Aanchir
I would melt if Gali had a form like that. Since each of the Toa has a button for an alternate form in the corner, she probably does get some kind of alternate combined form, though there's no telling yet just what it might be like. Incidentally, the LEGO Club website gave a brief (possibly entirely non-canon) story explanation for the Tahu/Protector of Fire combined form, which I shared in this post. Toa Lhikan Hordika
So after playing for a few more days, I now have 31 pieces and I may have determined a pattern. Replaying levels any number of times doesn't seem to make any difference when it comes to new pieces popping up. For the past 3 days though, one of the "Endless Levels" has shown up with an explanation mark when I start up the game in the morning. I can then play for any amount of time (I can even die right away) and I will be rewarded with a piece when I play the level that has the exclamation mark over it. So basically there is one new piece available each day. I really hope they come out with some sort of expansion for this game within the next couple of months that unlocks more levels or something. Otherwise, it'll take gathering one piece per day for nearly 5 months to unlock them all. I've had no luck determining what unlocks the alternate forms for the other Toa though. -
Blueblur21
I finally got to play after rebooting my phone. Gali's so beast mode I'm surprised she needs help at all. These spiders are a pushover.
Toa Lhikan Hordika
Alright, while I don't regret it, I can now say that I wasted about 7 hours of my day carrying my iPod around with me gathering all 189 pieces in the game. How did I do this you ask? After determining that one new piece was available each day, I decided to do a little experiment and after gaining my new piece for the day I changed the date/time settings on my iPod and moved the date forward by one day. My finding: You can manipulate the game into making a new piece available in about 30 seconds. At that point, you don't even have to play the levels, just enter them, let the Skull Spiders defeat you and you will gain the new piece. So I now have all 189 pieces for my Toa, but unfortunately there were no new alternate forms for the Toa available. Just Onua. I hope that Lego releases the alternate forms in the game through updates or something over the next few months because I would really like to see what the combiner'd Toa would look like for Gali, Pohatu, and Lewa. Anybody else make any findings while playing through the game? -

Thanks for taking the time to find out for us, though! Also, did you check the date after you'd unlocked the 189th part? I know it's a long shot, but perhaps after you get the last part, exclamation points still show up for five more days to unlock the combiners. The date shown when I collected the last piece was June 20, 2015. While I'm quite disappointed that my efforts didn't give me a chance to share pics of all of the other alternate Toa models, I'm glad that I at least know that collecting all 189 won't unlock them. At least that way, I'm not stuck wondering "what if". I did try seeing if pushing the clock ahead another day would give any more exclamation marks, but after multiple tries, I saw nothing. I'm guessing they'll be released through updates to the app. I wonder if they'll release one on the iOS version and another on the Android version so that we'll know what 4 of them (and eventually 6 if they do it again). Ultimately I hope they'll release all 6 alternate forms on both versions. Well, that's unfortunate. I hope the game gets updated with the new forms. Getting all pieces doesn't prompt a congratulatory message either? -NotS No, unfortunately I did not see a congratulatory message! I was really hoping for one. -
Blueblur21
Does the ground in this game disappear for anyone else? I was playing as Gali the other day and she was running around on a black void kicking butt. It kind of sucked some of the fun out for me because usually the ground was sand. No really, older devices can't (an error message saying "U CANT DOWNLOAD THAT" or won't (stops downloading like you) work on older devices, primarily on iOS 7 devices. Speaking of which, Dallior needs himself a new iPod! Has anyone else found any new combiner models? ARROW404
Hey guys, what's your highest score? Mine: http://i.imgur.com/Pe9Xf96.jpg I've written up a list of tips and tricks that have helped me along too, I'll leave them here so everyone can benefit: COMBOS ARE EVERYTHING! Have you ever swept your way through countless Skull Spiders and had no more than 500,000 points to show for it? If so, I bet you probably lost your mask a few times along the way, right? The thing is, with each addition to your combo meter, the amount of points you get from each hit goes up, so that by the time you’re at 500x (which I’ve only achieved once, so no worries if you don’t make it there) you’ll getting 5 thousand points for every Skull Spider you smash! USE YOU DOUBLE SPECIAL! You all know what your special is. That box in the bottom right that charges up as you lay down the hurt, allowing you to use an elemental AoE attack. Did you know you can charge it up twice? I didn’t until a week or so after I started playing. When double-charged, your special has increased range, and is immediately followed by a quick dash where your Toa destroys 5 Skull Spiders at random on the map. MIND YOU, you are not invincible while dashing, and sometimes you’ll end up just unlucky enough to get hit by a spider’s attack in the middle of it! FERAL ONUA IS GOD! I’ll admit, I haven’t tried any other Toa except for Onua after having beaten LOSS on each of them, but between regular and Feral Onua, Feral is clearly superior. At first glance they seem exactly the same, but in fact, regular Onua’s single special is slower than his double special, while Feral’s is the reverse. Just so you know, a slow special is a good thing. Why? Because during the brief period you’re invincible while using it, more Spiders can wander into its range while you’re bringing down the hammer, obviously increasing the number of Spiders you take down with it. Pair that up with the increased range, and automatic rush of a Double Special, and you have the most devastating attack possible. DON’T BE AFRAID TO USE YOUR SINGLE SPECIAL, though! Sometimes, when you’re surrounded and haven’t fully charged up your second special, the first is still the way to go! This is particularly true if the Toa you play as has a slower single special. DON’T FORGET THE PROTECTOR! For the first week of using this game, I never even touched the Protector button. As it turns out, though, it’s a very useful defensive tool. If you’re enduring a volley of Skull Spider attacks and don’t think you’ll be able to jump out, hit that button! The spiders’ attacks will be interrupted, and sometimes they’ll even get stunned. Generally save this attack for when there are large crowds of Spiders nearby. This can also get through spiky shields. NEVER STAY IN ONE PLACE! This here is the biggest mistake you can make, and a sure-fire way to lose a combo! Aim for the farthest Skull Spider you can, jump around, and never linger for longer than a second! This will keep Spiders from bunching up to pelt you with an unstoppable volley, keeping them spread thin so you can jump around more, and more effectively avoid their stings. NEVER, EVER JUMP INTO A CROWD OF SPIDERS! You will be killed, period. ALWAYS JUMP INTO A CROWD OF SPIDERS IF YOU HAVE A SPECIAL READY TO DETONATE! If you hit that attack right after, you’ll be immune to their attacks and catch them all in your attack, racking up 10-20 more points to your combo! DON’T BE AFRAID TO JUST FOCUS ON ONE SPIDER! Full-ringed spiders take a couple of hits to take down. It’s alright to just wail on one until it dies every so often. The advantage of this is it keep your moving in a straight line, generally away from danger. PREDICT YOUR ENEMIES’ MOVEMENTS! For the most part, Skull Spiders have very predictable movement patterns. They run at you, and fire a bolt. Once you get the feel for how they act, you can use this to your advantage, ducking and weaving as you see fit. IF YOU LOSE A COMBO OF MORE THAN 60, RESTART. Once you get up to that level, spiders will be popping up too quickly for you to get back up to speed again. It’s possible to recover from near the beginning of the round, but past a certain point, you’re better off starting over. SPIKY SHIELDS = MORE SPREAD! You have to hate those spiky shields, but there IS one good thing about it. They can’t move. Once you get far enough into the round that the spiders start to create spikes, they’ll suddenly grow more dispersed, and are less likely to congregate around you. The downside to this is your Specials won’t be taking down as many of them, however, but you can at least use your Double Specials and Protector to take down some pesky shields now and them. STOP THE GAME AFTER A FEW LOSSES! Repeated failure will just make you fail worse. Take a 5-15 minute break after losing a few times, then pick it up again. The game will also lag less. 2 Quote BZPRPG Profiles If I go AWOL for a while, feel free to contact me via Discord
Lenny7092
I played the game. I kind of liked it. It is a lot of fun. It took me hours completing it by playing as the Toa to complete all the levels. Now I am collecting pieces that come out in the Endless levels everyday. 52/189 so far.Plus, there is the version of Ouna that looks like that he is combined with the Protector of Earth (I am using IOS), just like Tahu with his own Protector. Super Ouna looks epic! I hope the other Toa, like Kopaka, will get the same upgrade, too, because I am interested in playing them. Perhaps every month for each Toa?
