Xabla
I am looking to start a Krana collection. On my Shop page, (http://www.bzpower.com/board/topic/16405-selling-stuff/) I said I would trade for Krana. The reason I did not put specifics is since I honestly don't know where to start. Is there a specific Krana I should start with? What would you guys advise? Thanks! Quote cringe
bioniclepluslotr
Get as many cheap ones as you can to start with. If you plan on getting them all, then there's not really a place you need to start. Just make sure to keep track of what you have.
aldero
My advice: Try and get some 2002 sets from a neighbour, or friend of yours. They will probably have a pretty extensive Krana collection even if they only bought the Bohrok and Bohrok-Va. It would be much cheaper to get than buying a measly one red Krana Ca for three dollars on eBay. If you are buying online, buy in bulk. There are 96 different Krana to collect, so try and save time and money buy buying a bunch of them. You will get much more variety. Reach out to as many sellers as possible. It is quite unlikely that someone you know has all 96 Krana, so you'll have to look to someone else if they don't have the purple Krana you might want. With the large variation of people, there's a much better chance of getting different Krana. Get one of those Krana charts. You can find it online, and it's basically a checklist categorising colour and power. Edited December 22, 2014 by Professor Turnip Quote < -< =<o>= >- > Ha! Nescent
In case you don't know, Bricklink has Krana for $0.20-$2.00. I'd start there. Whatever Krana you can't find on Bricklink can be found from B/S/T sellers, eBay, whatever. As for what order to buy them in, try to get all of the standard Krana in no particular order, then the rarer ones (purple variants, metal, etc.). The Krana-Kal are a completely different thing. Even if you wanted to get the metal Krana, they are ultra rare. There were only 5,000 white metal Krana-Kal in the world, and I kid you not, 72 sterling silver Krana-Kal. You have to be really hardcore to get a sterling silver one. Yes, I was talking about the WMKK. All of the other Krana (Krana, Krana Kal, Krana Va) seem equally realistic to come by. Once you have all of them, the metal Krana are the next step, even if most collectors will never own one.

And then the VMKK and GPKK are a whole new story, but by some kind of miracle I have 2 VMKK Also, this is the Krana chart I use Edited December 22, 2014 by UngluedBike Quote Also, if you're a resident of the UK and like Bionicle, go ahead and join us at this awesome Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/BFUK7/
