Hapori Tohu
The LEGO Movie may have been snubbed at the Oscars, but that doesn't mean it doesn't win any awards at all, as it has won Best Animated Film at the BAFTA awards, that is, British Academy of Film and Television Arts. This has also earned the BAFTA the award for favorite academy by Phil Lord and Chris Miller. I guess even an award made of LEGO pieces can't replace the real shiny metal one after all. Congratulations to Lord and Miller and everyone else involved with the movie, you made a fantastic job and I look forward to the sequel! TheSkeletonMan939
Good; I think it earned the award.
Toa Smoke Monster
Its great that the Lego Movie is winning some awards. But I will argue that one made of Lego pieces is still the best though. 1 Quote Everyone is one choice away from being the bad guy in another person's story. The Invisible Handman
It's great to see the Lego movie win something. A unique movie like that deserves recognition. Vorahk1Panrahk2
While we're on the subject of film awards for The LEGO Movie, it might also be worth mentioning that it won the Annie Award for Writing in an Animated Feature. The Annies aren't as "mainstream" of an award as the Oscars, or even the BAFTA's, but they're focus on strictly animated films makes them important for those who work in the medium. 2 Quote BZPRPG Profiles
