The arms and the legs look bulky and great. However, I don't like the head being that far out. Does he have waist articulation? As Draaaaven said, the main issue is the neck being kinda far forward, but as you said you've fixed that, so I think he'll look even better with a realigned neck. One more thing. Black and silver looks nice and suits him well... but it can get a little boring. To make him stand out I'd suggest using something bright as an accent color, though that's obviously all up to you. I don't see why this hasn't gotten attention yet. This is a great MoC. Thanks. I'm not the first to use the claw piece as chest armor - it was even used on the official Witch Doctor set. No, it doesn't have waist articulation.
