A bionicle fighting game

Recommended Posts

You might be interested in the fan made game Bionicle Fighter, which was made and published by Katuko, who is a member here. It's almost exactly what you asked for, and it's easy to download; you can find it right here: http://www.bzpower.com/board/topic/418-bionicle-fighter-broken-virtues/page-47?do=findComment&comment=659241

I know I've seen fans trying to make Super Smash Bros.-styled fighting games for BIONICLE in the past. The style of more traditional fighting games like Street Fighter, Soul Calibur or Mortal Combat might lose some of BIONICLE's potential, I feel, if things get reduced to mostly re-skinned basic attacks and blocks. Still, the Toa appear in MUGEN, so evidently someone liked the idea. :)

Im pretty sure the closest thing that we got to a Bionicle fighting game would have to Glatorian Arena, Glatorian Arena 2, and Glatorian Arena 3 .The latter one, being the only one to not be released on Bionicle.com

Oh yeah, I forgot about those. They were pretty fun.

I think If they made a Bionicle fighting game similar in style to the Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi series and put a lot of effort into it, it would come out pretty good. There would still be some issues, but it would be a pretty good fighter.

I have to admit though, a super smash brothers style Bionicle game is hard to imagine.

YES! I agree! THANK YOU! I would think that'd be an awesome game and I'd pay good money for a game like that!

After seeing this topic, I just couldn't help imagining this:

A short cut-scene opens up with a red mechanical hand unfolding a letter emblazoned with a smash ball on the envelope. The letter falls to the ground, and the camera follows two red mechanical feet as they run over a desert. The feet slide to a stop, and the camera goes back up to the hand, now clutching an Olmak. A portal opens up, and the red being jumps through.

We are then treated to Mario, Charizard and Kirby all fighting near a volcano (All of them using fire) when a portal opens up. A red flash flips out of the portal and lands with a soft thud. Mechanical legs rise up as the fighters back away. The camera pans to his face, or rather mask, and green eyes flash brightly. The camera finally shows us who this is, and in the style of the recent SSB4 fighter intros, we see Tahu striking a pose and shooting flames into the sky, and the phrase "Tahu turns up the heat!" is seen.

I HATE SCORPIOS
