Hapori Tohu Posted January 31, 2015 Share Posted January 31, 2015 The cover for the upcoming LEGO Ninjago: Shadow of Ronin game for handhelf consoles has appeared, featuring the five ninja with new suits and new weapons and a new dragon in the background. The LEGO Video Games website has some new screenshots as well. If you are a Ninjago fan, this game looks quite exciting! It's too bad Ninjago games have been so heavily focused on handheld consoles so far - I hope to see it make the leap to stationary consoles and PC one day. Hopefully they will get the actual voice actors for this game, unlike Nindroids. dotcom Posted January 31, 2015 Share Posted January 31, 2015 This looks interesting indeed. It's pretty cool to see more Lego games focused on their own IPs. They did a great job capturing the Chima world in the Laval's Journey videogame (though it was not the strongest game), and from the screenshots it looks like they've done just as good a job for Ninjago. Lyichir Posted February 8, 2015 Share Posted February 8, 2015 I'll just put this here... Yup, it's no secret that the summer set Ronin R.E.X. will include a Ronin minifigure. What's interesting is that his vehicle has a spot to launch the Ninja in their "Airjitzu" bubbles. Does this mean that Ronin will be allied with the Ninja at some point? Perhaps he is redeemed at some point during or after the game, or perhaps he simply lends his support to the Ninja solely because the ghost ninja and dragons represent a threat that even he can't ignore.
