Spriting Help?

So, I'm trying to make a game with RPG Maker VX Ace that is based on the adventures of the Toa on Mata Nui, and I have discovered that I really suck at spriting animations. If anyone here is good at that sort of thing, I would love your help. I basically need sprites for just about every character on Mata Nui, 2001-2003, and moving up, down, left, right, and with 3 frames for each movement animation. The middle frame is standing still sprite. All I need are moving animations, not battle ones or anything like that. Each frame is 32 by 32 pixels.

I know I'm asking for a ton here, but I'm REALLY bad at doing moving animations. I tried and my Tahu looked like he wasn't moving at all. By the way, if my description wasn't really clear, here is an example:

I got Monster Hunter World on PS4, add me at bmrjw2 if you want

Also I play FFXIV, my main is Anastasia Willow on Exodus but I've got characters on every NA datacenter.

I've been asked by someone else to do a isometric kit for their game, but as of now I'm only planning on doing Matoran. And they'll be 48x48. I'll share what I have when I get more progress.

Other than that, I have seen a lot of the older games like Piraka Mania and Map of Mata Nui using an isometric kit that looks decent. See if you can track down what it is.

When it comes to the workload of making sprites, BIONICLE is nice in that the main characters were major copy/paste jobs. Make one Toa base body, and you can then shift its colors and paste on different Kanohi as you want. Still, making the initial sprites can be hard, so you'll probably want to go with an existing sprite kit unless someone is willing (and able) to make a full-fledged custom one.

I think I've seen one that has 4-directional movement, but for the life of me I can't find it ATM.
