I'm sorry about that, but it's our ruling and we're sticking to it. If I ever met a person in real life who had the gender identity of "ghost," I'll respect their identity, but for the purpose of the Asylum, ghost is not a gender identity. You can identify as ghost, but not the gender ghost.
