In any case: I'd look for a decent price-to-part ratio, preferably around $0.10 (or lower) per piece. Masks would almost certainly be pricier, how much so depending on rarity. Bricklink might be a better bet, especially if you're looking for specific parts. Edit: Also, welcome to BZPower!
