Lest Hapsburg Austria gets in the way of that friendship. And they are Polish-Lithuanian Winged Hussars. I thought hussar was a slavic word, so the Hungarians having that seems weird to me. Maybe it's some influence by Hungary's neighbors that 'hussar' entered their language, or even vice versa considering ancient Magyar power!
