Your Take On the Slizer/Throwbots Story

As you may know, the Slizer/Throwbots story had many loose endings and an even looser story. Many questions like: "Who were the "mutants?"" "Was anyone Evil in the first wave?" "What was Jet/Judge's story purpose? He didn't have an element" Many people have come with theories for this. Some say it connects to the Roboriders story. This is a very popular one. Some even say it has ties to Bionicle! So, what's your ThrowBots theory?

Oh boy. A few months ago I reviewed all of the Throwbots media and tried to come up with a cohesive story. Brace yourselves, it may be a bit farfetched. :D

The planet Slizer was settled by a space faring race of humanoids thousands of years before the story takes place. They found themselves on a hostile world, full of creatures formed by the elements, energized by the planet's natural resources. To defend themselves against this threat, they created armies of Throwbots, new varieties for each of the planet's independent climates. Over time, they learned to harness the planet's power to fuel their robots, and the new energies brought in an era of prosperity. Unfortunately, they had negative effects on the Throwbots.

Like the elemental monsters running across the planet, the Throwbots began to gain sentience, becoming more aggressive and territorial. The various factions were safe from themselves, but the acts of Throwbots across their borders sparked an all-out war that lasted for hundreds of years. The Throwbots became independent of their creators, evolving and learning to tap in to their elemental energies to defeat their opponents. The original settlers were all slain in the conflict, though they left the ruins of their cities in their wake (City and Judge sectors). The Throwbots continued to battle, but gradually, the planet began to die as its resources were siphoned away to fuel the war. It became, not a conflict of borders, but a conflict of energy. The Throwbots turned on their own kind in a mad grab for their precious fuels, and those that would not fight were destroyed or left to run empty.

Hundreds of years passed, and only one Throwbot per sector was left to harness the planet's energy. In the wake of a war, a crude kind of government was set up, with the leader being Judge, coming from the ruling sector of the planet. They set up arena battles to compete for the scarce resources in disk-throwing competitions. All was in a semblance of peace until Judge found a secret project by the settlers. It was a ring, powered by the energy of the planet's sun, attempting to give the sentience of the planet's resources a voice. And it wanted to have the energy for itself. Judge gathered together Jungle, Rock, and Energy to steal the resources for himself and the ring, but Fire, Ice, City, and Sub would not join, and rebelled. They argued for equal distribution of the energy, but Judge would not hear it, already succumbing to the ring's lies.

A new war erupted, both in the Judge Dome and outside of it, for control of the energy. It seemed it would go on forever, but then the meteor struck without warning. It was filled with a new resource, and as it impacted and destroyed half of the planet, Judge's Throwbots were transformed. Jungle and Judge were merged into Blaster, a powerful new Throwbot capable of harnessing the energy of the meteor. Energy and Rock were mutated into Spark and Flare (respectively) by the raw power, and their abilities were enhanced. Though it seemed hopeless for the rebellion, a new Throwbot came with the meteor, Millenium, who had already experienced its effects. The meteor had given them an ability to transform between a titan form to match Blaster and a rider form to travel quickly across the planet. Who will gain control of the resources? You decide! So, what do you think? Probably completely crazy, right? I guess I didn't have much to work with.
