour. If you can't tell, the shirt colour is a dark grey.

The stars foot piece ruins the smooth flow, IMO.

I'd say he's decent. And he's definitely not as bad as he says he is.
