Nescent
Bearing golden armor, glowing wings, and the Mace of Light, Kraxis is the first Toa of Light in Okoto. In his off-hand he carries a sphere of light, which he uses to blind his foes. Independent and without guidance, Kraxis is rarely seen among the villagers, and few know what great deeds he accomplishes in the wild - though the stories are grand. Additional photos on Flickr. Initially I was just trying to build something with the Chrome Hau, as I'd never used that before. After I had the gold-white color scheme down, I decided to add transparent light blue wings, inspired by the archangels in Diablo 3. Thanks for stopping by!

Nescent
Is that...the platinum Hau? OoOIt's the Chrome Hau that came with the 2001 PowerPack, it's not very rare.
Konahrik
This creation is very well built, and certainly evokes a "being of light" feel. However, he may be better suited as a titan of light, or perhaps a toa of light in the G1 universe. I have never seen a toa of light MOC use a chrome hau, so kudos to you on that regard. The wings make it look like a golden armored toa of ice, removing those would solidify the Light aspect. Some golden or white armor on the back would work well too. Overall good job though, the picture with him next to the turaga really accentuate his gravitas.
Munty
This is a really nice build, very solid looking. I'm not a big fan of the horn pieces on the legs, they don't seem to flow that well with the rest of the build. The wings(?) are also a little off as Konahrik mentions. The biggest issue I think is that while it's great to see a MOC using the Chrome Hau it doesn't really fit well with all that gold. There's literally NO other silver on the entire model except the wings and while it draws a lot of attention to itself, it doesn't hold it long enough to overcome the abundance of gold parts. I'd be interested to see this MOC with Takanuva's Avohkii in the form of a titan set, I bet it would just blow the official one out of the water! Nescent
I wish he was still assembled so I could see what he looks like with silver instead of gold. I also wanted to try out the gold Avohkii, but unfortunately I don't own it.
Munty
Ah that's a shame... How come you took him apart so soon after building him? If I made something that cool I'd want to keep it around! For a while at the very least... Nescent
I usually disassemble stuff as soon as I finish the photography. There are more MoCs that need building!
