Hapori Tohu
The forth series of Mixel characters won't be on sale until February, but that hasn't stopped LEGO from updating the Mixels Site with information on the new characters. You can read up on the new Orbitons, the Glowkies, and more of the Infernites, as well as view the building instructions for their Max characters. If you're interested in the new designs, check it out! View the full article Quote News Forums Q&A
fishers64
I wonder what that wonderful color of blue on the Glowkies is. Quote Hero Factory RPG | Bionicle Mafia XXIX: Storyline & Theories
Rooster Nui
I've never had much interest in Mixels, but I'm liking the look of the Glowkies and Orbitons. It's also nice to see these very affordable sets continue into 2015.
Jobber
Mixiels always looked pretty cool to me, but I never felt like spending money on 'em.
Lyichir
I wonder what that wonderful color of blue on the Glowkies is. It's Earth Blue, a.k.a. Dark Blue, a.k.a. Metru Blue. Nothing new, but a nice color anyway. The review didn't mention one neat thing about Boogly, that being that his jaw is actually hinged with a ball joint like most of them use for legs or arms. That allows him to make some wonderfully bonkers faces, with his upper jaw hinged at a wonky angle from his lower jaw. Besides that, great review. The Glowkies may be my favorites of the Series 4 Mixels. 1 Quote Formerly Lyichir: Rachira of Influence Aanchir's and Meiko's brother
Rahkshi Lalonde
Did anyone else notice that last year the mixels all had the same background with colors altered, but fir this year they each have a unique location backdrop that suits their theme? Toa Green Ninja
Did anyone else notice that last year the mixels all had the same background with colors altered, but fir this year they each have a unique location backdrop that suits their theme?Yep. That's because the Series 4 Mixels (sans the Infernites) live on a celestial body called Mixel Moon, which is still in the Mixels universe, but it is a different planet compared to last year's Mixel Land (think of it as the Mixels' Earth). There's still a big chance that the old tribes visit the alien ones in the cartoon, though! Edited January 18, 2015 by Toa Green Ninja Quote "We didn't lose the battle. Dalek CAAN
I find it funny how one of the Orbitons is named Niksput instead of Sputnik, the first manmade object to enter space. Also the Infernites reappear! With new versions from thier tribe, maybe they will go into space in the cartoon? :/ EXTERMINATE! Deadalus
Just saw the new wave at Target and decided to get one from each of the tribes. I can tell you right now that, aside from Vampos (as revealed in the BZP review), Flamzer definitely comes with one of the Nixels. UPDATE: Rokit has the third Nixel. Lucky me!
