  1. NOTE: Due to certain circumstances, I may not be able to answer your requests or PMs until 11-16-2014. Welcome to the newly opened SuperGeniusCreator's Shop/Trade Center! May I interest you in some very nice classic Gen 1 Bionicle sets? STUFF I'M SELLING: Pictures will be provided upon request. All figures are 100% complete, some even have their extra parts! Orange means in the process of being bought. Red means sold. 2001 (All sets are $9 each + shipping) Lewa w canister & instructions - Figure & canister in excellent condition. Instructions are slightly worn. Pohatu w canister & instructions - Figure & canister in excellent condition. Instructions are slightly worn.2002 (Sets w instructions are $9 each + shipping, sets without instructions are $8 each + shipping) Note that Lewa, Pohatu, & Onua may have very miniscule amounts of dirt on them. (Too small to notice for most people, but if you're nitpicky you could always use an old toothbrush or something...) When I first recieved them, it looked as if the figures & insides of canisters had been exposed to a lot of mud which had hardened over time. (Some kid must have left his Toa outside, then brought them in and put them in their canisters while still dirty or something.) I cleaned both the figures & canisters as well as I could, and they all look perfect, except that the paper on the outside of the canisters looks a little stained when viewed from the inside. The actual insides of the canisters are as clean as can be, however, and the canisters look completely fine from the outside. Gali, however, is basically shiny new & perfect. Lewa Nuva w canister - Figure in excellent condition. Canister in great condition. Includes extra parts. No instructions. Pohatu Nuva w canister - Figure in excellent condition. Canister in great condition. Includes extra parts. No instructions. Onua Nuva w canister - Figure in excellent condition. Canister in great condition. Includes extra parts. No instructions. Gali Nuva w canister & instructions - Everything is in like new condition. Includes extra parts.2003 $8 - Rahkshi Panrahk w canister - Figure & canister in excellent condition. Stage 2 Kraata. No instructions except a torn-out page showing a chart of the 36 standard Kraata & a Bionicle: The Game advertisement.2009 $12 - Glatorian Strakk w canister & instructions. Everything is in excellent condition like Gali Nuva.I'm open to any offers you may have regarding the sets I'm selling. STUFF I'M LOOKING TO TRADE/BUY: Gold Vahi - Will pay $10 or trade a Toa for.Chrome Hau - Will pay $10 (Less if noticeably scratched) or trade a Toa for.Feel free to make your own offers, and remember, pictures will be provided upon request! I am located in the US but will ship to other countries. (Remember that you have to pay shipping, though.) Thanks for stopping by!
  2. [Gali] [Lewa] Was gonna draw Tahu, but he's being hard to draw, oh well. Not too sure about what that mask is doing, though. *shrugs*
  3. Last time we saw Gali, she was only two colors, this Gali's more vivid.
  4. "The final battle is here! The gallant knight Mata Nui gears up andsets off to slay the evil beast, Makuta!" I started out to make a revamp of the (titan) Toa Mata Nui, but I got to liking the idea of a revamped Toa-sized Mata Nui to go along with my work-in-progress Makuta. I was aiming for the look of a knight (Mata Nui) going to slay the pesky dragon (Makuta) and ultimately incorporate more gold pieces than Toa Mata Nui did (Though that doesn't take much ). 5. What should we call the new Toa? We can't just call them Toa, since that will add confusion. The BS01 just archives the real--I mean the old Toa into gen 1 page, and utilizes the names of the Toa for the reboot. I suggest we leave the old pages in their proper place, and call the reboot Toa the Toa Okoto. Any other suggestions will be appreciated though. Who has ideas?
  6. My entry to the September BZPower flickr contest. This is, without a doubt, the most ambitious color scheme I have ever used on a MOC. I actually think I was able to pull it off fairly well. As always, comments and criticism appreciated.
  7. I don't have much of an artists comment to put here, except to say that i obviously hate the adaptive kaukau as much as most of you do. :v
  8. same as this, basically. (next one won't be using their weapon for support. oops. :u)
  9. Hey everybody. It's good to finally post something after lurking for so long. But anyways... What did the first Toa, created by the Great Beings ~100,000 years ago, look like? The earliest Toa to come into being that we have seen in set form were the Toa Mata; however, they might be considered an exception because they were created by Artahka, not the GBs. In addition, when Matoran become Toa, they take on the appearence of what they think a Toa should look like. So Lhikan and the Toa Metru are also irrelevant. The only sets we are left as with are the Inika, Mahri, Lesovikk, Jovan, Adaptive Armor Nuva, and Glatorian. We also have a text description of Helryx and, perhaps most valuable, a canon depiction of Nikila. Let us begin with Helryx, the first Toa ever created. In Swamp Of Secrets it says: This doesn't tell us much, given that most of the description is dedicated to her fraility. However, the last sentence does tell us something: she does not look like the Toa Mata, at least to Takanuva. (Sadly, this means that the beautiful depiction of her by GarryTheSkrall may be non-canon. ) So what about the Inika and Mahri? They were not transformed, as normally, by Toa Stones containing Toa Energy but by the power of the Red Star. The result looked nothing like the Toa Mata or Nuva. This, I theorize, is because the Red Star was transforming them to match built-in blueprints, which would have been supplied by the Great Beings. This implies that the Inika build is at least similar to the design of the original Toa. Do other sources support this theory? Let's see: -Helyrx's description isn't very specific, but it suggests a build unlike any Takanuva had seen. Takanuva never saw the Inika, so she could have had an Inika build. -The Mahri were transformed by the Ignika and had similar build as the Inika, but with water gear. The Ignika would have built-in blueprints of Toa, supplied by the GBs, and made the Mahri similar to these. -Lesovikk was mutated, but if we assume the mutations were minor (and they appear to be) he would have had an Inika build before. -Jovan, another early Toa, had an Inika build and may or may not have been transformed by a Toa Stone. -The Nuva, in Adaptive Armor, had Inika designs. (The usefulness of this is debatable. Is it reasonable to asume that the AA is designed to fit most Toa, and would therefore have to share the lowest common denominator of design - an Inika build? ) -Glatorian are known to have been the inspiration for Toa, and featured the Inika build. The final piece of evidence is the drawing of Nikila. Since Nikila is an unmutated Toa from the early MU, presumably transformed by a Toa Stone or even created by the GBs themselves, she is an exceptionally accurate image of a typical early Toa. And indeed, she matches quite closely the Inika build: note that upper leg armor looks similar to that of Pohatu Phantoka or Gresh, and the upper arm armor (arm-or? ) looks similar to Inika upper arm protection or that of Tarix. So, with no canon contradictions (that I have noticed), I present my final theory: The form of the original Toa, those created ~100,000 years ago by the Great Beings, is the Inika build. (Now all the Inika build haters can blanch at the disgusting thought of every Toa everywhere with the Inika build for thousands of years of MU history .) Anything I missed? I'm new here, so when you rip me apart, go easy . EDIT: Removed incorrect statement about the Toa Mata's deterioration. Oops.
  10. Hey everybody! I'm wondering, who are your top two favorite Toa of 2015? My two favorites are -Tahu -Pohatu Post what are your favorite two! KopakaFan116
  11. Hello everyone! I know I promised to restart the Lewa# Studios Holiday Series on Halloween, but...well, it was Halloween. And thus I was busy doing Halloween-ish things. And thus not writing comedies. So here it is anyway, the (belated) return of the Lewa# Studios Holiday Series! Enjoy! (Also, try to guess which Toa is dressed in which costume, since I deliberately will not reveal who's who. Though one or two might be obvious... ) Why Toa Shouldn’t Trick-Or-Treat A BIONICLE comedy by Me! Part 1 of the Lewa# Studios Holiday Series 2014-2015 The place: Metru Nui, or more specifically, the deserted Coliseum, or more specifically, a few square meters of dirt near the center of the coliseum, or more specifically, 3.14 square meters of dirt centered on a spot approximately 2.3727391945 centimeters to the left of the center of the Coliseum. As if anyone actually cared. “3.14? Cool! That’s the same number as Pi! Pi goes like this: 3.141592653589793223…” observed an excited Tava, before going on to rattle off the digits of Pi to an absurd amount. ...Well, him caring about it goes without saying. But I digress. Anyway, the seven Toa Nuva (along with Tava, the Toa of Pie) were discussing the upcoming holiday Dume had declared across all of Metru Nui. “So apparently, Dume has declared it to be Halloween. Anyone know what that means?” asked Lewa. “It means, according to this set of tablets,” said Tahu, pulling out a large group of tablets that he proceeded to dump on Pohatu’s head to use as a table, “everyone is required to dress up in a costume and go to every hut on Metru Nui. The Matoran in the hut will pass out candy if we say “Trick or Treat.” Also, the costumes should be as scary and/or weird as possible for maximum holiday points.” “What are holiday points?” Tahu shrugged. “No idea. I hope they’re flammable though!” he added with a . Gali sighed. “You would. Anyway, what should we go as?” “I’ll go as a pie!” exclaimed Tava. “No, wait--I’ll go as Pi! Or...nah, pie sounds better! But Pi would be fun too…” The overly-obsessed Toa of Pie then wandered off, still debating with himself which to dress up as. “Well, I think we should keep it a secret until tomorrow,” Lewa said. “That way, when we show up in our costumes, we’ll have to guess who’s who!” “No,” argued Takanuva. “AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHH!” screamed Kopaka, as usual. “Why not? I think it’s a great idea!” “Because Tava already ruined it,” the Toa of Light pointed out. “We already know he’ll be going as Pie or Pi.” “Pretty sure we could have figured that one out even if he didn’t already tell us,” said Onua with a . “But I also like the idea of keeping it a secret. Should we take a vote?” “No,” Takanuva argued again. “AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!” “ “ emoticonned Gali. “First, I think we should take a vote on whether or not to take a vote…” “No.” “AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!” “Okay...a vote on whether or not to take a vote on whether or not to take a vote, then?” “No.” “AAAAAAARRRRGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!” The rest of the Toa facepalmed. “This will take all day…” muttered Onua. Several hours and exactly 9,321 separate votes on whether or not to take votes on whether or not to take...you get the idea, the vote was finally taken on whether or not to keep everyone’s costumes a secret. And it ended up being a tie, so they just flipped a coin. But since coins don’t exist in BIONICLE, they flipped a widget instead, which ended up landing on its side, wedged inside Random Matoran #35’s gears. Eventually they all just gave up and Lewa just decided they would keep the costumes a secret anyway, making the entire previous scene completely pointless. Each of the Toa retired to their respective houses to prepare their costumes. Occasional shouts of “PIE!” and “PI!” could be heard throughout the night, presumably by a certain obsessed Toa, but other than that, things went surprisingly without incident. Everyone was excited to start making their costumes, and throughout the island, various random Matoran were making as much candy as possible for the following day. The next morning, all of Metru Nui was decorated for the occasion. Turaga Dume had even swapped his normal mask out for a Kanohi Puhmpka, the Mask of Pumpkin Heads, which had the power of giving him a pumpkin for a head. The chutes had been dyed orange, which annoyed all of the Le-Matoran who were now orange-colored but gave everyone else a good laugh. Black cardboard Fikou spiders covered the forges of Ta-Metru. The Ga-Metru schools were wrapped completely in mummy wrappings, which meant none of the students could go to school (great for the students, but not so much for the disappointed teachers). The Archives were now filled with fake ghost statues with glow-in-the-dark eyes, along with some Fikou spiders that everyone assumed were decorations but had actually escaped from the Archives, as discovered by an unfortunate Matoran who got bitten. Po-Metru had carved numerous gigantic statues of jack-o-lanterns, witches, and Matoran skeletons, except for the occasional statue of Hafu that had slipped in for some reason. Ko-Metru looked the same as normal because everyone there was too obsessed with telescopes to bother celebrating. In the still-empty Coliseum, seven figures approached the center. (Yes, it was exactly in the center this time!) Everyone just groaned at the Toa wearing a giant pie around his waist, with the pi symbol for a mask. “Yes, Tava, we all know it’s you….” “I couldn’t decide, so I went with both pie and pi! Isn’t that wesome?” Then Tava noticed the typo. “Hey, where did that ‘a’ go?” “Ha, ha!” said a Toa dressed as the Rahkshi of Letter Control. “I borrowed the RLC’s actual staff for this costume. No idea it would still work for me!” They tehn strated ramdlee wvaing te staf arond and acidently mkang tpyos evrwher. “Stop that, you’ll ruin this comedy!” protested a Toa dressed up as Krekka. “What an unrealistic costume; Krekka doesn’t talk like that,” said Lewa. “And it’s also not scary.” “ “ emoticonned the Krekka-dressed Toa. “Lewa, you forgot your costume...And for that matter, so did you, Takanuva. Did you forget what day it was?” “No,” said Lewa. “AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!” screamed a Toa dressed up in a blank white sheet. “What are you supposed to be?” asked Lewa. “A ghost?” “Not a ghost; I’m going as a Klakk blinking in a blizzard in Ko-Wahi.” “Oh, okay. Nice Rock Monster costume over there, by the way. “Thanks! Scary, huh?” “Okay, okay, guys,” shouted Takanuva suddenly, “time out. I think we should start trying to guess each other’s costumes. Then we can all go trick-or-treating!” Lewa raised his hand. “Sounds good, but is everyone here?” “No,” said Takanuva. Everyone looked around. “Tahu’s not here!” observed the Po-Matoran named Everyone, who had accidentally wandered in. “Thanks for telling us, but this is a meeting for Toa only. Get out of here.” With a whunt, the Rock Monster kicked Everyone out of the Coliseum. However, he accidentally kicked the Matoran so hard that he flew all the way around the planet and landed back in the Coliseum, crushing the Rock Monster. “Why me!?” complained the disguised Toa with a . The Krekka-costumed Toa shrugged. “Yeah, where is Tahu, anyway?” “Probably forgot to show up,” said Takanuva. “Let’s just start guessing!” “No,” observed Lewa, pointing to the entrance where a red Toa-sized figure was rapidly approaching. “AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!” screamed the Klakk blinking in a blizzard in Ko-Wahi. The figure emerged into the light. “Hi, everyone! Can we start burning something?” asked the figure, who was in a costume that looked like a large, ugly version of a Toa. It wore overly smooth red armor with some gold highlights, had silver hands with bizarre fingers, and had a mask that looked like a Hau that had gone through a blender. “Like my costume?” When everyone saw it, they immediately followed the Klakk-costumed Toa's lead, running as fast as they could out of the building. “AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!” Some time later, once everyone had composed themselves, the Toa went to the Moto-Hub for the costume contest that Dume had announced about five seconds beforehand. Everyone had shown up for the occasion. So had the rest of the Matoran on the island, even the newly-orange Le-Matoran. Dume walked onto the hastily constructed stage that was actually a bunch of pipe cleaners tied together with Silly String. “Okay, I know everyone wants to get on with the trick-or-treating, but first we will have seven awards for the best costumes. Let me list them in order: 1) Most Detailed Costume: Rahkshi of Letter Control 2) Most Original Costume: Klakk Blinking In A Blizzard In Ko-Wahi 3) Weirdest Costume: Pie/Pi Fusion 4) Most Unrealistic Personality/Costume Mix: Krekka 5) The “Forgot My Costume” award: This one is a tie, Lewa and Takanuva 6) Oldest Reference: Rock Monster Before he could give the final award, Turaga Matau zoomed past in a new vehicle he was testing and plowed right through the stage. Amazingly, it still held, until Random Matoran #35 in the front row coughed. The entire thing promptly collapsed. “Well, that was inconvenient,” muttered Turaga Dume. “Watch where you’re going, young whippersnapper!” Turaga Matau zoomed by on his second lap. “Who are you calling young whippersnapper? I’m 1,000 years old, you know!” “Well, I’m 2,000 years old! I was a Turaga when you were still a Matoran!” “Yeah, but in 2,000 more years I will be 3,000 years old! So there!” “But that would make me 4,000 years old” “GET ON WITH IT!!” shouted the entire population of Metru Nui. Dume sighed. “Fine...you youngsters have no maturity these days. Anyway...the Scariest Costume goes to...2015 TAHU!” 2015 Tahu stood up to show off his costume. Every Matoran in the Moto-Hub immediately fainted in fright. “Why does that keep happening?” At long last, it was time for the Toa to start trick-or-treating. The eight Toa lined up in front of the first group of houses, located in Ta-Metru. “Ready to go?” asked Takanuva. “No,” said Lewa. “AAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRGGGGGHHHHHH!!” screamed the Klakk blinking in a blizzard in Ko-Wahi. “Too bad, we’re starting anyway.” Lewa then rang the doorbell. A Ta-Matoran stuck his head out. “Sorry, but doorbells don’t exist in BIONICLE.” He stuck his head back in. Lewa sighed. “Fine, make me actually do work…” He knocked on the door. This time, the Ta-Matoran opened it. “Trick or treat!!” shouted the group of Toa in unison. “Sure, I’ve got some stuff for you right here,” said the Matoran, pulling out a huge bucket full of pumpkin pies. The Toa all looked at each other. “Oh no…” they muttered as the pie-and-pi-costumed Toa barreled over the others and grabbed the entire bucket. “PIE!!” he screamed, running away with the bucket. “ “ emoticonned the Matoran. “Sorry about that,” said the Krekka-costumed Toa as they all pushed the barrels out of the way and stood up. “He does that sometimes. Maybe try cake next time?” They moved on to the next house. “Burn-or-stuff!” said 2015 Tahu. Krekka elbowed him in the ribs. “It’s ‘trick-or-treat,’ you moron…” “Oh yeah. Trick-or-treat!” “That’s much better.” Takua opened the door, holding a bucket of Bula flavored candy for everyone. Then he caught sight of Takanuva. “How-but-what the paradox-how can this-huh-so confused-WHAT THE KARZAHNI!?” Takua then fainted. “Uh...oops?” They knocked at the next house, which turned out to be not a house at all, but a Turaga’s Home. Turaga Vakama answered the door. This time, the Rahkshi of Letter Control was first in line. The Turaga immediately set down his bucket of candy and pulled out his firestaff, proceeding to bonk the costumed Toa on the head with it. “Back! You foul creature! One more step and I’ll--” “Sorry, he does that,” muttered Turaga Onewa, poking his head out from around the corner and pulling the other Turaga back. “He’s going a bit senile. Dume, can you take care of our fiery friend?” Turaga Dume emerged from the house, still wearing his pumpkin-headed Kanohi. “Come on, Vakama, I have a mask for you to forge!” “Mask forging? WOOHOO! “ “Anyway, here you go. Enjoy!” Turaga Onewa passed out some very strange-shaped and oddly hard candy. “What is this?” asked the Rahkshi of Letter Control. “It’s my favorite candy: Rocks!” answered Onewa with a . After leaving the Turaga’s Home, they arrived at a house in Ga-Metru. Macku answered the door. “Uh…” said the first Toa in line, the one dressed as a Klakk blinking in a blizzard in Ko-Wahi. “What is it we say again?” Krekka slapped his forehead. “Trick-or-treat, you moron!” “Right, sorry, momentarily forgot.” Then, to Macku, he said, “Trick-or-treat, you moron!” “How dare you!” she shrieked, and slammed the door in their faces. The Toa all looked at each other. “This is turning into a disaster,” said the Rahkshi of Letter Control. “Isn’t that how Dume’s holidays always go?” answered the Rock Monster. After numerous other houses and various misadventures, they finally arrived at the last stop on the island, a large hut in Le-Metru. Krekka knocked on the door, and an orange Turaga Matau opened it. “Trick-or-treat!” “ “ emoticonned Matau. “What’s so funny?” asked the Rahkshi of Letter Control. “Sorry about that, I have no idea why he keeps laughing,” said Turaga Nokama, pushing Matau away and grabbing a bucket full of Bula-covered chocolates. “Here you go!” “Uh, not to be rude, but...shouldn’t those be ‘chocolate-covered Bula?’ interjected Krekka. “Because ‘Bula-covered chocolate’ doesn’t make sense.” Nokama glanced at the rappers again, and shrugged. “They say ‘Bula-covered chocolate,’ so I guess that’s what they are,” she decided. The Toa glanced over at the rappers as well. “Bula-covered chocolates, in the house, They taste really good in a hut or a house, Yo DJ Kongu is here to say, That we hope you have a Bula-covered holiday!” rapped DJ Kongu and the other rappers. “ “ the Toa and Nokama emoticonned in unison. Nokama looked at the wrappers on the candy to double-check, as well. “Yep, these also say ‘Bula-covered chocolate.’ Hmm...well, here you go!” She then passed out the oddly-named candy to the costumed Toa. “ “ emoticonned Matau from inside the house. “WHAT is so funny?” demanded Nokama. “You’ll...haha...see...hahahahaha...for...heheha...yourself!” The Toa glanced at each other. “Uh...okay then.” The Rock Monster pulled out one of the Bula-covered chocolates and unwrapped it, taking a massive bite. “I wonder what these taste like?” he asked. Then it exploded in his mouth, sending his mask flying off and also sending his regular mask underneath his costume mask flying off, causing him to pass out. Matau burst out laughing harder than ever. “MATAU! Did you replace those candies with chocolate-covered Madu?” “Maybe…” THE END Skritch the Word Counting Fikou: This chapter has 2,401 words. ~Happy Halloween from Lewa# Studios! Lewa0111 Nuva (Note: I actually rather like the new 2015 designs and have nothing against them. I just thought it would be fun to use them in a joke. No offense intended!)
  12. These reimaginings of Toa Hewkii and Macku were inspired by their rebuilt Mata Nui forms. I needed some pieces from Hewkii for other projects, but I wanted to document and share these creations before deconstructing them. These two figures are probably not my best work, but as always, feedback is welcome. 13. Artei, toa of sonics. One of the few toa left from a distant island in the south of the MU. Originally there were six village fortresses, called Zille, on the island… But a devastatingly powerful group of radicals wiped out all but one, the Zille of sonics. De-Zille was saved from destruction due to its inaccessability, being on the island’s highest mountain (De-matoran like their peace and quiet), and housed refugees from all over the island. Artei was one of four (and a half) Toa that protected De-Zille, and as a toa of sonics, can control and absorb sound waves. Mask: great Miru, mask of levitation. Toa tools: two vibro batons, he can use to -channel his sonic power, -cut through anything by vibrating its molecules at a different frequency, -hooks on the hilt used to climb the walls of De-Zille. His armour is his greatest toa tool. Features a deep bass cannon in the chest, air displacement valve on his back, his shoulder armour can face forward to create precise blasts of white noise or, in conjuntion with his Great Miru, face back to be used as an air displacement jetpack. he also has an audio chip on his neck, reducing involuntary sensitivity to sound. He is now migrated to spherus magna, and goes by the name Tei-De-Zille, to honor the home he fought so hard to save
  14. It's been ages since I've actually put something here in BBC, so I'm going to post a big one now! Over this past week, I've made quite a few MOCs, most of them being experiments in making small custom bodies. My Matoran design: Front: http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Makuta-Miras/RandomBioMOCs/img_0038.jpg Back: http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Makuta-Miras/RandomBioMOCs/img_0039.jpg Tyxama, Turaga of Fire: Front: http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Makuta-Miras/RandomBioMOCs/tyxama_front.jpg Back: http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Makuta-Miras/RandomBioMOCs/tyxama_back.jpg Sanmaka, post- Spherus Magna reformation female Toa of the Green Front: http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Makuta-Miras/RandomBioMOCs/sanmaka_front.jpg Back: http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Makuta-Miras/RandomBioMOCs/sanmaka_back.jpg Sanmaka was an experiment in building a titan-scale torso, and although it could do with a bit of tweaking, I'm happy with the overall result. The reason why I didn't make her sword any longer was because I wanted her to look like a soldier, and a short sword helps that along, and the excess amount of black on the hands was intended to look like gloves.
  15. My first physical MOC (a self-MOC, also) that wasn't either a reskin of an existing set, something almost entirely experimental, or something I found terrible or weird. (Please excuse the quality of the pictures) Toa Gabirod A Toa of Iron that was formerly a Nynrah Ghost who rebuilt his body to that similar of a Toa's to protect his fellow Fe-Matoran from foes. Later on he was given a Toa Stone from a mysterious Olmak-wearing Skakdi who acquired it from "a Matoran marching band from another dimension" and claimed he was sick of people trying to kill him for it. Toa Gabirod used it to become a proper Toa. Gabirod fought his fair share of battles alongside other Fe-Matoran that also rebuilt themselves to be stronger. Over the course of his battles he got quite damaged and had to patch himself up a couple times, much to his dismay at having to replace his broken orange armor for new red armor and having to use blue patches and bits which "wrecked his color scheme". Equipped a Kanohi Akaku (formerly a Kadin), a pair of mechanical wings he built, a sword he crafted himself out of Protosteel and a shield made by a friend with a strangely built Zamor Launcher attached to it. Some say the design of his Zamor Launcher was based on the blasters of a popular book series in Metru Nui known as "Hero Factory". 16. Just a random thought, but theoretically, should the Toa Nuva ever give up their power to become Turaga Nuva, would they produce Toa Nuva Stones rather than regular Toa Stones? Is Toa Nuva Energy different from Toa Energy, or do Toa Nuva just have enhanced elemental abilities? If so, could a Matoran becoming a Toa using a "Nuva Stone" become a Toa Nuva, as it would be charged with Toa Nuva energy?

  18. Here are the MOCs of a few characters from a story I'm writing. Story link here: http://www.bzpower.com/board/topic/15351-trials-of-the-shadow-toa/ Nulehk, a toa of magnetism. His mask is the Kanohi Kualsi, mask of teleportation, and his weapon is a simple spear made of scrap metal. Alroy, toa of earth. Mask is the Kanohi Akura, mask of dissolving, which allows the wearer to turn to mist and travel in that form. Weapons are a seismic drill and claws. Kotan, toa of air. Mask is the Kanohi Akotu, mask of reqrowth, which allows the wearer to heal any wound with great speed, except for instant fatalities. Weapons are energized swords that can become wings with which to fly. Outa, toa of ice. Mask is the Kanohi Zakor, mask of war. It allows the wearer to fight with more skill and ferocity than normally possible. Weapons are a simple shield and hammer. If you want to use the mask names and powers for any fanfic of yours, don't hesitate to. Just don't take the characters.
  19. Front (Large) Head (Close Up) Head (Side) Head (Mask Flipped Up) This is just a quick MOC (a burly Toa of Ice) I built to play around with the new-style masks. I thought I'd share it in case anyone was interested to see the 2015 mask/Glatorian head connection. There isn't much friction between the mask and the head, so it does flop around. Sadly the Glatorian head has to tilt down to accommodate the Tahu Mask, which is a shame because I think the colored heads look pretty cool behind the clear mask.
  20. Bionicle: Kingdom come As written by yours truly An artificial story tying all my MOCs together Let's get on with it already. Chapter 1 Finally found The Ga-metru Town area was constantly filled, be it salesperson or pedestrian or official. There was always a good reason to be there, even if there wasn't, as if anything large occurred, it occurred there and nowhere else. As for decency, none of the Matoran were cheap or criminalistics. They all knew each other, and liked each other, and it kept their social status up. There were a few Matoran, Male ones, called in to wear blue armour and be social leaders, but they had to be trusted to their position. Kihohiki, Matoran of sound and the most outstanding of the Matoran implant leaders, finally groaned. He flopped his hand out of bed and wished he could just crack the alarm clock in two. Straining, he raised himself out of bed, and eventually got ready to go. It was a weekend, which meant he had to do some announcements at noon. Remembering that suddenly, he whipped himself around to face the clock. 11:57 A.M. Dropping breakfast 'til lunch time, he bolted out the door and ran as fast as he could to the city square. After a few minutes, he walked up to the edge of the Podium, and opened up a small slip of paper. "Welcome, once again, to the Ga-metru public announcement area(still city square). Thank you all for coming, and continuing to stay conscious this long." After a short laugh from the audience, he continued. "Our main announcement we wish to state is that this next week, we will be hosting the official election party for sub-city official. The candidates are up, and we hope you have a person picked out to vote for, because..." he went on, noticing a being, much bigger than a Matoran or Toa, sitting just out of sight of anyone else, scanning the crowds for something. As Kihohiki talked, he kept his eyes on that being, all while unlatching a firearm from the inside of the podium, until the being noticed Kihohiki staring right at him. He pulled the firearm out, and yelled out "Freeze!", but the being did not "Freeze" as expected. He instead leapt towards the podium. The Matoran fired, but the firearm didn't even stratch it, and it landed on Kihohiki, knocking him unconscious. Kihohiki awoke in great pain. He tried to move, but to no avail. He flashed his eyes open as best he could, and got a help at doing so when a hideous, disoriented figure looked down at him distastefully. Kihohiki gasped/screamed, and tried frantically to slip away, but to no avail. The odd creature laughed, and it turned into more of a diseased cackle. Moving away, Kihohiki noticed it was wearing a lab coat, but heavily stained with blood, and the whole room he was in looked like a ruined laboratory. That's why I can't slip away. thought Kihohiki as he felt the heavy metal straps holding him into position. The odd creature returned, with an I.V. in his hand, and slowly slid it into Kihohiki's arm. Kihohiki cringed, and shed a slight tear. He was deathly afraid of needles and was scared to have them even be next to him. The "Scientist" laughed a more sincere laugh, and lent in close to him. "Why are you weeping, Hm? Don't you know Toa don't cry?" and with that, he injected the anesthetic. Next chapter coming up soon.

  23. Today I built a new MOC! It it's Toa Nuparu, just with a lot of new armor and new tools. I builded it around the idea of making a very 'tank' version of Toa Mahri Nuparu and I am pretty happy with the result! http://i.imgur.com/gZyPewx.png A few more pictures with different poses and from different angles can be found HERE! Please tell me what you think of it, and give me a feedback! - Edit: Image linked; please keep posted images in BBC to around 100 kB! -Wind-
  24. How to retrieve the brain/eye/things from the early sets(I'm talking toa mata/nuva). Does anyone know if and/or how it can be done?
  25. It's Kopaka EDIT: Here is a picture that I took with my camera and then edited a bit. Let me know which one looks better, so I'll know which method to use in the future.
