There are four mini-modular buildings: a movie theater, pizzeria, fire station and town hall, and based on past experiences you'll be able to get one each week during the month of October if you spend over a certain amount at your local TRU. It would be a fun little thing if I hadn't already spent too much on Lego (and if I shopped at Toys R Us). My biggest problem with them is the fire hydrant though. Why put in a fire hydrant that is almost as tall as the streetlight? That's like minifig scale, not micro scale. It would be fun to get these and then build up a whole city block in a similar style.
