Actually, Aqua Magna was supposed to have more islands representing other body parts (I believe the hands and chest had islands too, the hands having islands with tall spires being the fingers) but those got cut from the plot.Yep - The original story of 2002 was that an earthquake was caused by movements of Mata Nui's body, causing his hand to rise up through the ocean.
