Hapori Tohu
For reasons unbeknownst to most of us, the soundtrack for The LEGO Movie will be released on vinyl as a double LP on February 10th. Amazon is currently offering it for pre-order for $31.98. The release includes twenty-eight tracks including several versions of 'Everything is Awesome.' For fans of analog audio who still have a working turntable, this seems pretty neat. I'm keeping my fingers crossed now for a release of the movie on LaserDisc or VHS. TheSkeletonMan939
"Coming" to vinyl? It's already here! If you're lucky, you might be able to nab a vinyl in a beautiful red or yellow color. I've always considered getting a turntable; maybe I will someday. It's nice to know that vinyls still have better sound quality than CDs and most consumer-level digital files (even if you really can't tell the difference). You'd be surprised at how many vinyls are released even today. They probably sell so well because they have more character than CDs and digital files. kanohi of jello
YESS. I can actually do this! As a vinyl fanatic I love the idea. I'm not sure how soon I'll be able to buy it unfortunately; most of my funds are going towards bonkles right now. Still i find the news... ...wait for it... AWESOME. Quote move along. nothing to see here.
Toa Smoke Monster
Even though 'Everything is Awesome' is a good song, I don't know if we need four versions of it. Joking aside, this is still really neat. I won't be getting it, though if I did I would get a red one. Quote Everyone is one choice away from being the bad guy in another person's story.
