I clicked on it, and the URL said it was Kalmah (obviously, though I wonder what happened to his third eye). Anyone know where this terrifying picture is from? I believe that Kopekemaster is right. Bonesiii asked people to create art for his retelling and they made them. Everyone is one choice away from being the bad guy in another person's story.
