I repair the Vahki and augment them with techno-organic technology, shielding them from future EMP usage. Of course, I also reprogrammed them to serve as my personal army.

 

I then use my new Vahki army to return Metru Nui to order, before sending a squad after you to take back the Mask.

I invade Metru Nui with an army of Vahki Kaita, which destroy all the regular Vahki and manage to get me the Mask.

I assimilate your Vahki Kaita, bringing them under my direct mental control. I then turn them against you.

How dare you take my Vahki Kaita army. I respond by attacking it with my army of Vahki Hunters. They make quick works of the Vahki, then they take you out as well. (Though I know you are not a machine, they still listen to me. So they take you out under my command.)

Fortunately the Illuminati has no influence on me, considering that the organisation died out in the late 1700s. An all-seeing eye has no power if there's nobody to watch through it. (No, that one doesn't count.)

Of course, thanks to my immunity to all pathogens, I survived the contaigon.

 

Once The Collector finally kicks the bucket, I emerge from hiding and take the Mask from his corpse. I take a moment to pay my respects, before walking on into the sunrise. With Onaku about to find a nasty surprise and everyone else dead, there's finally nobody to stop me from liberating the universe.
