  1. So this theory came about when I was wondering how a sixth of a toa's power could become a full supply of toa power. I came up with this. Inside of matoran destined to be toa, there is a small chamber with a full supply of toa power. This chamber is made of a substance harder than protosteel, and can only be broken by toa power channeled through a suva, kanohi, or other channeling device. This explains why helryx was able to allow krakua to fulfull his destiny early, but not just some random matoran loyal to the order. Only matoran destined by the great being would have these chambers.I also propose that these chambers also contain mutigins of the same type the makuta use. These mutigins would transform the matoran into a toa. This is not as far-fetched as you might think. The great beings often reused stuff, including built in rohtuka spinners, and kanohi. The toa power is seperate from the size increase, as in the melding universe, the toa were the size of matoran, but had full toa power. The mutagins also tie into the last part of my theory. When a toa sacrifices their toa power, I think that their body then cleans out the virus's which causes the toa to revert to a matoran like state. But virus residue results in the turaga to be a little bigger than a matoran, and their minds are still mostly as it was as a toa, allowing use of noble masks. This makes sence because essecially, the only real difference other than mask use between a matoran and turaga, is the wisdom accumulated from time as a toa. The only time we see turaga as being significantly bigger than matoran was in 2001, and those matoran had been shrunken by the matoran spheres.Summery:My theory is that matoran destined to become toa have a small chamber inside them, harder than protosteel, that can only be broken with toa energy. The power in the toa stone is channeled through the shrine or mask, and breaks open this chamber. It contains a full amount of toa energy, and mutagenic viruses (like the makuta use) that change the shape of the matoran to a toa. When a toa becomes a turaga, they loose all their toa energy and virus, reverting them to a matoran like state (seriously, they are the same size as matoran), but the power residue and mental capacitys stay, allowing useage of noble masks.
  2. the third MOC i posted today, it's a skyboard i made based on ignika's, the name was driven from the latin word tabernus meaning hover, for thos who wonder why does the toa look so simple-builded, it's a tablescrap, i just feel like making something to ride the skyboard thereMore pics of them in my galleryany C & C are greatly welcomed Edit: Images thumbnailed due to file size. Please keep posted images in BBC to 100 kB. Click on the thumbnails to view the original images.-Wind-
  3. Right... I should probably actually post something...So how about the team that goes with Takal and Nuara, who I posted in what is now the archive? I can't seem to find a link to them, but they'll show up in a few team poses. Bear in mind the topic's not about them (I have no idea what the policy on reposting archived stuff is, regardless of how shortly before the site went down I posted them) so I'm going to play it safe and say "leave them alone".Anyway, obviously that's not the actual team name. That would be silly. Especially because Takal's not actually the leader, just the de facto one. They don't really have a team name, seeing as only two of them became Toa together (and left their old team), making them more... a group?Anyway, the team consists of Takal, (male) Toa of Thunder (lightning); Nuara, (female, and can we drop the subject?) Toa of Plasma; Denza, Toa of Gravity; Cehra, Toa of Psyonics; Kural, Toa of unfinishedness and will-post-in-his-own-topic-when-I-can-be-bothered (and iron); Vano, Toa of Sonics and Amana, Toa of Water. We'll start with Denza, 'cause I think he's the best.Old MOC version for comparisonMatoran (Front)Matoran (Back)Matoran (Left Side)On the window SillToa (Front?)Toa (side; revealing torso)Toa (Back)Fistbump with NuaraDenza's by far the oldest member of the team, but has spent the least time as a Toa. He was brought into existance on the island of Sona Nui, know for its large Matoran (though he was exceptionally tall, even by their standards), and spent many years leading the island's Guard in the field. As a Matoran, he used a light emitting weapon far weaker than, say, a Midak, though it became a much larger gravity pistol during his transformation (note: a red HF breakout cannon, which I didn't have when the pics were taken) and he wears a Kanohi Hau, rather unimaginatively.Next, CehraOld MOC for comparisonMatoran (only pic)Her gunFrontSide? Is it?Back.Awkward moment with Vano...Cehra's the next oldest and coincidentally the next shortest-serving Toa, though this is rarely commented upon. While Sona Nuian (hence her height as a Matoran), she moved to the neighbouring island of Waru Bazarin, which was overrun by Visorak. Fearing Vano and Amana to be Hordika and dangerous, she and the other Matoran of Waru Bazarin drove them out. She became a Toa when Nuara, Takal and the then-Matoran Denza arrived on the island and defeated the Visorak's leaders. Seeing little need to stay on Bazarin, she returned to Sona Nui with the others, and became close friends with Vano and Amana, Vano particularly. Suffering from a fear of weapons, Cehra uses no tool and, almost alone among the team, follows the Toa Code to the letter. This puts her at odds with the somewhat rebellious, renegade stance Nuara holds, who has no reservations about killing other beings. She wears a mask of heightened thought, which allows her to behave as if the world were in slow motion. However, as her own movements are the same speed as ever, only her reaction time changes to the observer, making it something of a "Kakama of the mind." She modelled her appearance on AmanaWell, I showed Vano earlier, so it makes sense to move on to him next.FrontLeft sideBack (not impressive, I know...)Right SideWith AmanaVano and Amana came into existance on Waru Bazarin, and both became Toa as part of a larger, 5-Toa team who were to replace the last team who had been killed by Visorak - or worse - after the island was overrun. Two members of the team were lured into a trap by the third, and as a result were brainwashed into believing they were sworn to protect the Visorak and that the Matoran were the real threat. Vano and Amana realised the trap for what it was, and were instead captured and mutated, then driven off of the island by the Matoran they tried to protect from the rest of their team. Vano is exceptionally strong for his size, but as a Toa of strong moral conviction, he rarely throws his weight around. He wears a Volitak, though he can't use it for prolonged periods, as his mutations are similar to the effects of Visorak venom, hampering his ability to concentrate.Well, Amana next.FrontRight SideLeft SideBacksidePosin'With NuaraAmana, as a result of the stress of her mutation, is mute, though despite this she tends to be the most cheerful member of the team. She has the unique ability to turn Nuara's normal attitude into one of mere mischeivousness, and gets along well with the whole team. She can control water to an amazing degree, but tires easily so usually limits herself to making a katana of flowing water with which to fight, disliking her near-effectless stun-pistol which used to be one of a pair, though with her mutated hand she can no longer hold the second. She never uses her mask (nor anyone else's), so I see no point in naming it.And finally: Team photo! (With added Takal)So, what do you think? Should I keep it shorter next time?
  4. So in 2008, I started writing my own BIONICLE story saga. Very basic at first, but as time went on and I got some inspiration, it exploded into this: The Legacy Chronicles.Well, it's been a year since I laid the story to rest, so now is probably as good a time as ever to do a MOC showcase. In this topic, I'm going to showcase my Toa MOCs from the series. Please note that these are all at least fourteen months old - some are even four years old - and I have no intention of going back and upgrading/rebuilding them. I'm merely showing you all what I spent a few years of my childhood on. For the Legacy Chronicles, and its many characters, this is the end. IhuOriginal form, Pit Armour, First Upgrade, Sword of the Great Spirit, BlueSpace Upgrade, Final Upgrade, TuragaThe saga's main character. Ihu was originally killed in Ko-Metru by a Nui-Rama attack, orchestrated by Makuta Tyrex, who had a vision of Ihu becoming some kind of "super-Toa". Another Makuta, Locuz, collected Ihu's remains and secretly resurrected him, using a portion of his own life-force. Ihu was also made a Toa, but one with all of Locuz's Makuta powers, as well as being totally immortal. He travels from the Pit to Karda Nui, to Irania Nui and Bara Magna, and even into the middle of deep space to try and stop both Teridax and the Disciples of Vradok from fulfiling their "destinies".Ihu wears a Great Mask of Shielding and originally carried a Sub Zero Blaster, which he exchanged for two Energized Ice Swords. These later merged into a single blade. As part of his final upgrade, his Hau was fitted with an eyepiece which grants him telescopic, thermal imaging, atomic and X-ray vision.Upon becoming a Turaga, his elemental Ice powers and his Makuta powers greatly diminished, and he lost his immortality. His sword became a Staff of Ice.AmayaMatoran, ToaSome time after Teridax's takeover, Amaya, a Ga-Matoran, became a Toa of Water, and joined the Water Council.Back when she had lived in Ga-Metru (the first time) she and Ihu had been deeply romantically...involved, and she had been devastated by his death. Strangely, upon becoming a Toa, some of her memories from this time were restored, and so she had very mixed feelings when she met Ihu again on New Krano Nui, the Water Council's moving base. During their mission on Spherus Magna, to stop Vashkov from finding the Cavern of Eternity, they became very close again, but were almost separated when Ihu nearly killed himself trying to stop a huge nuclear explosion of the Cavern's power. However, things worked out well in the end, and Ihu and Amaya became Turaga together.Amaya wears a Great Mask of Mind Control and carries a Fishing Spear and a Protosteel shield. Upon becoming a Turaga, her powers greatly diminished, and her tools became a Staff of Water, her badge of office.KaraelMatoran, ToaOriginally a journalist in Av-Iarn, the Irania Nui District of Light, Karael was transformed into a Toa for his bravery in a battle against a malicious Matoran called Ikov. He would continue to battle Ikov, and his Toa-sized alter-ego Vashkov, from the time of the Rising until the reforming of Spherus Magna. He wears a Great Mask of Quick-Travel and carries twin Sun Sabers. And no, I'm afraid I couldn't find any better images.GelikMatoran, ToaTransformed at the same time as Karael, Gelik is a Toa of Lightning. In her first day, she managed to stop a rampage of a group of huge wild Rahi, and later defeated (and accidentally killed, by dropping a stone tree on) Kreix, one of the most powerful villains in Vradok's army.Gelik wears a Great Mask of Strength and carries a Lightning Scythe.HalokOriginal Form, UpgradeUntil the Toa Krano came along, Halok was the sole Toa of Irania Nui, and he exceled at his job. He as so skilled at using his element, Air, that he could practically fly, but used a jetpack most of the time to aid his flight. During the battle against Vashkov, he recieved an upgrade from Turaga Lome, the Turaga of Irania Nui.Halok wears a Great Mask of Illusion and carries a whole host of weapons, from sticky bombs to zamor launchers, but his favourite and most commonly used Toa tool is a Laser Axe.JuulocMatoran, Toa, Helryx's bodyguardOriginally Turaga Lome's bodyguard, Juuloc accidentally became a Toa when Makuta Tyrex posed as a Turaga, acting while Lome was missing. The two of them engaged in a lengthy battle, in which Juuloc melted Tyrex's armour together and thoroughly trashed him. Juuloc later helped defeat Vashkov's forces in the lost city of Onu-Iarn, and eventually became Toa Helryx's bodyguard.Juuloc wears a Great Mask of Valor, which grants him shielding, strength and speed. Before becoming Helryx's bodyguard, he carried a sword, which he later exchanged for a staff and shield.Toa KranoFrucas, Toa of Fire, Miran, Toa of Gravity, Covoc, Toa of Stone, Kuro, Toa of Ice, Kurek, Toa of PlantlifeLed to believe that, fifty years ago, their island was destroyed and their people massacred, the Toa Krano were welcomed to Irania Nui, where they joined Halok as its guardians. Later, they would discover that their people had been taken hostage by a being called the Sygran, and so set off back into the Matoran Universe to the island of Isakrah, where they came face-to-face with the Bringer of Pain himself. Frucas was killed, but Covoc donned the Kanohi Aethra, the Mask of Protection, and was able to defeat the Sygran, leaving him for dead in the middle of some lava fields. They then set off on board the New Krano Nui, a ship built by the Water Council, and left for Bara Magna, where the Water Council were needed.KarahnGalleryWhen he was a Ta-Matoran crafter, Karahn boasted that he could recreated the Spear of Fusion. He succeeded, but upon becoming a Toa, it fused itself to his hand. Every now and then, the Spear goes a little wild, and he was cast out of his village for accidentally killing several Toa and Matoran using the Spear's power.Eventually, he learned how to control the Spear, and was drafted into the Water Council. He joined Ihu and Amaya on their quest across Bara Magna.Karahn wears a Great Mask of Stealth and carries a Spear of Fusion duplicate.VohanGalleryIn his universe, Vohan started as a Ta-Matoran called Vohon, who discovered the Vahi in Tahu Nuva' suva just before they all moved to Metru Nui. Somehow, it transformed him into a Toa of Time, and he was propelled acros the space/time continuum, until he reached the Prime Reality. Here, 40,000 years ago, he joined the Order of Mata Nui, but later "retired". He was drafted back in by Frydax during the Destiny War.Vohan wears a Vahi Nuva, a Kanohi Nuva Mask of Time, and carries a Staff of Time, as well as a zamor launcher that also allows him to focus pure elemental time energy into powerful blasts of energy.VolatileToa, Mid-possessionAn experiment by the BoM, Volatile was turned from a Ga-Matoran into a Toa of Water, Ice and Shadow. She also possessed the power to teleport, levitate and see in the dark. During a mission to Jydivia in the Destiny War, she was possessed by Vradok's spirit. She killed several members of the Order and Brotherhood alike, before being destroyed by Frydax, who used a special syringe given to him by Angonce to split Vradok from Volatile. Volatile was killed, but Vradok's spirit moved on...Volatile wore a Great Mask of Sight, which allowed her to see anything on the same terrestrial plane as her, and carried two Shadow Blades.Other ToaHelryx, leader of the Order of Mata NuiBojek, Toa of Light from an alternate universeChiron, Toa of Iron from Fort KohydroxVyleck, rogue Toa of FireThose are all the main Toa characters. Others were mentioned and stuff, but most of them were MOCs belonging to friends. 5. Introducing my first foray back into MOCing since my Hiatus, the Solar Duo. Now, keep in mind, these two are fairly simple with an emphasis on simplicity and elegance. I'll leave the final judgement to you, the viewers. http://i357.photobuc...1996/Solar2.jpg< Here we have the two of them, Kaantoe (left) and Matigeyed (right) >http://i357.photobuc...1996/Solar3.jpg Now, for some storyline for these two, to give you some more background aside from their looks. (Oh no, plot in my Lego Bricks! D:). Kaantoe, a Toa of plantlife, has been rendered mute after what can only be diagnosed as post-traumatic stress disorder, having been captured by a rogue sect of Makuta with a gift for torture. After having his Toa Tool welded to his hand as a cruel joke, he was experimented and tortured by the sadistic beings until Matigeyed, a young Toa of Light stumbled upon their base of operations with his team whilst on a recon mission. While the other seven of them assaulted the Makuta, Matigeyed, knowing that it would be a futile effort and that there'd be no way he or any of the others would surive if he stayed, Matigeyed turned left while the others went right at a fork in the hallway of the base. While nobody on Matigeyed's original team survived, he and Kaantoe managed to escape the base before the Makuta were finished disposing of the other Toa. http://i357.photobuc...1996/Solar4.jpg Matigeyed has a built in storage function for his Toa Tools, providing greater mobility in areas where combat isn't necessary. http://i357.photobuc...1996/Solar5.jpg The basis of their team name is referencing the fact that because Matigeyed is a Toa of Light, and Kaantoe is a Toa of Plantlife, the two of them naturally complement eachother, Matigeyed's light able to empower and strengthen Kaantoe's plants in battle, leading to the name "Solar Duo". This effect is even more prominent in areas with abundance of water and humidity, and less so in dryer areas. http://i357.photobuc...SolarFinale.jpg "Finishing move: Solar Axe Kick!" Thanks for viewing, and even more so for commenting! Edit: Image thumbnailed due to file size. Please keep all images in BBC around 100 kB.Click on the thumbnail to see the original image.-Wind-
  6. Hello BZPers! How are you? I'm finally back. I'm glad to be back. Before anything, I'll show all the MOCs you guys didn't see: the Dowtime MOCs. Where to start?GolemOn a rock planet, there are stone creatures named Golems. Here is a warrior-class Golem. They're supposed to be one-eyed, with large shoulders. The bohrok eye on the weapon is a kind of "battery" to power the blade and allow the Golem firing energy from it. All Warrior Golems have a different eye and battery color.GalleryBionicle ShipAs title says. The back sail is sooo bad IMO. Gallery 'cause I'll never have the time to show every MOC's main photoCrocosaurA cross between a crocodile and a dinosaur.GalleryBig HeadIt's a funny thing. I used the Piraka Stronghold's giant Vezok mask. Gallery hereClockwork KopakaA birthday gift for KanjaRyu. Click on the picture for the gallery.Fangz Alternate ModelNothing special. LookCyberMothMade this some time before Christmas. Akamai RevampYes I know it still needs work... I should revamp it again. LookExo-Toa of FireThe Great Beings gave a consciousness and an elemental power to an Exo Toa armor. It is still completely mechanical. Made this after getting Raw-Jaw for my (14th) birthday.War Limulis This is inspired from the Horseshoe Crab. If ya dont know what this is, check wikipedia. This Rahi lived in the sea around Daxia for millenias. Gallery Oh and there's an EliteWarLimulis in this gallery. Thornspix Guardian Inspired from Waspix and Thornraxx. Back Small Silver Tank Made for a MOC-off with my friend Lord Oblivion. It used Rhotuka as wheels. Gallery Von Nebula Revamp Nothing to say here. Click on the picture for Gallery. Random Stuff Here you can see random Dowtime experiments, mixed with older and newer random stuff. Eldrone One of my last 2011 MOCs. Which means it's been recently built. I finally decided to combine parts from my two Hahli Inika. Name comes from Elda (Hahli's Kanohi) and Drone. The Gallery Random Gunmetal Flying Drone Picture is too big, check here Aquatic Rat/Rahi Believe it or no, but I made this with random parts I randomly took in The Pile. Gallery for side view and Revamp which looks like a dead rat according to Felix. Definitely not my best MOC. Christmas Creature Another random experiment. Gallery here Christmas King A special Christmas MOC! As suggested by Felix it will be my new self-MOC. Oh and before you say it needs more gold, I say it was supposed to have only a touch of gold. Gallery *** So I guess it's pretty much all for Dowtime MOCs. I've improved, but constructive criticisms still are welcomed. Enjoy, BZPers! Matt
  7. Well seeing as there are topics for Favorite Rahkshi Power and Favorite Female Character I thought I would add this.Who is your favorite Toa and why. It could be any Toa, dead or otherwise. My personal Favorite was Toa Metru Nuju. Mainly because I thought he was epic. And the fact that he spoke a Rahi language.
  8. well, i finally made this, took me a while to make this, and plus to scan this. >.< Well overall, it's also a good picture, just as good as my Lewa drawing. I think tahu turned out to look like he has short legs, and the backround isn't as good, well cuz i didn't know how to make a rocky wall that good, or a lava fall. But foreground seems okay to me. :)Here's how my drawing turned out with some help from photo.net:http://s459.photobuc...t=tahujpg-1.jpgAll opinions are accepted. :)Edit1: Well, i meant to shade the rocks like that, because the pool behind Tahu is made of lava, and is usually gives off some bright light . But it is kinda hard to distinguish so i should probably work on lighting too.Edit2:Dead topic here... I barely got any feedback on this drawing....(2/20/12)
  9. Topic title said it all. Do you like Makuta or the Toa?
  10. This question is kinda out of the blue, but im just kinda wondering how strong each Toa team is/was, like including the nuva, Mahri, Hagah, and even retired ones like metru? I'm trying to catch up on bionicle sides stories and deeper main story by reading the books, but anyways could anyone rank each toa team, as 1 being the strongest? Thanks.Edit1: I was kinda asking for in terms of power-level wise/strength, but ability wise would be great to list too.edit2:WOW, Thanks for the info guys! That's just amazing info, and i think i'm starting to understand because im almost done with the first book and the mata actually work good together, despite their many idividual differences. I can't wait to start reading the metru nui saga, the voya/mahri nui saga, and karda nui saga, plus the glatorian saga.
  11. The objective of the Great Beings was to repair Spherus Magna. Now they want their newly reformed planet cleaned of all their repair robots and the Agori's world restored to normal. Why, then, do they start by attacking Toa? Why is Marendar, the being that kills Toa, free? Do the Great Beings even know about the other beligerant races ( Vortixx, Dark Hunters, Skakdi, etc) on Spherus Magna? Do they even appreciate the fact that the Toa are the only protection for the Agori against these races easily taking them over and making them their slaves? (The Golden Being and/or the Shadowed One could easily stomp the Glatorian) I'm tempted to think that that they do not because they don't even know that Matoran are sentient, less that other beings that are sentient and out to get them?Marendar escaped, yes. But why was he even on Spherus Magna if he was in the last stage of the repair robot wipeout plan, after all the other races had been removed. They knew that he could sense Toa, knew that if enough Toa were nearby that he would escape. They created him to find Toa and eliminate them. Unless they were complete and total fools, they should have kept him away from Toa until they knew what they were doing. It seems the Great Beings do not care about the welfare of the Agori (and we all know that the robot's purpose was to restore Spherus Magna and improve their welfare) or they are ignorant of the danger the other MU races pose. It would also seem that they aren't capable of destroying the other MU races without mass uproar, and have decided that removing one race is better than none, while ignoring the fact that that one race is vital to the welfare of all the peaceful persons on that planet. And it isn't really causing much trouble, either, and probably won't...
  12. Just a quick post I'll edit later. I made this guy 5 months ago but never got around to upload him. Inspired by Hikari's Guardian Zanato in terms of structure and bulk.Backhttp://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Darksiders/Folder/2011-MOCs/img_0256.jpgFull body shothttp://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Darksiders/Folder/2011-MOCs/img_0259.jpgLike? C&CC please!
  13. So, I couldn't find this topic anywhere, but please point me in the right direction if it's somewhere else, but I really want to start a discussion about the Great Being inside the Matoran Universe. Since Greg hasn't written too often, we should have enough time to discuss it and try to come up with clues. I actually have an opinion, but I don't want to announce it unless people respond... so please respond! >~Makuta'sdarkslave
  14. Well, here's a little drawing of Lewa Mata I've been working on, In my opinion, its good to me. It's one of my early bionicle drawings, but i kinda just finished it today. When i scanned the Picture, it turned out like this:http://s459.photobuc...can_Pic0001.jpgBut then I edited it a bit, just rotated 90 degrees and darkened the sketch and it turned out like this:http://s459.photobuc...urrent=Lewa.jpgSo, this is like my first time kinda sharing my drawing in a topic, but tell me what you think. I think i drew too light and that's why it didn't turn out perfect when i scanned it. opinions of all are accepted.Edit 11/18/11: Thanks! I guess i could become a better artist, but yeah thanks for all your opinions. Ill try to keep all your tip in mind when I draw next time! Edit2 11/18/11: Yeah i didn't want to trace over it because i didn't really want to ruin the great drawing I did, i just wanted to keep it plain pencil, but now i know scanners don't like pencils. And I like drawing them in set forms, because that's how the comics did, but i gave them hands so that it could be a bit more realistic. In the future, i want to make a bionicle manga, like a good one just so people could enjoy reading the story through a comic form, but i want to add ALL of the stories into it(like the novels stories), starting from year one.
  15. Okay this really boggled meIn Reign of Shadows I think or in the latest stories, Agonence made a machine to destroy all Toa because they thought the Toa would kill the Agori? Why would they think that?! Was because of the glitch with the Battera? Think about it...and then when he decided to turn off the machine, it left the building. The Great Beings really needed to fix those glitches. But seriously why would they want to kill the heroes?!
  16. I'm munching on candy as I type this. The Matoran who is dressed as a Bohrok is supposed to represent Brickeens, as a thank you for inspiring my Toa spin-off (the one in this MOC) of his Throwaway. 17. Hey there BZP! Finished up a couple a MOC's, just awhile back Titan: http://www.brickshel...cs/img_0481.jpgTried to keep him simple... Female fire Toa:http://www.brickshel...cs/img_0474.jpgNertz to the rules. I want a female fire element! Toa of Light: http://www.brickshel...cs/img_0489.jpgYes... he is wearing THAT mask... Thanks for the comments!
  18. An old sketch of Faybos in his powered up "Nui" form. The Unity, Duty and Destiny symbol appears on his chest and immense power flows throughout his being. He only attains this point of power near the end of his journey. In this picture, Saski, his love, has fallen after being struck by shadow lightning from Teridax. Can Faybos save her? Can he defeat Teridax? Or will everything succumb to shadow?
  19. I decided to alter Faybos' appearance. As he gets further involved into the story, his armour changes, his mask changes. Even new personality traits are born. This is Future Faybos. He mask has become streamlined, his mask does not reach down as far as it used to, more detail has been implemented as well as thinner eyebrows. He has a new scar added to his face. Enjoy!
  20. Well, I've taken pictures of all the MOCs that I made during BZP's downtime, and now it's time to post them! Here's the once I made most recently: Shadow Takanuva. ^click for gallery (when public)^ Here's some more pictures:FrontBackStaff converted into scythe/Kohlii staffStaff sheathed"Come to me, my brethren!"Comments and/or criticisms are appreciated, and please click the links to some of the other MOCs in my signature! -
  21. WELCOME TO BIONICLE ANIMATED THE OFFICIAL PROJECT! What is BIONICLE ANIMATED? Well like BIONICLE: Re-birth chronicles, it is an animated series, only there are only cannon characters. The series will have 5 seasons each containing a certain number of storylines. When will it be released? TBA. I am still writing the first season's scripts, finding voices, and working on concept. But putting a date on it will be setting to many expectations, which I don't want to fail you. Soon I'll say when episodes will be posted and where you can view them, just check my Profile for more info.
  22. Sometimes Faybos doesn't see eye to eye with his Turaga, Kiko. Kiko doesn't seem too fond of him either. XD
  23. Author's note: I do not follow canon very closely, particularly with regards to BIONICLE anatomy. I have them about 60% biological (blood, organs, muscles, even hair) and 40% mechanical. They also have familial relationships, children and females and males in all elemental types. Matoran have an average lifespan of 250-300 years, while Toa live for nearly 5,000. Also, this is a "what if" story, although I'm not going to reveal exactly what was altered... That's something you have to discover for yourself.I rate this PG-13 for violence, death and mild romance.EDIT: Because of the length of this epic, there is a chapter index in the Review topic. Life is a Blank How do you fight a battle that has already been lost? Stave 1 Telet tried for what felt like the millionth time to slide his hands through the small gap between the chains and his skin. His chapped wrists protested against the pressure, but he ignored it, trying to work himself free. Even thin and wasted as he was, there was not enough space to get out. "I hate you." he spat at his captor. "That's your problem, not mine." the tall dark figure replied, touching his arm. For so strong a being, he was surprisingly gentle. "I think you're merely misreading what you've seen, but that's just me." "I didn't misread anything! You're not the Great Spirit, and you're not our savior! You may have everyone else thinking you are, but I know better!" A glimmer of a frown crossed the tall being's face. "Your resistance to my benevolence is growing tiresome, matoran." The touch became ever so slightly more rough. "Who else did you tell about what you found?" "No one." Telet tossed his head bravely. "I didn't have time before your Vahki grabbed me." The being stared directly into the matoran's eyes, trying to read the small one's thoughts. It did no good - whatever training this matoran had put himself through, it had included some sort of mind shielding. Which means he hasn't just been reading, the being realized. Someone has to have trained him. "Impressive. Not many can withstand my gaze. So, I must ask, who was your teacher?" The Onu-matoran never broke eye contact. "No one. I taught myself. It was useful when dealing with Vahki." "Yes, I suppose it was." The tall being removed his hand and took a few steps back, examining his captive again, searching for a weak spot. "And yet, those same Vahki managed to find you, and bring you to me. It seems you must not know everything." "I know enough to stop you." Telet smiled grimly. He could feel the pain wracking his chest now, and he choked on something. Spitting it out, a bit of blood ran down his lip. "What's the matter?" the being asked, hastening to examine his face. Telet fought against the urge to cough up more blood. "I'm not stupid. I knew if you didn't get what you wanted from my mind, you'd torture me. And I'd cave. If what the tablets said was accurate, people stronger than me have caved." Involuntarily, he gagged again. "Your Vahki-scraps weren't quick enough when they searched me." The being's face was full of suspicion now. "What have you done, matoran?" Roughly, he yanked the matoran to his feet, snapping the chains with his telekinesis. Telet merely smiled. The pain was gone now, replaced by a numbness. He knew that meant he only had a few seconds. "You... will never... win. Others... Others will find out... what I found. You can't win... You won't." Even as he grasped the knowledge that the matoran had poisoned himself, the being smiled. "Fool. I already have." He dropped the Onu-matoran to the floor carelessly, then turned to a Vahki who stood awaiting orders. "Summon the Toa. I have a few issues to discuss." Gyet, Telet willed his thoughts to reach his closest friend, he knows. They're coming. They're... looking... The tall one glanced back at the matoran as the Vahki exited the chamber. His heartlight was dark. "A noble, but pointless death." He kicked the corpse across the room. No matoran would keep that knowledge to himself, he mused. He had accomplices. And in that lies their weakness - matoran always crack when you threaten one of their own. He looked proudly at the polished silver walls which reflected his own gleaming form: ebony and gold armor buffed to a mirror-like sheen, huge wings that seemed like they belonged on a colorful rahi, and his ancient kanohi. I truly look like the Great Spirit. I am the Great Spirit, after all.Review

    Mass Destruction

Chapter 1 Darkness was all he fallowed. Under command of Teridax was his only world. With the being of shadows dead, he stood as one of the few remaining Makuta. His name, was Garncha(Garn-ka). He was fully black, wore the Mask of Shadows and had claws for hands and feet. Staring into the vast, regrown and remade Spherus Magna, he wondered, "Now where to?" His only friend was the moon and the suns. He realized that order must be restored, he must revive the Brotherhood. Meanwhile a red figure rushed from a swarm of Vorox and Zesk. He is Zac, Prodigy of Tahukama, Inventor, and Weaponry Expert. He wore a mask that looked like the Hau and the MAsk of Kindred combined, but it was the Mask of Shielding. It was red, and he wielded a weapon no being knew of, that he made. He shot out a fire ball at the ground to scare off the Vorox and Zesk. Sadly, with the Toa being around, these Vorox and Zesk were used to fire and jumped over it and begun chasing Zac again. Zac jumped up onto a tree branch and used his weapon. It shot out small shell capsuled zamor spheres at his foes which then they fled. His weapon was a custom made Zamor Launcher. It shoots shells that are charged with Protodermis and Zamor Power. Realizing that the natives had gotten used to the toa, he had to be more creative when trying to scare them off. Garncha walked towards the abandoned city of the Skrall. He figured that some Skrall could be remaining, and intended to find out. "Teridax shall be avenged," he thought,"The toa were not supposed to win. Teridax is more powerful than Mata Nui. The brotherhood shall live on!" His question, was answered. A Skrall pounced on Garncha and readied his sword to pierce the intruder's throat. Garncha was one step ahead. He created a blast of shadow that sent the Skrall flying. "Now be assured," Garncha said," I don't want you killed. Yet that is. Your name?" The Skrall gave a confused look at Garncha and said," I am but a lower ranked Skrall, only higher ranks may get names,". Garncha faced his palm at the nameless Skrall and shot a beam that turned the Warrior into a Makuta. "You now have a name," Garncha spoke,"Drazui," Zac kept walking until the suns were shining over head causing him to get tired and more tired every minute. Though he had the power of fire, he had been caught up in using his new weaponry, he had almost forgot how to use them and control the heat. Pretty soon, he was ready to fall and faint. But he had to keep moving until he reached the Mega Village. But sadly he fainted. Then two beings found him and took him to their home. Garncha and Drazui went outside to the ruined balcony. "What do you see?" Garncha asked. Drazui looked and saw a desert, a jungle, and an ocean world. "A peaceful planet?" he replied. Garncha punched him to the ground hich meant Drazui was wrong. "This world was ment for the makuta, not these pitifull excuses for biomechanical life" Garncha corrected. Zac woke up to find him in a room where there were sketches of toa, masks, elements and weapons. A being came in with a tray with meat from a rhahi and said, "Oh good your awake! My name is Misnya, toa of water and master of the Mata Elements" Zac got up and was puzzled. She, controlled the six elements that belonged to the Defenders of Mata Nui? "I'm Zac," he replied," Toa of Fire and also inventor. How come you are able to control the Mata Elements?", "Well," Misnya said calmly, she had done it thousands of times before, "Toa are able to posses this power, but only if they have gone through several trials to collect Toa Stones. Special Toa Stones that can give you more than one element,". Zac could barely use his power of fire now, how could he regain control of the flames and master five other elements?
