No, really. Wouldn't a CIA/MI6 style organization help keep the FoM down? It would be better for the island.

Tuara's position in Ta-Koro has been exaggerated. She does do a lot of planning when it comes to inside city management and her and Jaller take care of everything outside the walls. Most everything that has to be cleared goes through Tuara though before going to Jaller to make things easier on the Captain. Tuara is however by no means equal with or over Jaller. So yeah, Jaller > Tuara > Errebody. Which means your plan still might work? I'll leave that up to you.

All these Joske posts make me want to post as Rit again.
Scratch that I actually want to post a bit as most of my characters, but Homework, sigh dilemmas.
Also could someone fill me on which Essence Stones have been found and who got them?

Orieus has Tahu's stone.
Sulov has Onua's stone.
I don't know who has Gali's stone but somebody has it.

We could have something like a 'Toa Corps' where Toa in all the different branches of the military are part of.

The loss of a limb is for a person to adapt.
Perhaps some people adapt through healing.
Oh, and about ranks and military stuff: We need an OMNI: Office of Mata Nui-an Intelligence.
Oh, and what if people decided to make an entirely new branch to the military? What would happen then?
NEVER!
We has an OMNI once, and it was glorious. It was a topic once, and it was glorious. It held not only the original Lightbringer base, but that topic also held the first major battles of the LB/DB Wars; and it was glorious.
What does OMNI stand for you say? It's easy: O senia Memorial Nanotech Institute
"A highly complex scientific research center whose entrance is in Ko-Metru. Named after its founder, Osenia, who had created this research complex thousands of years ago in a knowledge tower. Since then, metruan scientists from all over the city have come here to develop various things to make metruan lives easier and safer, and to figure out the mysteries of protodermis. However, the bulk of O.M.N.I. lies beneath Ko-metru. The most profitable and central aspect of the Institute is figuring out attack patterns for vahki based on those that rahi, rahkshi, and bohrok use. It is also used to study how lifeforms react without the presence of metruan. For this, an underground island was created that is, for our purposes, one fifth the size of mata nui. (Because the metruan don`t know about mata nui island, I`m just using this as a reference for us. )On it, various research facilities are located all over the natural looking island, complete with forests and mountains, monitoring wild rahkshi, bohrok, and rahi in the only place on metru nui that they are allowed to roam free. However, because of its size, not all areas can be monitored by hovering cameras, and metruan may find it very easy to hide or live there if they have a bounty on them. Also, secret entrances have been found underground leading to this area, and the ones found ahve been sealed up by the vahki, but many more may exist...Small squads of Vahki of all types fly around the island on patrols in case a wild creature attacks the researchers. The area had become so large and extensive that even a guild could be there unnoticed if one chose to do so, under the area that would correspond to onu-koro... "
If you want the full story, here is the link to the topic. Part of the 2004 Metru-Nui story arc. Due to how amazing it was I will personally shoot down any attempt to use the name or idea. It died a good death, having lived a long, fruitful life. It shall rest in peace, Mata-Nui bless its soul.

IKEA?
Why would we actually NEED an intelligence organisation?
There's nobody to steal secrets from, and surveillance on random evil guys can be performed without one anyway.

One thing that annoys me is when people make characters evil just for the evulz. (Not saying any of you do, just something I find annoying.) I mean, Mata Nui is already in deep enough s### as it is without another psycho killer on the loose.
Following that train of thought, how many evil organizations are there outside the Makuta's forces?

There's the Black Inferno and Bad Company. Can't think of anything else.
I'm planning to start a Sith-like order but the character I intend to do it is currently stuck in non-plot because Kal says he's gonna do something with him when he hasn't for more than a week (two weeks? A month?).

You must be new here.
Lots of people make characters evil just for the evulz.
It's fun, and giving reasons for evil makes it less evil.

Only the general strategy would be Sithish. It would be an open order; no Rule of Two. Due to a lack of The Force in game, the swordsmanship styles and the elemental attack training would be altered. They would not follow Makuta or Mata Nui; rather they would follow their own will.

Once this fight in Le ends for the Maasi, things are gonna heat up. Need 4 more Rakal, but I'm not doing the one-guards-each-mask anymore. Too slow.
Oh, and Hubert: She'll have a special... Tool, that will help and hinder her fighting at times. Yays.

I'm going to put my foot down and crush this before it goes any further. If this happens, I will personally see to it than Bad Company and Friends of Makuta band together and wipe this group from the face of Mata Nui. There will be no Star Wars directly-inspired groups in this game. Be original.
No.

okay first off
that's what I originally tried to do, and then I changed it, and now I'm using it for something else entirely because well nobody likes expies
for another thing
sword styles and rule of two =/= sith, learn your EU
after that
I'll get on it when I get on it, get off me
and finally
if ever I see anything that smells this much like a Sith expy to me
Or any Star Wars expy at all
in this game
ever
I will personally destroy it
And then probably quit forever

What exactly ARE we allowed to talk about here? It feels like more than half of what we discussed ends with "this is off-topic, change subjects."
Half the time, I can only think of what KNI says, even if just as a joke. Just know that when somebody like me, who was, until about a month ago, easily the most off-topic RPer in here, says that something is off-topic, then it's off-topic and should be thrown out.
Also...lol the white pebbles.
And I actually wouldn't mind seeing the Inquisitors come back. Just means it's time for another huge fight in Onu-Wahi, that ends with Jasik getting disemboweled by the Inquisitors. : D
Don't you put that on me. No no no no no no no.
Don't you dare put that on me. Never again.

Hello everyone, remember me? The guy who's been MIA for about three days now?
Yeah, sorry about that. For a variety of reasons, I will be only semi active for a few days. I will only be able to post during school hours, so I am limited to maybe two hours of activity a day. Max.
Things should go back to normal on Friday. Apologies for any inconvenience.
On this eve, the thirtieth anniversary of that first colony, many are left to wonder; is the world fast approaching a breaking point?
