Their birthday is coming up soon, but I don't know if I should spent more then, say, $20 dollars. Oh, and they like Jay. And not including spinners. Like he is their favorite character. The Battle for Ninjago City is $120 so that is out of your range, I'm not sure how much the other two sets are but checking out shop.lego.com would be a good start.
