Jobber
I'm not entirely sure this topic belongs here, but feel free to move it to its correct location, any admin. So I got my custom Bionicle mask from Shapeways today and I went to test out the axle holes, and what do I find? They're really big, so big in fact, that any rod that I try sticking through/into 'em starts to slip out if not secured properly. So my question is: Is there any good way to decrease the axle hole sizes or something, that at the same time wouldn't prevent me from using them again? Toa Chuck
Wrapping a single layer of tape around it should help. Quote The Chirox Codex Chuck's Very Dead Comic Series This is my signature. Exciting, huh?

dotcom
I'm not sure how big the difference is, so this might not work, but a pretty common and simple fix for figure collectors when a part is loose is to coat it with some nail polish (preferably clear). It usually adds enough thickness to work and is simple enough to remove afterwards.
UnderscoreChronix
A few coats of paint might also help.
