  1. The one that started it all... If you're the kind of person who doesn't read topic titles, this is a spoof of BIONICLE: Mask of Light (2003), originally written in 2004. Aside from some minor edits for the sake of formatting, grammar, and sanity (like seriously, why did I explain like half the jokes at the start of each chapter?! Did I not realize people had the Internet and could look up what they didn't understand?!), this is all raw and unedited from my 14 year old brain. Why did I think I could be sued for following the dialogue too closely? Why did I straight up change random parts of the movie? Why did I reuse several jokes to death and back again? And what was with all that pie stuff? These are but many of the questions you may be asking as you read. The rest of it's pretty good, though. Trust me. -SPIRIT Chapter 1- Lava Surfing Vakama: Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls, Gathered friends, listen to our legend of the Bionicle. Bionicle Fans: Yahoo! Vakama: Ahem! In the time before time the Gr- Hey, wait a second! How can there be a time before time??? (GregF whispers in his ear) Vakama: Oh!.... Can I tell them what happens in the Metru Nui storyline? Director: Stop wasting time! Vakama: Sorry! Some people... Anyway, the Great SPIRIT descended from the heavens carrying we, the Matoran to this para- actually we were Tohunga at the time, but that means something special in Maori and there was this big lawsuit and we needed to change our name and no one like my idea of the Pie-Eaters so we became Matoran. Director: What are you doing?!?! Keep it up and I'll replace you with Nokama. Vakama: Hey! You're not fighting fair! Director: Vakama: Where was I?......Oh, yeah. To this paradise. We were separate and without purpose (life was really boring, BZPower hadn't been invented yet). Director: Vakama: So the Great Spirit showed us the three virtues: Unity, Duty, and Destiny. (Go duty!!!) Director: Vakama: We thanked him by naming our island home after the Great Spirit himself: Makuta- I mean Mata Nui. But our happiness was not to last. Mata Nui's brother, the Makuta was jealous of these honors and betrayed him, he put Mata Nui into a deep slumber. The Makuta was free to unleash his shadows, and unleash them, he did. Hee! Hee! I sound like Yoda.............Ah! The Shadows! I can't see!!! Director: You just blinked! Vakama: I can see again!......Hey are we still filming? Director: That's it! You're fired! Vakama: --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- BIONICLE Mask of Light (Title Scene) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (Now in Ta-Koro) Jaller: Takua! He's got more rock in his head than a Po-Matorun... I mean Po-Matoran, it's a good thing I'm not reading the DVD subtitles. Po-Matoran: Hey! Jaller: Oops!..... Takua! (He sees Takua's Kolhii stick on the wall) (Jaller sets off for the lava caves) Takua! Takua! Takua: Did you hear something? Pewku: Nope. Takua: Oh...... I didn't know you could talk!!! Pewku: I can't. Takua Pewku: What do you expect? It's a movie, anything can happen! Takua: Okay .......I prefer you didn't talk, it freaks me out . Pewku: Sure, no problem. (She starts whistling the MoL tune in the background). Takua: Pewku: Takua: Look at that! (Points at the totem) That's why they call me the Chronicler. Jaller: Who's they? Takua: I dunno...... Aren't you supposed to be here a few seconds later? Jaller: Yeah, but there wasn't any traffic today. Director: So what? Wait for your cue! Jaller: Fine! Takua: (Looking at the totem) Oooo... Pretty. I bet no one ever recorded this before. Jaller: Duh! You're the only Chronicler! Takua: Right... Director: Takua and Jaller: (There is a five minute pause) Director: Whose line is it?!?! Jaller: It's your script. Takua: Burn!.....(He bursts out laughing) Jaller and Director: Takua: Get it? Burn, lava, Ta-Koro? (There's an awkward silence) Takua: I'll shut up now. Jaller: Takua! Takua: That's my name, don't wear it out! Jaller: What are you doing here all alone? Takua: Pewku's here. Pewku: He's got a point. Takua: Pewku: Jaller: We're supposed to be at the Kolhii match. Takua: But Ga-Koro is going to win! Jaller: How do you know? Takua: Why else would they make a MNOLG about someone other than me? Jaller: You've got a point....... , but if we don't, Turaga Vakama will try to replace us... Takua: (He gets a mental image of Vakama playing Kolhii and shudders)......Hang on a sec...Must-go-to-pretty-light. Jaller: You're hopping across lava to look at a rock with light that comes out of nowhere on it? Takua: Yep. Jaller: Why not take the bridge? Takua: It's a bit late now! Jaller: Do you know what Turaga Vakama would say? Takua doing a perfect imitation of Vakama: Trust in the Mask, let it be your guide. Jaller: I asked what he would say, not what he will say. Takua: Pretty light. Jaller: (Takua trips and hits the stone which falls into the lava) Jaller: You Kolhii head! Takua: Oopsie! (Mol pops out of the lava) Takua: Pretty. Jaller: Have you considered therapy? Takua Sarcastically: Ha. Ha. Ha. Takua: Never seen this language before. Jaller: Let's go! Takua: Okie, Dokie! (Takua jumps onto the lavaboard and throws the Mask to Jaller. It hits him in the face and he falls down. A big lava wave hits Takua who falls into the lava and sinks) Director: Holy Kanohi! Jaller: Don't worry, he was just a stunt double. Stunt Double: Help me! It burns! Director: Quit your whining! (Stunt Double swims to shore and hops out of the lava all burnt and crisp) Stunt Double: I forgot about my lava-proof suit. Director: Where's Tahu?!?! Tahu Nuva: Sorry, I was just saving Mata Nui, it can wait. (The Stunt Double hops onto the lavaboard and is picked up by Tahu Nuva) Tahu Nuva: Chronicler! Sightseeing again? Let's get a closer look at those falls! (Tahu jumps off the falls and does his lava surfing thing) Tahu Nuva: So, Takua, this view close enough? Takua Sarcastically: No I want to be closer. Tahu Nuva Believingly: Really? Takua: No! (Whispering:) Kolhii Head...... (Yelling:) Incoming! (A gabajillion Bohrok come out of no where and start charging) Tahu Nuva: Don't worry (He uses his Hau Nuva and the charging Bohrok all bounce off) Takua: Cool! (Tahu Nuva climbs up the wall)
  2. Back in November 2004, this was the first comedy allowed to be posted without the need of spoiler warnings (hence the title). Four months after the conclusion of The Newest MoL Spoof, 14 year old me is a little bit older, a little bit wiser, and a little bit funnier (note how the lines actually stick to the script and how half the jokes aren't about pie this time). Granted, there are still some comedic decisions I don't think I would have made if I were writing this now, but there are still quite a few gems here and there. Love it or hate it, here we go. -SPIRIT Chapter 1- Toa Lhikan's Mission Turaga Vakama: Gathered friends (for those who have them) listen again to our legend of the Bionicle... This is so cool! Now I'm in two movies, and the Director wanted to fire me in the first chapter- Director: Keep this up and I will fire you at the first chapter! Vakama: But you need me for the rest of the movie. Director: Stupid writers... Vakama: In the time before time, in the glorious city of Metru Nui- Hey! Has anyone noticed that this is a different story from the one in MoL? Director: Don't you know you've been lying to the Matoran for 1000 years? Vakama: Actually, I- Director: Shut up! Vakama: ... We believed our noble Toa would protect us... we were so gullible! ... lousy slackers... Previous Toa: Vakama: Anyway, they fell one by one to Makuta- Director: Vakama: I mean a shadow... who wanted to make an endless sleep so he could rule the world and awake them as their conqueror! MUHA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA!- oh wait... I'm the good guy... right... Director: Here we go again... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (Title Scene) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (Toa Lhikan opens a device to get the Toa stones and puts his Toa power into them.) Krekka: The last Toa! Lhikan: Actually there are going to be at least 12 more. Krekka: Stupid political correctness... Nidhiki: Stop sounding smarter than me! Krekka: My humblest apologies, my crustacean accomplice. Nidhiki: Krekka: I mean: Uh............................ Nidhiki: Much better. (They chase Lhikan onto a bridge and corner him. As they get closer, he prepares to jump.) Nidhiki: Don't jump! It's not worth it! Lhikan: But I can fly. Nidhiki: Oh... then jump away! (Lhikan jumps of and makes his fire greatswords into a flying board.) Lhikan: Come on! Fly! Fly! Fly! Director: Sigh... Maybe try turning it ON! Lhikan: That might work... (He turns it on and flies away.) (In Ga-Metru...) Vakama: And so Toa Lhikan took the sacred stones to a chosen Matoran in each Metru... I want to fly! Director: Shut up! (Nokama is teaching a class.) Nokama: Fire, stone- Student: Teacher? Why do you keep saying random words? Nokama: Cow! Pickle! The 8¼th Toa of Pie! Takua: Pie? Director: Not you again! Takua: No pie? (Lhikan flies up to the Ga-Matoran.) Ga-Matoran: Gasp! Toa Lhikan? Lhikan Sarcastically: No, the paper boy!... Here's you newspaper and a Toa stone. Guide the others with your wisdom. (Lhikan flies away.) Nokama: What's a wisdom? (In Po-Metru...) Vakama: In every city's life (if they have one)- Po-Matoran: Hey! Vakama: There is a time of great building. Builders such as Onewa create wonders that confirm our belief in the great SPIRIT... of civilization. (Onewa is carving.) Lhikan: Builder, I'm counting on your courage... or at least I would, if I knew how to count... Onewa: Courage, eh?... (He picks up the Toa stone.) Onewa: AHHHHHHH! A rock! Lhikan: (In Onu-Metru...) Vakama: This city was not just built for the construction of things, but from the collection of history......... I don't know what that means, but it sounded very cool..... My friend Whenua- Whenua: I'm not your friend! Vakama: ...knew this better than most. (Lhikan flies up and hands Whenua a Toa stone.) Lhikan: Don't archive it! (Lhikan flies away.) Whenua: Whatever. (He throws it into the archives.) (In Le-Metru...) Vakama: It was an age when crazy- I mean brave Matoran, like Matau, would test the latest machines with insanity- I mean courage. (Matau is flying at top speed. The steering device breaks off and he crashes and hits Lhikan, who gives him a Toa stone.) Lhikan: Don't break it. Matau: Uh... Mr. Pecan? Lhikan: It's Lhikan Matau: Yeah.......... Could I have a shiny-new one? Mine is broken-smashed. Lhikan: Sigh. (He flies away.) (In Ko-Metru...) Vakama: It was also a time of reason... for no reason at all... a time of study, observance, and boredom. Director: (Through Nuju's telescope.) Vakama: I mean looking into the future. And few looked further forward, without seeing what was in plain sight, than Nuju. Nuju: WHERE'S MY TELESCOPE?!?! (Lhikan flies up and hands him a Toa stone.) Lhikan: Follow the map thinker. (He flies away.) Nuju: Think?! How do you think? Come on! Come on! Come on! I know this! How do you think?! Director: I can't believe that out of 100000000000000000000000000000000000 gasp 0000000000000000000000000 auditions, this was the best guy! (In Ta-Metru...) Vakama: It was a time of sharing, remembering, building, adventuring, dreaming... same as before. Takua: That got old in the last comedy. Director: Just die! Takua: No. That's Jaller's job. Director: SECURITY! Vakama: It was the time of my kind- Director: Who? Morons?! Vakama: That was a bit ironic... It was the time of the mask makers, when creating Kanohi masks from Kanoka disks was all that they lived for. Po-Matoran: Who doesn't have a life now? Vakama: (Matoran Vakama breaks the Vahi he is working on and gets frustrated.) Lhikan: Making great masks Vakama? Matoran Vakama: Not yet, but with the right disk- Lhikan: But first the city needs your help. Vakama: My help? Lhikan Sarcastically: No! Takua's! Takua: You called? Director: SHUT UP!!! Lhikan: Matoran are vanishing, deceit lurks in the shadows of Metru Nui. (They hear Nidhiki walk up.) Nidhiki Sarcastically: Oh, thanks for wrecking the movie! (A big rock falls on Nidhiki's head.) Nidhiki: What was that for? SPIRIT: http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/BackCap/Bionicle-Stuff/hate.jpg. Nidhiki: Oh... GregF made me do it! SPIRIT Sarcastically: Sure he did... (Lhikan gives Vakama a Toa stone.) Lhikan: Keep it secret, keep it safe! Vakama: Yes Gandalf... (Nidhiki attacks.) Nidhiki: This time will be your farewell forever... brother. Lhikan: You have no right to call me that! Nidhiki: Actually, according to the credits, we have the same last name. Onewa: And I'm Matau! Krekka: I'm Lhikan. Kongu: And I'm Makuta! MUHA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! (Vakama hides his Toa stone and Lhikan starts fighting. Krekka breaks in and joins the fight.) Krekka: It's the end of the line, Toa! Lhikan: What line?..................................... Hey! Why am I talking to myself? (Everyone looks at the Director.) Director: Well... uh... I uh......um.... SHUT UP!!! Nidhiki to Vakama: Where do you think you're going? Vakama: I'm going out for a slice of pie. Care to join me? Nidhiki: Sure! Director: Nidhiki: I mean... no! (Lhikan and Krekka keep fighting.) Lhikan: Why am I fighting myself? (He cuts a rope, causing a heavy thing to hit Krekka.) Lhikan: Wow... I just beat myself. Director: SHUT UP!!! Nidhiki: Brother! (Lhikan sees that Nidhiki is holding Vakama over some molten Protodermis.) Vakama: Help me! Director: No! Don't! (Lhikan surrenders and Krekka captures him.) Nidhiki: Compassion was always your weakness, brother. Lhikan: I'm also ticklish. (Nidhiki drops Vakama into the molten Protodermis, but Lhikan kicks his flying board to save, but it missed and Vakama falls into the molten Protodermis.) Vakama: Help I'm drowning- I mean melting! Director: Sigh... you have a lava-proof suit! Vakama: No I don't! Director: Vakama: Psych! Takua: That was old in the last comedy too! Director: That's it! (He starts strangling Takua.) Turaga Vakama: Aw... they love each other. Director to Vakama: You're next. Turaga Vakama: (Matoran Vakama hops onto the flying board and flies away. Then he has a vision. There is a floating Toa stone) Lhikan: Save the heart of Metru Nui. The Great Spirit needs you. (The Toa stone turn into a yellow Hau.) Vakama: Jaller? Lhikan: No! Lhikan, you fool!.... Time is short. Hurry Vakama. Vakama: No! Wait! Come back! Lhikan: See ya, I'm gettin' some pie! Takua: Pie? Vakama: Get out of my vision! (Vakama's vision ends and he crashes. Then Nidhiki and Krekka carry Lhikan away.) Lhikan: How was I captured by myself? Director: Why do I hire such fools? Takua: Well- Director: Shut up! Vakama: NOOOOOO! It's all my fault. Lhikan: Yeah! You could have told me you had a lava-proof suit! Vakama: It was molten Protodermis. Lhikan: (Somewhere...) Makuta: Must have the preciousssss- I mean Mask of Time. (Back in Ta-Metru, Vakama gets his Toa stone and opens it up to see a map.) Vakama: Where's the cream filling?...... Without you we have no Toa, but then there's Tahu- Director: SHUT UP, VAKAMA!!! Turaga Vakama: Me? Vakama: Or Me? Director: Vakama: Who will protect us?... I should have done something! Dume: Don't blame yourself. Vakama: Can I blame you Mak- I mean Turaga Dume? Dume: Uh.... no. I have come for the Mask of Time. Vakama: It's not finished yet. Great masks take time to craft. (He picks up a Vahi.) Dume: Then what's that? Director: STOP STEALING PROPS VAKAMA!!! Vakama: Uh... Oops? Dume: Perhaps you are using inferior disks. Vakama: I use the best. Only Great Disks are more pure. Dume: Too bad Lihkan isn't here to help... : Because of me!... You might want to ignore that last part... (He absentmindedly reaches for the Toa stone, but instead he picks up a disk and hands it to Vakama.) Dume: Bring the completed mask to the Great Can-can Contest. The destiny of Metru Nui rests in your hands. Vakama: Actually this disk and useless Vahi do, but that's what Lhikan said... Lhikan: Actually I said: Vakama: That means the same thing. Lhikan: Oh....................... I just quoted myself!
  3. To quote Vahkiti: "For those who don't know, BQotT, or Bionicle: Quest of the Toa was a Bionicle fan movie project that started in 2005, vanished in 07, and resurfaced in 09 only to vanish again in 2010." Well, I took a look at the footage and soundtrack for that project. The movie, which would have been based off of the 2001 story, had potential. Lots of potential. But alas, it has been nearly 5 years since the project vanished (a second time), never to be continued. With today's technology and software, as well as the increasing interest in Bionicle lately, I wonder if something like that project could show up. Maybe it would be computer animation like Quest of the Toa, or maybe it would be stop-motion. But could something like QotT ever start up again? And if so, who would start it up? I would like to try an make a project like that, but I have little to no experience in stop-motion nor computer modelling/animation. I'm sure some of ouy know something about computer animation and modelling. (Interestingly enough, Vhrano made a 17-minute animation that takes place during the Bohrok Wars, which I think was very well done... aside from Kopaka saying a bad word that reminds you of beavers at one point.) So what do OUY think? Do ouy think there will ever be another project to make a stop-motion or computer-animated Bionicle fan-film based off of 2001? (Or any whole year in general?) Or was Bionicle: Quest of the Toa something that was special and may never happen again? Thank ouy for reading.
  4. Recently in an American "super bowl" ad some characters you may recognize appeared at about 29 seconds in, here is the ad: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JFV48UhqL8M#t=43 Thoughts?
  5. What is your favourite? What do you like about them? I kinda like Web of Shadows the most. I like how Roodaka is such a , and the darkness isn't a con in my eyes.
  6. After Takutanuva was crushed and separated by that giant door, the Kraakan was said to have be smashed slightly (hence the loss of a 'vent' on the 2008 version), and the Avohkii came out unharmed (I assume). What's up with that? Was that just a movie/story plothole?
  7. In case you're unfamiliar, I regularly post videos on my YouTube Channel, YouTube.com/jthstudio, and today I posted a short little video that shows Bonkle's return through the eyes of Tahu. It is a bit cheesy, but it borrows a lot of BZP's BIONICLE 2015 jokes, so I thought I'd post it here: Please be aware though: this was written and animated before comic con and things related to post-comic con news had to be ad-libbed, and the information is somewhat out of date.
  8. LEGO BIONICLE: Tales of the Toa A project to make a fully complete movie telling the 2001 Bionicle story (Name is not final, feel free to suggest a different name for the movie.) I've seen several compilations of Bionicle media to make up the 2001 story, but I've never seen one that manages to tell the story in a fully complete way that explains stuff to newer fans. I'm planning to make a 2001 movie comprised of all the official videos I can find (maybe even some fan-made videos) to make a 2001 Bionicle movie that is complete and will tell the story in a way that new fans will be able to enjoy without seeing any prior Bionicle media. The main problem with 2001 is that there is no single source of the whole story in video format. The main formats of media I have to work with are: The Mata Nui Online Game cutscenes & gameplay footageThe unreleased PC game, Legend of Mata Nui, cutscenesClips & scenes from Bionicle.com and the mini-CDsIn order to try and explain the story and make it more movie-like, I will be narrating & voicing all the characters. And when 2 forms of the same scene clash, I will typically choose the MNOG version as it tends to be more detailed and also includes dialogue. Some scenes will mix both together, such as the MNOG & LoMN Toa Kaita scenes. And so a project like this becomes pretty confusing and difficult. So I need your help. I need to figure out what the best way to put all the videos together is. My goal is to combine the Takua perspective of the 2001 story with the Toa perspective of the story into one big movie, and I'm not sure how to do it. Please feel free to give your ideas on how I should approach this. Anyone have any ideas for the order of the scenes and videos I should use? I'll release a rough cut/draft of the movie after a while. Here's my current rough idea of the scenes I'll use. Note that I will probably use the original order of the MNOG events in which Ta-Koro is shown first. (The official MNOG walkthrough released in 2006 has the Ga-Koro part of the story come before the Ta-Koro part.) MNOG Legend of Mata Nui & Makuta cutscene LoMN Canisters landing in ocean cutscene LoMN Onua Canister scene Tahu Canister scene Vakama finds Tahu's Canister scene ??? Some way to introduce Takua into the story. Perhaps the beginning moments of MNOG leading into... MNOG Tahu gazes at you cutscene MNOG Tahu & the Ta-Koro Guard cutscene ??? MNOG Tarakava attacks cutscene ??? MNOG Gali vs. Tarakava cutscene ??? (Beyond this point is only a very rough outline...) Po-Koro Koli balls story Onu-Koro mine story Le-Koro Nui-Rama story Ko-Koro story Chronicler's Company cutscenes MNOG Toa enter Kini-Nui cutscene Some scenes of the MNOG Rahi battle minigame MNOG Toa Kaita cutscenes. MNOG Battle at Kini-Nui cutscene MNOG Toa Kaita fall apart cutscene MNOG Takua returns to Onu-Koro story MNOG Takua descends into Mangaia cutscene MNOG Toa vs. Makuta + Takua finds the Bohrok nest cutscene MNOG Vakama talks to Takua cutscene The end + Bohrok twist endingI may cut out or merge a lot of the MNOG actual gameplay stuff, but I'll have to find a way to keep the vital parts of the story, like Takua receiving the Po-Koro chisel. I'm also going to insert the 2001 Toa character videos into there somewhere. As you can tell, this won't be easy, so please feel free to give feedback on what you think I should do. PROGRESS: All MNOG cutscenes have been converted to 1080p HD .mp4 format. Some need to be redone to fix errors, however. Working on cropping the LoMN cutscenes. UPDATE 11-18-2014: Check out this preview of how HD the MNOG cutscenes will be! UPDATE 11-19-2014: I've cleaned up the main post to make it shorter and more up-to-date with the current status of the project. Questions? Feedback? Anything? Feel free to comment & contribute! If this project succeeds I might go on to compile the 2002 Bohrok story together as a mini-project, though that will most definitely require stop-motion if I want to do the scene where the Toa fight the Bahrag in the Exo-Toa, so it's unlikely..
  9. Hi, guys! I know that some of us are talking about the live-action Hero Factory movie, which we last heard being first said in 2012, which was two years ago, but it is just being planned now, and Universal Studios are trying to get rights in making the movie. In this topic, I am not talking about what happened to the movie; I am talking about how would you think it should look like. For example, since we heard that it would be written by the guys that wrote for a movie, Predators, in 2010, I can come up with some suggestions about how the movie would look like: I think the movie should be look like a mix of Robots in 2005, the Avengers in 2012, Real Steel in 2011, Star Wars, Pacific Rim in 2013, and the live-action Transformers film series. These are live-action movies that went very well, and many people loved them because of that. We all know that Hero Factory is kind of like these things, so I believe it could work that way. For the story, I would like the movie to be about the Hero Factory heroes, including mainly the Alpha 1 Team, fighting against at least the mysterious villain from the end of the second Breakout episode, who reveals to be Von Nebula the whole time (I could tell by his shown arm with a clawed hand) and uses their plans stolen by Black Phantom to create a Villain Factory to destroy the Hero Factory. The Villain Factory would create evil versions of the Hero Factory heroes that use Anti-Quaza, which Black Phantom sort of showed in the second Breakout episode, for cores, making them evil. Von Nebula would also use the Anti-Heroes as an army to not only destroy the Hero Factory but to take over the galaxy and/or perhaps the universe. For the setting, it would be at least the Makuhero planet, Makuhero City and the Hero Factory building, Planet Earth (because usually live-action movies take place in, and it exists in the Hero Factory universe), and perhaps the Villain Factory. For the characters, I think obviously the Alpha 1 Team, perhaps at least Mr. Makuro, Professor Zib, Quadal, Von Nebula, the Anti-Heroes, and some humans (because it is a live-action movie) would be the main characters. There could be more characters as I feel appearing in the movie as like optional guest stars. I suggest that, in my feeling, the actors who would play the characters would be: 1. Preston Stormer - John Schneider or Hugh Jackman (played Wolverine in the X-Men movies who could have similar anger and revenge issues as Preston, so I believe that could work) 2. William Furno - Eric Christian Olsen or Josh Keaton 3. Daniel Rocka - Andrew Garfield (played Spider-Man in The Amazing Spider-Man movie series who could share some similar traits as Rocka does, so I believe that could work) 4. Dunkan Bulk - Christopher B. Duncan or Dwayne Johnson 5. Jimi Stringer - Stephen Stanton or Billy Ray Cyrus (played in a live-action movie called The Spy Next Door in 2010 who is like Stringer in some ways, such as being a musical type person, so I believe that could work) 6. Mark Surge - Bryton James or Charlie Day 7. Natalie Breez - Jean Louisa Kelly or Scarlett Johansson 8. Julius Nex - Jason Canning or Jeremy Howard 9. Nathan Evo - Jason London 10. Zib - Henry Winkler 11. Mr. Makuro - Malcolm McDowell or Morgan Freeman 12. Daniela Capricorn - Jennifer Coolidge (optional in a funny way) 13. Thresher - Samuel Jackson (optional in an exciting way) 14. Von Nebula - Mark Hamill or Alfred Molina 15. Voltix - Rick Wasserman or Jamie Foxx (played Electro in The Amazing Spider-Man 2 this year, so I believe it could work, but Voltix is just optional) 16. Core Hunter - Tom Hardy (played Bane in The Dark Knight Rises in 2012, so I believe it could work, but Core Hunter is just optional in an exciting way) 17. Anti-Heroes - I don't know 18. Quadal - no one 19. Capricorn's camera robot - no one (optional in a funny way) 20. Humans - I don't know. I choose Voltix and Core Hunter because they are not recaptured by the Hero Factory. Voltix is said to be still on the loose while Core Hunter disappeared into his unknown fate in The Doom Box book. I thought it would be cool to include them because I would like them to be recaptured finally and they're cool. Here's also why and how: Voltix would at least help Von Nebula charge up the Villain Factory while Core Hunter would be revealed to have survived his disappearance as he is at least collecting Anti-Quaza to power the Anti-Heroes (because he collects Hero cores, after all), but these two guys are just optional. So, there. You see what I mean? Anyway, I hope that if the movie will be made and released, it would do better than the TV series, like character development. I am just saying all my feelings about these things as my image of what I would like the movie to look like. Also anyway, what do you guys think of all this?
  10. I remember back in 2012 hearing about a potential live-action movie based on HF, lego were supposedly discussing the idea with universal and it would have been written by the same guys who did predator. But since then nothing's been heard about it, so it leaves a lot of questions such as, what happened to it? Why did it(presumably)get cancelled? Was it even true? And I also ask you would it have been a good idea and what would it have been like?
  11. More than two mouths ago, it was September 15th, the day when one of the memorable Bionicle movies, Bionicle: The Legend Reborn, came out on September 15th, 2009, which was five years ago and six days before my birthday, September 21th. I considered it to be one of my best pre-birthday presents because I was anticipated for it for Web of Shadows came out in 2005. I always loved anticipating for sequels since I loved the original movie, Mask of Light, for being awesome, epic, action-packed, and great character development. Although The Legend Reborn was going to have a sequel, which, sadly, was never made, but some of us, including me, enjoyed TLR, so I'll say that we would celebrate it (possibly having cake or something), so, yeah, let's celebrate! Happy 5th anniversary, The Legend Reborn! Man, do I love the movie because of its awesome-ness, epic-ness, action-packed-ness, and great character development. The famous voice actor, Michael Dorn, voiced Mata Nui very well! Although that I don't usually celebrate 5th anniversaries of things because I don't find them special, but since you guys like 5th anniversaries and I can see that they are as half as 10th anniversaries, which I usually celebrate, so, okay.
  12. Okay guys, what was the last movie/TV show that you watched? I'm going to start off with Doctor Who.
  13. Yesterday was the day when one of the memorable Bionicle movies, Bionicle 2: Legends of Metru Nui, came out on October 19th, 2004. Many of us, including me, enjoyed the movie, so I'll say that we would celebrate it on that day (possibly having cake or something), so, yeah, let's celebrate! Happy 10th anniversary, Legends of Metru Nui! Man, do I love the movie because of good character development and action. It was awesome!
  14. Personally, if they don't include some version of The Weekend Whip I'm going to be disappointed.
  15. Vote away! (I just saw a post over in Ninjago discussion about this, so here ya go...)
  16. Le-wahi's a great place. It's full of good cheer, absolutely fantastic fruit, and horrible Rahi that will eat your mask. So it wasn't too farfetched to expect that our wayward heroes and the protagonists of this piece, Jaller and Takua, were enjoying their stroll through the swamps, covering in muck and Fikou Spider eggs that were likely to hatch at any moment. Oh yes, they were doing so all while accompanied by a swarm of cute and fuzzy (and definitely not hostile) Nui-Rama! "TAKUA THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT!" Listen to those screams of exhilaration! Aren't they just enjoying themselves? "I didn't mean to disturb the- MATA NUI THERE'S SOMETHING ON MY FACE!" Yep, they're definitely having a lot of fun. Why, they've even been joined by a new friend! Look at those deadly pincers! And those razor-sharp teeth! Their new friend is the very essence of a cuddly Fikou Spider, one of the most infamous Rahi of the jungle region. Only recently-hatched, and it's already taken to seeing Takua as its parent. Watch it express its love through its cute li'l chomps! "JALLER GET IT OFF!" Takua must really like the li'l guy. He's cheering pretty loudly. However, any sentiments that our Pakari-wearing Av-Matoran Ta-Matoran may have felt towards the newborn spider were not exactly shared by the Nui-Rama swarm that accompanied he and his friend. It's truly depressing that even such noble, elegant and Ihu-murdering creatures would stoop to such casual racism, seeing the child as little more than scum. Or maybe it's jealousy. Which I can totally get behind. How shall these insects respond to the presence of the Fikou, I wonder? How shall they win back Takua's love? One of the bugs shot forth. Jaller screamed. In a manner expected of a Guard Captain, of course. Definitely not like Macku after she found out that Hahli had been storing dead Tarakava babies in her cupboard. It was a gravelly, manly scream. Like the scream of Kaiser Wilhelm from the film Drums of the Distant Battlefields. I do believe that was the name. But anyway! Jaller screamed as the Nui-Rama launched a horrifying attack on the Fikou Spider, dislodging it from Takua's face! It fell into the swamp. The swarm followed. The Fikou Spider died. Alas. ADDENDUM: NOT A SERIOUS PIECE OF WORK. NO SERIOUSLY. NOT SERIOUS.
  17. Some of you older fans may remember the original Bionicle movie: The Mask of Light. Even some of you younger members may have seen it. In any case, this is a spoof of that film that I wrote years ago, and have decided to share. So naturally it'll probably make a lot more sense if you've seen the movie first. I'd like to add that this was inspired by another spoof of the movie I read years ago by an old member called SPIRIT. I found his spoofs of the movies hysterical, and this inspired me to write my own. Thanks, SPIRIT! I even used one of his characters, the Director. So, without further ado, I'd like to present... Bionicle the Movie: The Mask of Light: What You Didn't See CHAPTER 1: Opening/Lava Snacking ( A whole bunch of Lego bricks fall and magically form the word: LEGO. Strange, isn't it? ) ( A lake. At night. We zoom over the lake while dramatic music plays and see a city. Suddenly, all the lights in the city go out, and the words "MIRAMAX: Home Entertainment" appear. WHAT BIZARRE WORLD DO WE LIVE IN!?!?!? ) ( We go down through some mist and some birds fly by... We finally arrive at the Amaja Sand Pit. In the background, someone fiddling with some keys can be heard. ) Vakama: Stupid door... ( The sounds of a door opening and someone scrambling into position are heard. ) Vakama: Gathered friends, listen again to our legend... ( Vakama pauses for dramatic effect. ) Vakama: ...of the me. ( The director [yours truly] coughs loudly. ) Vakama: *sigh* Oh fine. ...our legend of the Bionicle. In the time before time the Great Spirit descended from the heavens carrying we, the ones called the Matoran. (actually I'm a Turaga, not a Matoran, but a certain someone wants to keep this thing simple) ( The director coughs. ) Vakama: To this paradise. We were seperate, and without purpose, (except for eating Cheese Nips) so the Great Spirit illuminated us with- I'M BLIND! Oh wait, I just blinked. Ahem, illuminated us with the three virtues: Foolery, stupidity, and density. Wait... *checks script* I mean, unity, duty and destiny... I thought mine were better though... We returned these gifts to the store and bought a pilates machine instead, and in gratitude named our island home Wal-Ma- Uh, Mata Nui after the Great Spirit himself. But our endless Cheese Nip eating was not to last, for Mata Nui's brother, The Makuta, was jealous of these low-calorie snacks and betrayed him, hitting him over the head with a frying pan, forcing Mata Nui into a deep slumber. The Makuta was free to "let the dogs out". And "let them out" he did. ( Dramatic music plays, and the title scene is shown. ) ( At Ta-Koro, Jaller is looking for Takua. ) Jaller: Takua! Ugh, he's got less Cheese Nips in his head than a Cheeze It box... Takua! ( Jaller sees Takua's Kolhii stick leaning against the wall of an arch. ) Jaller: Aw, Takua. Hmph. He better not make me late for my yoga class... ( Jaller walks through the arch and down a winding path into the lava caves. ) Jaller: Takua! Takuuuuuuaaaa! ( Meanwhile, Takua is looking past a lava river at a totem. Pewku is with him. ) Takua: Look Pewku! *points to totem* ( Pewku is completely still and silent. ) Takua: Uh, hello? *waves hand in front of Pewku* ( The cardboard Pewku falls over. ) Director: Where's Pewku!?!? ( Pewku walks into the cave wearing a towel. Upright. On her hind legs. ) Pewku: Geez, can't a girl take a shower? *pauses* Are we filming? Takua: *sigh* Yes! Pewku: Oops! Director: Actors... ( Pewku promptly throws her towel into the lava and gets on all sixes. Takua starts hopping across the rocks. ) Takua: Thats- Why- They call- me- Cheese for brains! ( Takua stops on a rock near the other side and admires the totem. ) Takua: Ooh, I bet no one's ever been this suicidal before... Jaller: Takua! Takua (taken by surprise): *high pitched girly scream* Jaller: Relax, it's just me! Takua: Uh... *high pitched girly scream* Jaller: Oh cut it out! Takua: Fine... Jaller: What are you doing down here alone!? We're supposed to be at the kolhii match! It's the Superball... Takua: Oh, oh yeah, sorry Mr. No Fun. Jaller: I do too have fun... Takua: Where? Jaller: I think I left it in my other suit. Takua: Yeah, well, hang on a sec', I just gotta check out that totem. Jaller: You're hopping across lava to look at a stupid warning totem? ( Suddenly, a bright light shines from above, even though they're in a cave. ) Deep Loud Voice: Don't diss the totem. Jaller: *high pitched girly scream* Y-yes sir! Right away sir! Anything you say sir! I am your servant sir! DLV: Let's not overdo it, okay? ( The bright light fades. ) Director: Well I must say, that was odd. Continue. Jaller: *gulp* Um, you're hopping across lava to look at an extremely intelligent warning totem? Takua: That pretty much sums it up. Jaller: Do you know what Turaga Vakama would say? Takua: Uh... "Where's my cane?" Jaller: Okay, bad example. Do you know what Turaga Onewa would say? Takua: *sighs and clears throat* "Let's break big expensive things!" Jaller: Another bad example... Let's try Turaga Nokama. Takua: "Irresponsible"... Jaller: Now come on! Takua (hopping across the last of the rocks): Be- Right- There! (on the other side) Ha ha! Jaller: What's so funny? Takua: I landed on a pile of gravel. It tickled. Jaller: *sigh* (sarcastically) Very impressive... Takua: Encore? Jaller: No! Now let's go! ( Takua takes the totem off it's pedestal. ) Takua: Unh! DLV: You have offended the spirit of the totem! ( Suddenly, the tunnel starts to rumble. ) Takua: Oh no! ( Rocks fall from the ceiling and the rocks in the river go under. ) Jaller: Takua, get out of there! ( Several rocks fall around Takua and he drops the totem, which falls into the lava. Takua tries to grab it, but it's too late. Suddenly, the Mask of Light comes to the surface. ) Takua: Jaller, look! Jaller: (seriously) Very impressive! I think... A great kanohi mask! ( Takua takes it out of the lava. ) Takua: The lava! It buuurns! ( The mask cools off and Takua looks at words written on the back of the mask. ) Takua: Wow, I've never seen this language... Well, except on the back of that one Cheeze It box... Jaller: Takua! Takua: Hold your rahi! *Jaller holds Pewku* I'm coming! Pewku: Put me down... Jaller: ( Suddenly, the tunnel rumbles and a huge wave of lava comes down the river. ) Takua: Here! Take the mask! ( Takua throws the mask to Jaller. Seeing as he couldn't hit the side of a barn, it goes into the lava. Luckily, as we saw before, it floats. So Jaller reaches over the river and grabs it. The wave gets closer, and so Takua throws his board into the lava and heads across the river. Unfortunately, he's slower than a snail on that thing, so the wave closes in to engulf him. ) Takua: Typical... ( A blue blur flies by, saving Takua from imminent doom, so close that Jaller didn't see it. In a moment Takua sees it's Tahu in a blue bathrobe. ) Takua: Ah, Toa Tahu! Tahu: *throws bathrobe into lava* Okay, first of all, it's Toa Tahu Nuva. Second of all, I was taking a shower when the Stunts Coordinator grabs me and throws me into the lava! Shee... Third of all, my line: Chronicler! Sight-seeing, were you? Takua (sarcastically) : Sure, and after that I figured I'd go swimming down here. Tahu: Awesome. Well, let's take a closer look at those falls! ( Tahu does that thing where he flies over the falls, while Takua pretends to scream and be terrifed as he takes pictures all the way down. Tahu sticks his swords in the wall and they stop. ) Tahu: So, Takua, this view close enough? Takua: I'll say! Director: Takua! Takua: Oh, I mean: *high pitched girly scream* Director: Much better. ( Takua looks up to see the lava headed right for them. ) Takua: Incoming! Tahu: Cool! Takua: ... Aren't you going to activate your shield? Tahu: Nope. Takua: ARE YOU INSANE!?!?!? Tahu: Yep. What's your point? Takua: TURN THE MASK ON YOU SUICIDAL MANIAC!!! Tahu: Aw, you're no fun... ( Tahu activates his mask of shielding and the lava goes by harmlessly. He then starts climbing back up the wall. ) THE END There's chapter 1 and I hope you like it so far! I intend to post chapters weekly, so chapter 2 should be up by Sat. Jan. 12th. On an unrelated note, boy does BZPower have a lot of smileys.
  18. Which bionicle book would you like to see as a movie? I think the final battle would be a good movie with all the characters, the good story, and the amazing setting of Karda Nui.
  19. This is my Titans V Monsters entry topic. All hope is lost for BZ Koro. Kayn is dead. Pakare is wounded. Toa Uhat and his Titan powers are the only hope left. Is 'The Monster' a paranormal being bent on destroying BZPower? Or is it just a sadistic kid playing with his Bionicles? YOU DECIDE. In BZ Koro: The Movie!
  20. Hey everyone! Now that the advertising policies have been revised, I would like to show all of you what I have been busy with the last year and a half. This film, titled PARAZECT: Forthcoming was a film I created for my last year in school, and also an Art final. It is based on Japanese action shows Kamen Rider and Super Sentai (the footage for that show is used for Power Rangers) so you may find a lot of similarities to them. The movie is heavy on action, but only has a little bit of blood and should be safe to watch for most audiences (considering the types of movies that are called "family movies" in America are a lot more vulgar). Please enjoy and thanks for checking this out!
  21. If you could make ANY changes to ANY official BIONICLE movie, which one(s) would it/they be and what changes would you make? Changes as in voice-acting, scenes, plot, anything. My changes would be voice-acting wise. I would do a backflip in my seat if Tobey Maguire and/or Chuck Norris had voice-acted someone. Also, I would make certain characters make cameos in every movie except Web of Shadows (I have nothing against that movie). So, what will you change?-Sybre
  22. Hi everyone. I posted this to remind you that it's the 10th anniversary of Mask of Light this year. The movie was released on September 16, 2003. Thought I'd let everyone on BZP know that. Goodbye
  23. The title leaves me speechless for an explanation. There have been a lot and I like how they've made one for every arc.
  24. Hello everybody! Do the mangosteen danc- Oh, wait… That’s another topic. This is about BioCraft.(this poster is filler, and will not be the final version. Please note it is highly outdated.)That’s right. This is BioCraft: Chronicles. A Minecraft/Bionicle machinima movie, and not a texture pack for the game! Lemme explain. One evening, I was talking to my friends Varderan, Mesonak, and Potu. I then jokingly said “Hey guys, Tahu wakes up on a beach – Minecraft!” The others loved it, and we decided to attempt it. We wanted to make a Minecraft movie based on the first year of BIONICLE; that's been the driving goal behind the project from the start. Soon after the idea became reality, we began work on the script. Shortly into production we realized that the 10 year anniversary of BIONICLE was coming up, which worked out perfectly for us. We released the teaser trailer for the movie on the anniversary, and it quickly garnered lots of attention. Soon afterwards, we began work on voice recording and filming.BioCraft: Chronicles is a comedic retelling of 2001. It may not be all comedy, but we’re gonna try and make it enjoyably funny. As more information comes in, I’ll likely put it here. For now, please keep watch as we are nearing completion!
  25. Since I already have something I want to show my animation project. For now I have a teaser trailerhere: Site with forums removed. -B6This animation is an adaptation of a Bionicle moment in storyline when powerless part of Toa Nuva's team led by Kopaka fought against powerful Bohrok-Kal.All the shooting and special effects are done. It only needs to be properly cut with scenes and sound.Hope you like it and share this information with other Bionicle fans.
