Since I am (unfortunately) joining in what is more or less the middle of the year, seeing as this reboot happened around the end of the summer, it would be lovely if I could get a quick update on the bigger events that are going on right now. The last few pages are rumbling of a coming war, and I've seen mention of the Mystix several times. Anything else?Oh, and, as usual, shoot me a message if you're interested in some in-game interactions. I'm not making any promises, but it's highly likely that a certain avaricious character will be returning...

Vidar, a Dark Toa and one of Makuta's most powerful servants, and Echelon, a Necromancer of my creation, have been tasked with hunting down and silencing the members of the Chronicler's Company, so that they will never share their secrets (which would apparently lead to finding out what happened to the Toa Mata and Takua). They, along with help from other evil beings, have already killed Tamaru and kidnapped Hafu.However, several members of the Company have already shared their secrets, so the hunt has begun.

The Island Liberation Squad ( a group dedicated to freeing Mata Nui from Makuta's influence.) has began constructing a new village on the shores of Lake Pala.[*]Learning Center In the Works: An academy is currently being built in Ko-Wahi. Some have said that this academy intends to help students improve their skills and knowledge. More information will come as we get it.[*]Po-Koro Infected: A conga of tribulations has befallen the stone village. Many citizens, including village elder Onewa, have fallen ill to the Makuta's infection. Matoran are currently looking for the cause of this outbreak. In the meantime, Hewkii has been named temporary leader of Po-Koro.[*]Is Hafu Alive? Rumors have been spreading all over Po-Wahi about Hafu's ultimate fate. A thorough examination confirmed that the burned Po-Matoran is infact, a member of the Po-Koro Defense Force, meaning that Hafu has been taken away from Po-Koro. However, no one has been able to find the carver, and many of presumed him to be dead. The Defense Force refuses to make any final announcements regarding Hafu's death until a body has been found.[*]Hafu Murdered: Hafu was electrocuted and burned by Ronkshou, Makuta's most powerful sapient servant. A traitor was partly responsible for Hafu's capture, and has been arrested. Ronkshou and the other servants have not been captured at this time.[*]Disaster in Po-Koro! Makuta's most favored servants have waged an attack on the village of stone. Right now I'd say the majority of Le-Koro is oblivious but there are guards on alert as Le-Koro itself counts as a guarded fortress. First sign of trouble and the Gukko Force will end up descending upon it much like they responded to the Rama swarm in MNOLG.

Hello guys, today I shall be revealing my creation, a custom species which has been approved by Emzee. So please meet the awesome Matoran-sized beings known as Iroiit.Information about them can be found below:

Name: IroiitSummary: The Iroiit are a species of sapient metal-eating beings with a short stature. Native to Mata Nui, they formerly lived deep underground until miners in Onu-Koro made contact with them. They are rather reclusive and somewhat docile, and are rarely found in the company of their own species.Description: Iroiit share a similar body shape with Matoran, except they are slightly taller, and possess four arms. They do not wear Kanohi, for they had never came into contact with them until meeting the Onu-Matoran. They also have a set of teeth that is used to grind metals, for it is the main part of their diet.One set of arms ends in simple hands, while the other set of arms end in claws, which they use to dig through dirt. They also have what can be described as fangs along with their teeth.Matoran and Iroiit are biologically different, and are unable to breed together. Their diet is incredibly different as well, for an Iroiit does not require the normal foodstuffs Matoran need, only eating metals and other minerals and ores. They are also known to eat soil, where they get their liquid from.Abilities: Having spent most of their life digging tunnels deep underground without light, Iroiit have developed night vision, allowing them to see in even the darkest of places. They can eat metals rather easily due to their teeth and saliva, which can weaken metals. However, they are unable to use mask powers or elemental powers, but possess much greater stamina than most species, and have tough skin from all their years underground.However, their night vision has the side-effect of making them less tolerant of sunlight.Culture: Iroiit normally live by themselves, digging through dirt to find metals to eat. They only have family groups when young, setting out by themselves when they come of age. They also have no sense of right and wrong, nor do they know of evil and good, merely living and dying. Iroiit only settle down when they meet another of their species.
