Other Makuta?

So I was thinking (yes, it happens from time to time) about Makuta. This might have been mentioned , but I'm wondering what happened to the other Makuta?

 

We know that there were loads, as Brotherhood and the Convocation are not words indicative of small groups.

We know that Zaria killed another Makuta.

Biosector01 says that 100 Makuta were created, but in typical BS01 fashion, neglects to mention the source (nice one, guys). In another wonderful bit of unsourced information, BS01 also states that Teridax killed all of the Makuta... But that seems highly unlikely, given the short timespan of his rule, the fact that he couldn't even take care of various Toa and Matoran resistance groups, let alone powerful Makuta, let alone kill ~75 mindbogglingly powerful beings in one swoop. Soooo... Where are the rest of the Makuta?

You're apparently forgetting that all of those Makuta thought he was on their side. They weren't hiding from him. They would not all be together either; they'd show up in various places, essentially one-by-one, joining forces with the Rahkshi and Exo-Toa armies and suchnot, and he could deal with them, thus, on such a one-by-one (or nearly so) basis (capturing them for the Kraata production, before later killing them). And prevent word from getting around to the others he hadn't gotten to that he was betraying them.

 

It's also possible antidermis is easier to detect than protodermis-amidst-protodermis. Regardless of how he did it, they're all dead now (other than Miserix), so they're nowhere.

 

Anyways, we can discuss these and other possible answers in the other topic, so...
