rednas3636
So I was watching this version of the Inika commercial the other day and I thought: Oh that song is just fantastic. Anybody knows what it is? It's not on BS01No. It's not Move Along Quote TheSkeletonMan939, Twister92, SPIRIT and Gatanui are awesome for uploading soundtracks and games and stuff. Ektris
Sounds like it's just an original score composed for the commercial. ~|ET|~ Quote E-T... Phone home. "He walks among us, but he is not one of us."
Irrie
Sounds like it's just an original score composed for the commercial. ~|ET|~Yeah, I couldn't find it on using my music-identifier software. But that might just be because of all the background sounds in the video. Quote bZpOwEr
Tahu3.0
Sounds like it's just an original score composed for the commercial. ~|ET|~Yeah, I couldn't find it on using my music-identifier software. But that might just be because of all the background sounds in the video. Seems that's the case basically as everyone said this is a special song for this commercial. Toa of Gallifrey
Sorry for off topic question, but is Inika really pronounced "in-i-kah"? I've always pronounced it "in-ee-kah". I know it comes from the word ignite but still, sounds a little weird to me. Does the same go for the Kanohi Ignika?
Banana Gunz
Sorry for off topic question, but is Inika really pronounced "in-i-kah"? I've always pronounced it "in-ee-kah". I know it comes from the word ignite but still, sounds a little weird to me. Does the same go for the Kanohi Ignika? Huh, I actually sometimes pronounce it both ways for inika. It sounds good either way and doesn't seem like a big deal to me. I personally say it as "in-i-kah". Anyway lots of Bionicle names can be pronounced several ways which is convenient for different people who have different ways of speaking. I don't think there's always a precise right or wrong way. Though the Ignika is probably pronounced more like ignite, the word it comes from. That's the way I like to say it. Nidhiki of the Shadows
So I was watching this version of the Inika commercial the other day and I thought: Oh that song is just fantastic. Anybody knows what it is? It's not on BS01No. It's not Move AlongUnfortunately I don't think you'll be able to find that track. Most of the original compositions used for commercials were never released. -NotS

Lyichir
Sorry for off topic question, but is Inika really pronounced "in-i-kah"? I've always pronounced it "in-ee-kah". I know it comes from the word ignite but still, sounds a little weird to me. Does the same go for the Kanohi Ignika? Yes and yes. Both derive from the original name "Toa Igniters" which manifested in those two names and the "Bionicle: Ignition" comic series. Rooster Nui
Yeah, I think its just a piece of music used for the commercial and It'll probably never be released to the public, as Nidhiki of the Shadows also stated. It sounds very interesting and I'm not sure if I've actually watched this specific commercial before.

I like the old animations better than the 2d cartoon ones of now. Except that the old ones like this only existed for commercials, just like the single CGI commercial we've seen this year. The last time Bionicle had animations OTHER than commercials, that were primarily being used to convey the story, was 2002 with the online Bohrok webisodes... which, like the 2015 webisodes, were 2D animations. You're kind of comparing apples and oranges. Quote Formerly Lyichir: Rachira of Influence Aanchir's and Meiko's brother
LegoSWfan
Ignoring... Edit: This post was unnecessary and abrasive when simply not responding would have done. You read and responded to my PM but here continue to engage argumentatively with others. I'm sorry, but I will have to take action.-Wind- Edited January 8, 2015 by -Windrider-

I actually like them both. The old animations were cool because we got to see the characters move around in a form that was basically the same as their toy counterparts just with CG. The cartoons on the other hand are very nice and pleasing to the eye. Am I the only one here who feels like it's kind of a throwback to the old flash cartoons from G1? 1 Quote -BE EXCELLENT TO EACH OTHER-

There was a slide in the New York Comic Con panel slideshow that talked about how they took a lot of inspiration from MNOG-esque media for the animations.
