Hapori Tohu
LEGO has uploaded a series of stop-motion BIONICLE videos promoting the Toa/Protector combiners: , , , , and . They are of course non-canon and certainly not your usual BIONICLE video but I found them kind of cute somehow. Just don't expect too much epicness of them besides the music. Chro
I really don't like these. The fact that they're using stop-motion is great, but I think the way they portrayed the Protectors and Toa is bad (with the exception of the Jungle Protector, and maybe Gali/Tahu and their respective Protectors, since I didn't watch those two videos). But I'm getting worked up over nothing, it's certainly non-canon. Interesting to note that Kopaka and the Ice Protector have parts in what appears to be the blue used in Matoro Inika and blue Glatorian heads, rather than the blue that actually appeared in the 2015 sets. admiraltyphoon
Interesting. The titles imply that they're Italian. They also released the Legend video and the first 2 episodes in Italian too.Still, They look awesome.
Wrinkledlion X
These are really fun. I especially like Onua's. Quote [bloog] [brickshelf] [This used to be my library but the link is broken]
Tamarutoe
So many ways to steal armor.I really like them though. They don't use fake articulations like the 2010 ones, and some of them were moderately funny. 1 Quote Mantax can win connect four in three moves. xccj
Yeah, the LEWA one was awesome. But these were all pretty good, and I thought the rebuilding bits in the animation were done quite well. Plus, I felt that these showed a lot more character for each Toa / Protector than anything else I've seen them in so far, even if it's non-canon. They were well done. Except Tahu. Tahu's mean for scaring the Fire Protector like that. 1 Quote My BZPower Stories Dark Core--Kulagi's Kanoka--A Shadow's Contrivance--Mystery on Keli-Nui--BZ-Koro: To Bring Back Bionicle
Pomegranate
When you say non-canon, do you mean absolutely canon? These are their true voices and personalities and nothing will ever convince me otherwise This was the cutest thing to ever come out of the entire Bionicle franchise, I'm really glad these exist. So whimsical, so pretty. I love 'em 3 Quote .
Moku
Jeez, all the Toa (except Lewa and Kopaka) are sort of jerks to the Protectors, just taking their weapons ._. That aside, I definitely loved these. 1 Quote BZPRPG Profiles Nekka Banar Moku Savok

GSR
As I said in another topic, I feel like if Bionicle pops up in The Lego Movie's sequel, it'll be a lot like this. Lenny7092
I love them! They are cool and funny on how the Toa and Protectors interact before the Toa power themselves up! The videos remind me of the stop-motion videos back in 2010. Classic and so much nostalgia! Quote I like Lego, Bionicle, and Hero Factory!
Nidhiki of the Shadows
Oh, these are some nifty little animations! Very well animated - always was a sucker for stop motion. The little voices they have are pretty cute. Some weird shenanigans with the Protectors falling apart and all... But overall a very endearing interaction with their Toa heroes. Really enjoyed all of these, hope for some more as we get further into this new line. -NotS Edited January 25, 2015 by Nidhiki of the Shadows

Master Inika
These are so great. I think Pohatu's was my favorite. All of them were totes adorbs, though. Toa Smoke Monster
These are all really good, though Onua's is my favorite. Just the thought of a Toa causing his Protector of fall to pieces is kind of funny IMO. Quote Everyone is one choice away from being the bad guy in another person's story. Trijhak
I kind of like how the Toa are acting with the Protectors. *Protector tries to do something* > *Toa comes along and watches, then laughes as the Protector fails* > *Toa does thing much more effectively, without failing, and proceeds to steal Protector's weapon(s)* - at least that's how it is for Tahu and Onua. Heh. Protector of Water must be having a rough time being disassembled and reassembled. Imagine how that feels if it happened to you except you remained alive? Axilus Prime
These were indeed rather funny. But I'm still waiting for something that has legit story progression, character, or epicness. Any of the three, please. Because my hype's deflating fast.
Hakann-The Bully
Hahaha, these were pretty fun to watch - though what happened to the Protector of Earth's Mask? It looks chrome at the end of the video when Onua rebuilt them? On a side note, I wonder if the spinning mask display stand will be available in the future XD? Mr. Cup of Fail
Okay, I mainly find those video not to be good and just really unfunny, plus you guys are still calling it combiners when the video clearly say that "these are no combiner and are just protector giving the master there weapons". Hapori Tohu
Oddly enough, the non-canonical stop-motion character videos we reported on shortly ago are suffering from set-to-private-itis, too, which means that you cannot watch them from the Official LEGO YouTube channel anymore. Toa Smoke Monster
I understand why the Bionicle episodes were taken down, since its apparent now that they were not suppose to be released this early. But why set the stop motion videos to private? They were non-canon and helped promote the Toa and Protectors. Maybe they were released ahead of schedule as well. 1 Quote Everyone is one choice away from being the bad guy in another person's story.
Nidhiki of the Shadows
Huh, wonder why these were taken down?If they were meant to be distributed later down the first half of this year, then it kind of sucks that we've already seen everything LEGO has to offer for the online media portion of winter... -NotS
