A fun little project that I definitely enjoyed throughout the entire process, here's Doomie, probably one of the best characters within that little thing called the BZPRPG. Formerly a Toa of Oil, but with the revamp he's now retconned as a Toa of Plantlife. But he can still control Oil so it's okay.

Experimented a bit with different ways to add value, and rendering glossy material = not fun. Came out darker than what I wanted, might go back and fix that after I'm not all computer'ed out. :3

DOOMIE!I really like the artwork. It's a little cartoonish, but that fits Doomie perfectly. The gun looks great. My only critique is that Doomie's left hand, the one holding the rope, looks a little odd; I think the thumb's position is a little awkward.Overall, I really like it.

Coooooool!I really love the background and it's colours!The character looks a little too dark though. It hides all the beautiful details you did. :cI envy that gun. So. So much.I agree with legolover on that thumb, but I think it's because the hand is so dark that you can't really see the fingers.Nice work and cool character.

I'm loving that oil-on-water sky in the background. Very fitting for a Toa of Oil at sea.

 

Except it should totally be lighter so we can see all them deets.
