  1. Yes I do know about the video game general thread, but I feel that it's more suited towards mainstream games and not indie games. So, what indie games have you been playing lately, I've been playing Unturned, on a blog called Smartlydressedgames (Link here) Considering its a broswer game, it's pretty good.
  2. Hi, I've been having trouble with Minecraft Comes Alive, an MC mod that enhances villagers. I've put the zipped mod file in the mods folder, downloaded Forge (And installed it), but when I run MC with the Forge profile it only shows the three default mods active: No Minecraft Comes Alive. I also have the most recent versions of MC, MCA and Forge. Can anyone help me with this? Many thanks if you can.[]
  3. Hi all, I've been working for a while on a Unity 3D game about Bionicle, set in the Dark Times/Makuta Wars, before the coming of the toa Mata. Version 1.1 is available for download: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/5pgj4n1xskn0x6w/iTtOVtgU6B This version includes: Ga, Po and Onu-Wahi and their respective Koros. Numerous Matoran in each village. Dangerous rahi to fight. Tons of nostalgia. Some pics of gameplay: To play: 1.Click the above dropbox link. 2.Click, from the top right hand corner "Download". 3.Open the downloads folder and double click on the downloaded file. 4.Open the .hltm file to open the game. 5.The team is aware of some bugs in the game, which are going to be fixed in the next update, but any bug reports/feedback are still appreciated. V.1.2 is coming soon, so stay tuned for Ta-Wahi!
  4. So, I'm starting this topic to see if anyone here is interested in this old board game released by Hasbro back 2002. Basically, it was a combination card game and miniature game set in the the Star Wars universe; the object was to defeat all of your opponent's "Main Characters" by using cards that had special powers. Each character had his own "deck" with 31 cards. The game has become something of a cult classic in the gaming community, at least for those who remember when it first come out. There is (or was) a rather impressive online community devoted to the game, having created hundreds of decks and expansions with settings including: The Lord of the Rings, Marvel, DC, Heroes, Firefly, and even the Bible to name a few. These days, if you want to play duels, and aren't lucky enough to still have your old beaten up copy, you can play online using the Vassel Engine. The rule book can be found on Wikipedia for those looking for it. So anyone, here heard of this gem of a game?
  5. Things have stood rather still the past few weeks, at least as far as game development goes. Due to a slew of school work and other things, I have not found the drive for heavy programming. I have at least completed a new ability or two for the old BIONICLE Fighter game engine, and I will upload these as soon as I polish them a bit with sound effects and stat tweaking. I have unfortunately not succeeded in fixing any of the crashes that occur on Windows 8 whenever certain abilities are used. For this reason I will instead implement a very sad countermeasure: A Settings button to temporarily disable the problematic powers. This will keep Toa of Lightning from using their secondary, and it will keep the Exo-Pyro boss from using its multi-fireball attack. It will instead fire a single fireball, while Toa of Lightning will get a lesser version of Chain Lightning. Please note that this is a completely optional setting meant for those who have trouble running the game as-is, and once I manage to fix the crashing it will be removed again. The new engine is still just in the planning stages. There are lots of things that need to be planned in advance, so that I don't run into the issues I have with my current engine: Bloating of file size, slow and inefficient code, and a rigid system that can't easily be added to. I am working on splitting up sprites, recoloring them, and making new position arrays for keeping track of equipped items on your character. This will lend itself to a better and more flexible animation system, but it will also take time to finish. Until I get a system I am comfortable with I can unfortunately not move on to programming the rest of the revised game engine either. However, once the baseline is done, it will be rather easy to port over all the attacks etc. from the current game. While there will be changes in the way the stats work, and in the effects of some abilities, most will stay the same and thus need no real reprogramming. What you are all waiting for, though, is multiplayer. Multiplayer is finicky, but I am looking at ways to make it work right. I've posted a connection test before, which worked for two players in a simple shooter environment. Once I figure out exactly how to structure the networking to work efficiently with all the things that BF needs to keep track of, I will put together a new demo for you to try. Keep checking my topic; I will be posting sprites and other tidbits there as they get done.
  6. I've seen many people find old Lego games by asking other users on these forums, therefore I'm willing to give this a shot... Been looking through pages and pages of the internet archive and none of them seem to want to load the game. I'm looking for the old Johnny Thunder game called "The Lost Treasure of Ancient Greece". I would much appreciate any kind of working link, whether it be an archive, a direct flash link, a re-upload onto another website, or even a download. During my searches I found this post; http://www.bzpower.com/board/index.php?showtopic=6451 but the link to download seems to be dead, yet the OP's reaction shows that it was available at some point. Is there any other way to acces this game or is it a lost cause? (sorry if I've mis-typed my post in any way or started this topic the wrong way; I just joined and I'm still trying to get a handle on the forum and question asking basics)
  7. Invisible Legend returns, with its newest version: The Proto Release! It's an improved version of the old classic game. The interface is still the old one, which hopefully adds some nostalgic feeling. What has changed since the game was introduced long ago? Well, some graphics have been changed for the better (like the awful Toa Ilma battle graphics). There is new music, new story bits, improved monsters and side-quests, a completely new Kanohi mask system and more. DOWNLOAD (Dropbox) The Story Bio-Land (called Southern Continent by non-natives) is a beautiful island with many Matoran living on it. However, an upcoming crisis calls for six Matoran to be transformed into Toa. No one is sure how it happens, but these Matoran are suddenly transformed against their will... but they remain separate, each transforming in his or her home region. The Toa of Fire, Biokau, is given a mission to find his teammates and assemble the Toa team to battle the darkness that is on its way. Time is against the heroes, though, and many secrets lurk on the island. The Toa will soon find out that there is no one left they can truly trust. Screenshots Please note that all screenshots are from older versions and are in some cases completely outdated. Biokau about to use his elemental powers On a path Meeting Maa The Toa fighting hypnotized Matoran Please, feel free to play the game, enjoy, and tell me what you think of it. Don't hesitate to give me any kind of criticism and ideas for further improvement.
  8. It has returned! DOWNLOAD FROM DROPBOX Having trouble extracting? Download ZIP version here Before the downtime, I posted this game for the first time. Now I am bringing it back up, but even better than before. Changes to the original include having all six Toa in battle at the same time and improved battles in general, as well as many bugs fixed. So the Voyage of Fear: The Game, is a fan-made game using the RPG Maker VX Ace engine. It follows the canon storyline of BIONICLE Adventures #5: Voyage of Fear. It is very story accurate. Of course, you want to see some screenshots to determine whether the game is worth your time before actually downloading it. So here you go:
  9. Watch this first, it should bring you pretty much up to date. (Unfortunately my mic was so good it picked up every little detail of my voice, so when I talk at the beginning it sounds like my mouth is full of spittle or something. ) https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B-joMIsbuoMxS3hsV0UtSDFVVnM/preview P.S. I forgot to mention in it that the awesome colorful lens flare stuff you see in it was actually made by an awesome Blender Game Engine user named "Martin Uptis". Here is a link to his video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xyZWu23xpWA If you like Blender or looking at cool 3D things, then check out his channel. Okay, the video pretty much says it all. That is my proof for this. I'm not sure what else needs to be said so far, but I'll add to this post later once I have more progress. In the mean time tell me what you guys think. Here are some screenshots as well. Most are from the "spoiler zone" mentioned in the video, but don't worry they don't contain spoilers. https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B-joMIsbuoMxTlNfa1M1R3ZnOUU/edit https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B-joMIsbuoMxdk9SZkxkMWI2eGs/edit https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B-joMIsbuoMxakI0NUhEVXVnYms/edit https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B-joMIsbuoMxX0haQi1DS25fRkU/edit https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B-joMIsbuoMxWl81TVhwRm02Mk0/edit https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B-joMIsbuoMxdXBtQnpwa3lDVHc/edit
  10. Alternate title: The Figure of Speech Game. Create LEGO figures of speech! Be as absurd as possible! The following poster will then have to do his or her best to explain what the figure of speech means. Examples: Post 1: "That really grinds my gear functions." Post 2: "A figure of speech pertaining to irritation, derived from silly Technic Toa figures. That essay was a real brick under my foot." Post 3: "A figure of speech derived from stepping on a LEGO brick: in other words, something painful. That dude's a real Nex." So those are pretty straightforward examples, but the point is not to be boring like me. Rules: 1. LEGO-related! 2. I dunno, that's it really. -- Let's start with: Like taking Kraata from a Rahkshi.
  11. And so it ends... Watch the two hour marathon of the last episode here! When I began this adventure three months ago, I was not quite sure what to expect with the game. While I enjoyed some aspects of the game, I felt that too many areas were lacking or even unfair after a while. For example, the strategy mini-"game" required long periods of madly spam clicking, and I was afraid I would get carpal tunnel! The best parts of the game were definitely the kohlii matches and finally discovering the crystal items for myself. While the ending dialogue is good, it was lacking sound, which made the ending of MNOLG 1 that much more memorable. Overall, i don't think I could recommend MNOLG 2 over the original, but I'm glad I finally finished it.
  12. Okay, first off, I know that this topic is most likely going to get moved; I simply posted it here because I honestly don't know where else to put it. This game revolves around the pieces that LEGO put in the Glatorian sets to keep track of health in the action figure game. I thought that this was a cool idea, but not nearly fleshed out enough. So, I decided to rework it into something I personally think is fun, borrowing certain elements from games like Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokemon, along with my own work. RULES: 1: Players do not need the exact parts described here in order to play the game; it simply makes it a bit easier if you do. Get creative! 2: The game may be played by any number of persons as long as there are at least two players. 3: Please do not complain about the other person's advantages if they have one, i.e. more parts, more time, etc. 4: This game can be played with your own MOC's. However, you must follow the theme of what you're trying to build. For instance, if you're making a vehicle, make it look like a vehicle. 5: Anyone that breaks these rules automatically forfeits the match. GAMEPLAY Okay, now that that's done, I should probably teach you how to play. To start off with, there are three types of playing 'pieces': The first are the Battlers, the ones who will be the main focus of the game. You may have up to three Battlers on your team. The first person to lose all Battlers loses the game. If playing with more than two players, when you lose all Battlers, you are out of the game. Basically, last one standing wins. The second are the Turrets. You may have up to three Turrets on your team. Turrets are defensive pieces, and act as support to the Battlers. The third and last type of 'piece' are vehicles. You may only have one Vehicle on your team. Vehicles are offensive pieces, and act to enhance or change battle conditions. To begin play, you build your team, choose a battling location, and flip a coin to see who goes first. The person who goes first can perform any actions available to him/her, and can only end his turn by attacking or assuming Defense Mode. The next player does the same, and play continues until all but one players have run out of Battlers. The last one standing wins the game. BATTLERS First off, let's establish the gameplay mechanics of the Battlers, which are by far the most complex part of the game. While in a game with more than two players, the attacker must announce who he is attacking before starting his turn. The Battlers use the same health system as the original game; you have five life points, and if a Battler's health reaches zero, that Battler is out of the game. You may only play one Battler at a time. Battlers may not be switched out. If you have an active Battler on the field, that Battler stays there until it gets either defeated or you win the game. The main thing Battlers do is attack, which is represented by putting your Battler in an aggressive pose that shows off his Gear, which will be discussed later. If you wish, you may skip attacking on your turn in order to go into Defense Mode, which is represented by putting your Battler into a defensive pose. Defense Mode automatically takes one point off of any damage you receive. There are four types of Battlers: Land Battlers, Sky Battlers, Water Battlers, and Elemental Battlers. This will be important later. There are a few health system modifiers, and they work like so: A regular hit takes away two life points, a weak hit takes away one point, and a strong hit takes away three points. What makes a hit strong, weak, or regular? I'm so glad you asked! A regular hit occurs when there are no damage modifiers on you or the defending target, or if the damage modifiers on you and your target cancel each other out; I should warn you up front that this does not happen very often, unless you are playing an Elemental Battler, but we'll get to that in a minute. A weak hit occurs if the target Battler's type is strong against the attacking Battler's type; the type chart is something we'll get to in a few seconds. A strong hit occurs if the attacking Battler's type is strong against the target Battler's type; pretty self-explanatory. Anyways, here's that chart I promised you: ♪It's the ciiiiircle of liiiiiife...(Oombawumbawayyy...)♪ No, that is not a diagram of the rain cycle; it means that Land is strong against Water, Water is strong against Air, and Air is strong against land. I know it's not perfect, but come on, I had to take some creative liberties here. You may notice that I did not put Elemental Battlers on here, but again, we'll get to that later. Now, believe it or not, there is actually a second type of damage modifier: Gear. Gear is what you equip your Battler with. Battler may only carry two pieces of Gear at a time. There are three types of Gear: Melee, Projectile, and Shield. Melee Gear is represented by your Battler carrying a sword, club, or other type of Melee weapon. Melee Gear raises your attack strength by one point, meaning you do an extra point of damage when attacking your opponent. Projectile Gear is represented by your Battler carrying a launcher of some sort. Projectile Gear does not raise your attack power when used; however, it allows you to take out turrets and vehicles without risking any of your health. This will be explained more later. Shield Gear takes one point off of any damage taken by your Battler. When combined with the aforementioned Defense Mode, this turns your Battler into a strong wall. Okay, time to discuss that Elemental Battler I keep putting off. Elemental Battlers are not affected by types; they always take and deal two points of damage. Unlike the other Battlers, you can only have one Elemental Battler on your team at a time. To make up for this, Elemental Battlers have the ability to boost the power of Turrets, vehicles, and Gear by one point using their element; however, if you do not wish to use the elemental power to boost those items, then you may instead use it to create a devastating attack that take away all of the opponent's life points. I wouldn't recommend using this ability too quickly, though, as when you do, your Battler is no longer able to attack. TURRETS Turrets are a lot more simple than Battlers. There are still a few things you'll need to pay close attention to, though, so listen up! You may only play one Turret at a time, unless you are Combining them. (Discussed later) Turrets only have two points of health. Turrets are not affected by types. You may attack EITHER a Turret or a Battler, not both in the same turn. You may Combine Turrets to double or triple their strength; however, this does not raise their health, and one blow could wipe out your entire armada. Combined Turrets may only be used once every other turn. The Turret's effects can be avoided by attacking with Projectile Gear. So, what do Turrets actually do? Well, when a Battler attacks another Battler, a Turret on the side of the targeted player will automatically deal back all the damage the attacker dealt, minus one point. For instance, if I attacked a Land Battler with a Sky Battler, but the Land Battler had a Turret on his side of the field, I would get two damage dealt to my Battler by the Turret. You represent Combining Turrets by linking them together somehow, preferably with regular pieces, but if those aren't handy for some reason you could always use tape or something. Combined Turrets deal either twice or three times as much damage as normal, depending on how many Turrets you combine. Combined Turrets, though quite formidable, may only attack every other turn, have the same health as a regular Turret, and cannot be split apart until the game has ended or you lose. VEHICLES Ah, Vehicles. Probably my favorite game changer, these things are quite simple, and yet rather powerful. Vehicles may only be played once per game per player. Vehicles are played by attaching them to the Active Battler on the field. Vehicles have five points of health, but when destroyed, do not affect the Battler's that was attached to them's life points. Vehicles must be equipped with at least one type of Gear. Vehicles are not affected by Types. Vehicles are basically a way to completely screw the rules of the game. A Battler attached to a Vehicle is pretty much invincible, as all of the attacks that would hit it are instead diverted into attacking the Vehicle's life points. When attacking using a vehicle, you use the vehicle's Gear set instead of the Battlers, making it an effective way to get around some road blocks if your opponent is countering you. On top of that, every time the vehicle is attacked, the attacker must flip a coin, and can only deal damage if it comes up heads. There are, however, a couple of exceptions to these rules so that you have SOME chance of bringing these things down. Sky Battlers can attack the Battler riding the vehicle if the vehicle is flying or hovering. The same applies to Land Battlers if it's a land vehicle, and Water Battlers if it's a water vehicle. If the Battler on the vehicle is taken out of play, then the vehicle automatically takes one point in crash damage. Projectiles and Turrets skip the flipping the coin, and can attack the vehicle directly. Contact Me If you have a question or comment about the game, just leave a post in the comments section below. 13. So, basically, the first person says something starting with "fortunatly", then the next person has to corrupt it by making it "unfortunatly". For example, Person 1: Fortunatly, I have a puppy. Person 2: Unfortunatly, nobody likes it. Person 1: Fortunatly, that's good, because its a guard dog. Person 3: Unfortunatly, it is mute. The topic should "shift" as peoples posts move it off topic. I'll start: Fortunatly, my country is a democracy.

  17. The title takes the job of stating it. It seems like TLG has been making a lot of theses lately.
  18. The title implies the topic idea perfectly. What's your favorite HF game?
  19. What are the glitches and such (whether they be good or bad) you have noticed in the Bionicle Flash games (and yes, I know MNOLG 2 was just one big glitch, but whatever). My favorite one would be that in Matoran Escape you can hold down the space bar (Switch Character) and while you hold it down you will keep switching, and you are invincible for the most part. For example, Zamor spheres go straight through you without doing anything. What ones have you noticed?
  20. This is something I've had sitting around forever, and haven't done all that much with it. Back a long, long time ago, yet not in a galaxy far, far away, I asked Mata Rahi if I could continue his original game, Infected Masks. So, I messed around with the programming and simplified it as much as I could with my limited Game Maker knowledge, and then added in a new Akaku and Miru, as well as a few more levels. It's still kinda glitchy; for example, the Hau was something I never figured out at all, so its shield randomly flashes until you land on it, the Akaku randomly falls through doors, occasionally your Kraata will get stuck in the floor, and the Kaukau doesn't stop being controlled when you select something else. I know how to fix most of it, but I'm kind of disappointed with the whole game, and plan to completely revamp it at some point, with new sprites (sorry Mata Rahi), gameplay (more like a platform puzzler would be better), and difficulty. CONTROLS: Right click a Kraata/Infected Mask to control it. Arrow Keys to move and jump. Left click activates a mask's power (only needed for Hau's shield) "R" Resets the level in case you are stuck. "F1" Brings up the help menu (not bad writing, if I do say so myself ) "F9" Takes a screenshot GAMEPLAY: You are a Kraata, given a task straight from Makuta to infect all the Kanohi on Mata Nui. Be warned, however, that each has a special challenge that may make it difficult to infect, such as the Hau's shield, the Kakama's speed, and the Miru's levitation. Once infected, however, the masks may be used to further your mission, such as the Kaukau's ability to go underwater, and the Akaku's ability to see through and open transparent blocks. You will come across many hazards and challenges, such as buttons (orange opens horizontal doors, and red opens vertical doors), energized protodermis, water, and lava that may put a stop to your mission, but you must infect all masks in the level to open the Makuta's shadow portal to the next area. As time goes on, you will advance from Makuta's lair to Ta-Koro, and so on to all the locations in Mata Nui, infecting masks and bringing the island to know it's true master: the Makuta! Currently only includes ten levels, as I haven't done much with it for a while. Just thought I'd post it. LINK WITH SCREENSHOTS (YoYoGames) Enjoy for now, while I try and make it better. I'm not the best at making puzzle maps that actually present more of a mental challenge, but the least I can do is make it look good, remove glitches, and make it much more fun.
  21. Hey, anyone else remember the old Lego Spybotics game, "The Nightfall Incident", they had on the Lego website? You played as a secret agent computer hacker and used your little programs on a grid to beat the security programs, and as you go along you buy bigger, better programs. I miss that game. It was so much fun. Does anyone know if it still exists anywhere?
  22. Anyone remember back in 2005-2006 when Hasbro made these little toys on stands that click that can be used in a battle game called Attacktix? Those were my favorite toys back in the day, one reason why I decided to start the topic. Basically, let me give you a basic brief summary of its history here. In 2005, the toy designers of Hasbro wanted to make a new game that didn't require boards or dice. After much brainstorming, they settled on Attacktix. For the rest of the year, they only did Star Wars, but expanded over to Transformers in 2006. With those two years, the game was pretty popular. They even jumped over to Marvel Comics, which made up their last line and they ended in 2006. You'll find more info on Wikipedia (I linked to its page on there.) Now for my Attacktix experience. Back in that time, I think I already had my first BIONICLE, Rahaga Bomonga. Whenever I had enough money to buy some decent toy, I would go to K-Mart and shop for a random toy. Back then, I did like Star Wars like any 7-year-old boy would, so I entered the Star Wars aisle and came across this new non-LEGO toy called Attacktix. It had some interesting looking figures and even promised a secret figure and a CD. Out of sheer curiosity, I bought it and took it into my room to analyze this strange new find. The result was a natural obsession. It quickly became my favorite toy and just had to buy more. The CD (which disappeared years ago) even taught me how to play the game. I believe I bought at least another Star Wars pack before buying a Transformers one. But shortly after that, Attacktix abruptly disappeared off of K-Mart's shelves. My interest for the game began to wind down until my teenage neighbor decided he was too old for the Attacktix figures he and his older brother had, so his mother handed them off to me (she gave me two giant tubs of LEGOs at another time). Something told me that her son like Attacktix more than I did, because his collection was more than twice as big as mine. The figures were new to me, and I even received two big ones. My love for the figures went on for about another year before I just moved on. But in seventh grade, a How-To project came up. How-Tos were presentations made by students in order to teach their peers how to do anything as long as it's legal. I looked back at my collection of Attacktix figures and taught my classmates how to play and even allowed the first kid who volunteered to come up in front of the class and challenge me to a game of Attacktix. And sure enough, the class jerk challenged me, as I have predicted days before. He must have had fun, because he made me skip snack break just to play another game. We even went back to class after eating lunch and played another game. We were friendly ever since. But I never played another game until I was in ninth grade. My bro and I went to my bro's teacher's house while she, her husband, and my parents went out for dinner and left us with the teacher's kid who was a year or two older than my 10-year-old bro. He loved Star Wars a whole lot, so I brought my Attacktix collection with me. We played a game and our friend enjoyed it (mostly because he won) and I promised him we would play another game in the future. But I haven't touched those toys after that night. You can discuss the game here. Did you ever play it? Have you ever owned at least 1 Attacktix figure? What figures were in your collection? How did you come across Attacktix? Do you miss it? Any fun memories?
  23. I just found some leaked information on Bungie's Project Destiny game from Wired, which lead me to a nice video on IGN, and the information was confirmed by Bungie to be accurate as well. Here are the details.Plot (Paraphrased quote)It is 700 years into the future on the last city on Earth in a solar system littered with the remains of man's golden age. A massive alien ship hangs overhead like a second moon, no one knows where it came from or why it's here, only that it's "our protector". Meanwhile, another alien race comes from "the edges of the universe" to come and take earth and the last city. "We are young knights, tasked with defending the remains of humanity, discovering the source of these monsters, and eventually overcome it." The massive alien ship is referred to as "The Traveler".Bungie is making the game to be fun and accessible to all, "aiming to make the universe as deep, tangible, and relateable as that of the Star Wars franchise". Jason Jones (Bungie's Co-Founder) said: "Destiny is designed for your inner seven year old. We want to make it feel like a mythic adventure."GameplayDescribed as "social at it's core, offering a world to explore with friends both old and new." Though we are still not 100% certain if the game is an MMO (as statement Bungie later called "a joke").Release InformationAlong with a Destiny Logo, there were also Xbox 360 and PS3 Icons, there is also a url for "Destiny.com" which is currently password protected.Leaked Court documents talked about 4 installments in the Destiny series, with the released dates planned to be:Fall 2013201520172019In 2014, 2016, 2018, and 2020, DLC known now as "Comet" are said to be planned. The contract also said that the first game would be released on Xbox 360 and it's successor (the contract calls it the Xbox 720), releases on PS3, PS4, and PC are said to be planned in the years following.Concept Art.Destiny LogoThe Traveler and the CityThe New MonstersThe KnightsAn Derelict BuildingThe Traveler In OrbitAnother Shot Of The Traveler In OrbitMore Derelict BuildingsA Massive WallKnights In A Force-Field Or SortsAnother Knight Giving CommandsA Space FleetSome Knights Ambushing The New Monsters.Other Bungie NewsBungie's contract also mentioned that it is allowed to put 5% of their workforce towards another Marathon game, I certainly find that idea exciting as a fan of that series.
  24. It's a bit dated, but I notice that there isn't a topic to talk about the Hero Factory Breakout Game, and the update we got for the fall wave slipped under the proverbial radar. So, have any of you all played the Hero Factory Breakout game since the update in August? Did you notice any technical improvements in the Game itself? Any changes that annoyed you? And what did you think of the new levels that were added?
  25. Yes, everyone, a text game version of Star Wars: Sybre Edition (an upcoming Bionicle-related movie soon to be made by yours truly) has arrived! Prepare for extreme awesomeness! Read on to find out the rules that force you down. Staff: This is Bionicle-related. I promise. It's just Bionicle in a Star Wars movie. RulesFirst of all, unrelated text must be labeled OOC. Related text must be labeled IC.BattlingSurprise! This is a fighting game. If you've seen ANY Star Wars movies, you'd know what to expect. The Jedi and Sith use lightsabers and the Force to dismember each other. The rest of the fighters are normally made up of gun-type and other weaponed people. Remember, you can't suddenly gain ANY of these weapons automatically. However, you can buy lightsabers and better guns in the shop (will be explained soon). Now, killing and slashing limbs and other stuff off of people is strictly forbidden. However, wounding is possible. Don't worry, if you have a first-aid kit (one is provided upon joining the game and you can buy more using credits, which will be explained later), you can heal yourself. Melee is also allowed, but I wouldn't suggest it against lightsabers. And troopers along with other non-Jedi/Sith can't use the Force. And absolutely NO godmodding! The Jedi Order frowns upon that. And no controlling other players' characters.RoundsThis adds zest to the battles. Each round lasts 3 days and will be judged by me afterwards. And, please, follow the rules of the rounds. Rules and round types are provided in a sec.WeaponsWhat's a Star Wars or Bionicle game without epic weapons? You start with ONE weapon and can buy more in the shop with credits. I'm just gonna level with you; lightsabers almost always beat guns. Jedis have been shot before. However, better guns can beat lightsabers a little more easily. However, you can't destroy weapons.ShoppingShopping is how you get more stuff around here. You can buy custom-colored weapons, bombs, armies, and even spaceships (which are only used in space locations)! The main currency the shop accepts is credits, which are rewarded to you for your performance in the rounds. You can only shop in between rounds. So that gives you about 2 days to shop. Once the new round starts, there's no turning back. If you buy something, post what you bought and how many credits you spent. Please follow this rule as it applies to the private records. The actual shop is displayed after some reading. Underlined stuff is very special.ArmiesYes, you can buy your own different armies to crush foes with. If another player has an underlined weapon, they can easily destroy your armies, but not all at once. You can only use one army per round.RoundsRounds are just simply battles with certain rules you must follow. They can happen anywhere in the Star Wars universe with many obstacles which mix the rounds up a bit. The first round will start after a minimum of six players have joined.Free-for-AllYou read it right! There are no teammates to hold you back, but minor alliances with two members are allowed. This is the only round where you can use armies.Team BattleIt's easy. I split you into two teams and you just try to beat each other.Boss BattleThis is a round type where you can be killed. By the selected boss, anyway. Bosses are extremely hard to beat and require teamwork to beat.Space BattleNo ground weapons apply. Just your spaceship! However, If you don't own a spaceship, I'll hook you up with a free starfighter. This is the only round where you can use spaceships, unless there's a space boss battle. There is a team version, also. Basically a space version of the team battle.Darth ZeltrothIn the movie, Darth Zeltroth was a legendary figure who was a very powerful Sith. He almost defeated the Republic in a great war, but was finally destroyed when he was surrounded by ships who open-fired on his starfighter in a space battle. Prior to his death, he swore revenge on the Jedi Order by destroying it in a whole new generation. He returned as a young Jedi named Sybre, the Chosen One. When Sybre became the new Zeltroth, he had newer, better armor. Fueled by anger, his main emotion, Zeltroth inherited his ancestor's legacy. So what role does he play in the game? Thanks for asking! He is your solution to rule-breakers! If anyone continues to break the rules after a friendly warning, call in ol' Zeltroth to undo the great wrong. Don't abuse Zeltroth's powers or I'll use the raging Sith on you!Official In-game ShopEverything must be bought with your credits, people! A new Jedi Master named Junji Un-Zanoki chose them to be his apprentices sometime after their training. Together, they faced Darth Vlaud with the assisstance of Junji's master Rhy Von Flyn. As they four battled the deadly Sith, he knocked out Sybre and Reggie. Rhy Von then kicked his skills up a notch and fought for real, but was killed by Vlaud. Rhy's killer then turned toward Junji's fledgling apprentices to kill them himself, but Zanoki snuck up on Vlaud and cut him in half, finishing the job by throwing him into a pit.
