It seems that Cragger is at least part Irish (who knew?) and has been coloring the water at World of Chima green in honor of the holiday. It especially makes for a spectacular sight to see Mount Cavora gushing out all the green water. If you're in the area, make sure to check it out! However, that is a really cool Mount Cavora display they have at the park, and that Cragger costume was nice too. It might not have worked as well with other sections of the park like Miniland, but it really lends itself to the otherworldliness of the World of Chima expansion.
