-Windrider- Posted July 20, 2014 Share Posted July 20, 2014 (edited) The COT Rules have been pretty much completely overhauled:The official topic system has been revised and members do not need to seek FL approval. Rather, the COT staff will officialize topics based on need and activity.Members no longer need to seek Forum Leader approval for text games.Image- and video-only posts are now allowed - but the post must not violate the guidelines on spam.A bunch of topics that were previously disallowed have been opened up for discussion. For instance, a dream topic is now allowed under COT rules. However, this doesn't mean there should be a topic for each dream; one general topic will suffice.Basically, the remaining rules are iterations of BZPower's global rules.
