Hapori Tohu Posted August 22, 2014 Share Posted August 22, 2014 Back in May we shared news about the upcoming revamp to the LEGO Ambassador Program which will now be entitled the LEGO Ambassador Network (LAN). Over at the LEGO Community Team Blog, Keith Severson has made a post updating us on the timeline of the new program. Additionally, he has announced the first batch of LAN Workgroup Leaders, of which I am happily a part of. Among other things, this means that when the LAN kicks off, BZPower will have a new Ambassador - none other than Forum Administrator Tufi Piyufi! I look forward to helping get the new program on its feet and working with Jen and all the other Ambassadors to help strengthen the LEGO community. From the wording of the news post, I took it as meaning that, since Black Six is taking more of a leadership role in the Ambassador program, they felt the need to appoint a normal Ambassador in place of his old role. BioniLUG is also getting its own ambassador since it's technically being supported and run as a separate entity from BZPower, so in a matter of speaking BZPower will have a couple ambassadors, but only one is officially the one representing BZPower and the other representing the LUG that happened because of BZPower. I'm also looking forward to the Ambassador Network since 2015 will be the first year I'm going to be a member of the program.
