Varian was in The Shadowed One's possession right ? Was she liberated when he migrated to Spherus Magna, or she's still in Stasis ? If she's still there... this means she's going to die ?

Varian's Stasis Tube survived the Great Cataclysm, the Rahkshi raid on Odina, and the destruction of the Great Spirit Robot, and she remains in stasis. However, salvage crews assigned to dissecting the broken robot are nearing her position.

They're just MU inhabitance dedicated to cleaning the robot of all the survivors and stuff they need to evacuate.

I'm not sure that the last line about salvage teams getting close is up to speed, although there could be something from the LMB on that, possibly...

I would assume she would be found eventually by a salvage crew.

for her BS01 page, could we say that she was found then, or should we say that she's still in stasis?

You can say that salvage crews are close to stumbling on her location.
