My theory is, if the Ignika is going to be canon, that this new mask could be Artakha's Mask of Creation. This is just a thought, but if we see the Vahi, then this new one is most likely Creation or a new legendary mask by the Great beings. Of course, Vultraz could've just became king over a new dimension. Also, notice what looks like writing on the spikes/horns and other parts of the mask.
