I might say kraata so I can get him a rahkshi suit and help me fight, or a skull spider that's like a faithful companion. I don't think I have a preference so I'm gonna say both. To answer your question I'd prefer a Kraata, particularly a Kraata of Sleep. A Kraata of Sleep can ensure me a good night's sleep and then defend my home from intruders by quickly and easily putting the intruders to sleep. However, Kraata also have powers that might make them dangerous to you even if you could tame one, whereas Skull Spider powers are often more benign. So if we're talking real creatures with all the powers that they have in the storyline, a Skull Spider might be safer.
