I wanted to use CCBS in order for him to blend in with sets going forward, but use the Mata head and his signature silver Pakari to tie back with the pre-2015 BIONICLE. I also chose a very minimal color scheme for the same reason. Were you able to whip up a more customized innard? He appears kind of generic, bulky. The best aspect I'm sorry to say is the staff and that beautiful Konohi. Inside I used the smallest of the CCBS torsos since my aim wasn't to custom make one, it attatches two of these on the arms to give him broad shoulders. I wanted to create a short, wide-chested, broad shouldered character in CCBS since it's durable and offers a lot of posability. Mysterious Minifig Posted November 12, 2014 Share Posted November 12, 2014 Even though it's pretty simple I think your self MOC still looks pretty good. Not everything needs to completely custom. Depending on the purpose, a simple construction can work fine. I think you did pretty good job getting this one to look the way you wanted. The color scheme is nice.
