I suppose I'll be in the comments of this one just like last time, providing trivia, factoids, and attempts at witty humor!

Question... is the YouTube stream the only one with comments? I tried watching from Google+ first last time but couldn't figure out heads or tails of it.

If this stream goes anything like the last one none of them will have any of the 1x1 ammo left by the end of it.

Next year at BrickFair I'm going to DEFINITELY have to stock up on ammo at Pick-a-brick. Just fill up a whole cup with 1x1 round plates and spend the whole weekend shooting them at people.

I think we just discovered how to make sure the kids don't touch any MOCs...

I worry that would just encourage them to try touching the MOCs just to try dodging the rain of studs.

Might work to deter the folks who insist my MOCs are sets, though. :P

If you can put in a reloading mechanism that would be REALLY impressive.

Yes, I believe there is a way for comments to be made through Google+. Don't ask me how, I just know I got email alerts regarding it at some point.

Hmm, I may be able to catch part of it here in good 'ol Blighty (It starts at 2:30pm here, BTW), but I probably won't be able to watch the whole thing. I'll check out the whole thing on Saturday though. :)

What if there was an arrangement under the turret with six studs? So, after the launcher burns through its first round of ammo, it just dips down and the studs get stuck in the spaces? And it keeps going like that: fire, fire, fire, fire, fire, fire, dip, lift, fire x6 again, dip, lift, fire x6...

I suggested the same thing to my brother the other day. Only major issue being that you'd still have to replace that "arrangement" each time the blaster reloads. You could have the extra ammo on a conveyor of some kind, but then it might be difficult to keep them lined up (keep in mind that the ammo will have more clutch power with a stud underneath than with a blaster on top).

I don't have any of the new launchers, so i couldn't test, but.

perhaps perch the fresh studs on six barraki eyes? i doubt they get clutch on those. :0

Hm... maybe that could work, but I don't know how well they'd perch there either.

You could probably just use a truncated axle length to hold without clutching.

Speaking of questions, how well do things like 1x1x1 cylinders fire?

That WOULD work well. I oughta see if I can come up with something using that.

Watching now, and this is the only place I can comment.  Can you use the LoSS's function to grab and wrap around a Toa's whole body, like a little Skull Spider can wrap around the head?  How does that fit?

L     This link is a bit old, but there's still some good info about combiners there.
