Double VIP Points Today Only!

If you haven't finished your holiday shopping yet, LEGO is throwing one more offer your way, as long as you're part of their VIP Program. On Sunday, December 14th, for one day only, VIP Members will earn double points on their purchases through Shop.LEGO.com, LEGO Stores, or orders over the phone. Although they have this deal quite often (like the entire month of October) you can use it to either get some of the early 2015 sets they have for sale, or take advantage of their current discounts. (Sorry, Bionicle isn't available there yet, but they do have sales on some Legends of Chima and Star Wars models.)

Aw, If I hadn't just bought a couple of big Lego sets elsewhere, I might have been able to justify using this offer to get a couple of Chima sets (even more justifiable because of the sales....oh Spinlyn's Cavern how you tempt me) but I probably won't.

I'm not a part of their VIP program, so this doesn't affect me. It's still a good deal though IMO.

Didn't know there was a VIP program! I assume it's newer than 2010, the last time I bought any LEGO. I may just sign up for this since I'll be buying BIONICLE again next year, and from the sound of it this happens fairly often so I could just wait until the next promotion and buy a batch.

 

Looks like it's both online and in LEGO Stores, which is terrific as I work next to one and wanted to give them my business with BIONICLE next year. It's a plan.
