Whats with all the Vahi's?

The mask of time has made several cameos throughout the recent Bionicle videos. In "The Legend", the mask makes an appearance in a cloud. In "Prophecy of Heroes" It makes an appearance in a wall in the temple of time. In "The Arrival" It makes an appearance in a pile of boulders. I could not find one in "The quest for the Golden Masks" but perhaps I just missed it.

 

I have not checked the character videos, so there may be cameos in them. The protectors meet in "the Temple of Time". Could the Vahi be the third unnamed mask?

A Vahi in literally every single episode so far is a bit more than shout-outs, in my opinion. It shows up once in every episode from "The Legend" to "Quest for the Golden Masks". I think it's foreshadowing. The MNOG-style Tahu arrival was a shout-out, but it wasn't repeated in every episode.

I think something is going to happen involving the Vahi. They're definitely building up to a plot point that goes much further than the Skull Spiders, and it's obvious Okoto has quite a bit of depth to it, so hopefully we'll find out sooner or later what all this time-related foreshadowing/callbacks are leading up to.
